05/05/2026: Clean, quiet and at night it's dark. Nice people. Close to the beach. We heard the surf from our van. Lovely! We planned for 3 days but stayed for 5. Only downside was the missing wifi. I can make my own decision if I want to disconnect from wifi while on holiday.

The food is very good, and the prices are reasonable. Several set menus are available for €24.50, and you can also choose from other menus to try different options.
In short, it was a great find.

08/06/2026: A lovely spot for a balanced lunch with fresh ingredients. Street-side terrace (no cars) and courtyard at the back. Just a stone's throw from the market. I'll gladly return.
06/06/2026: Attentive and incredibly fast service. A beautifully decorated restaurant with different seating areas that are surprisingly quiet.
The salads and toast platters are delicious and generously portioned.
I recommend the toast with salmon trout.

14/05/2026: Generous, colorful, and delicious dishes. Courteous and very quick service. Reasonable prices. Passing through Saintes, we had a very pleasant time at this restaurant. Moreover, it was almost full on a weeknight, which speaks volumes.
08/05/2026: The staff is welcoming, and the food is exquisite. Definitely the best cheese naan I've ever had.
I highly recommend it; we're never disappointed, never!
