18/08/2026: Excellent evening at Le Parvis A truly wonderful evening at Le Parvis, in an idyllic setting. We came as a family and enjoyed the six-course menu. The dishes were delicious, refined, and beautifully presented on very pretty plates. The service was also excellent, attentive, and pleasant. We paired our meal with an aperitif and a bottle of wine, and had a wonderful time from beginning to end. It was also a pleasure to meet the chef at the end of the meal, who took the time to greet each table. This particularly thoughtful touch was the perfect way to conclude this lovely experience. We will definitely return, and we are already looking forward to enjoying the beautiful garden and trying the tapas!

05/09/2026: High class gourmet “tartes” (quiches savory and/or pies sweet) made with fresh ingredients amd generously decorated with toppings. The best I ever ate. The white aproned owner served each client by his own hand decorated each tarte himself. Expensive but well worth it. Take away only!

The pizzas are delicious, with thin crusts and high-quality ingredients – a far cry from those pizza boxes! We can't wait to go back down to Cap Ferret to try other pizzas on the menu! And what can I say about the menu… everything was absolutely delicious! Flavorful dishes, beautiful ingredients, and pure enjoyment from start to finish. A truly wonderful place to discover in La Tremblade, which I highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

06/09/2026: A first visit, but certainly not the last, to a magnificent setting where we learned about the culinary arts from Messrs. Coutanceau and Brossard. The service was seamless and highly professional, yet discreet and very friendly, with refined cuisine, a multitude of flavors so perfectly combined, served on superb tableware. The menu and service were exceptional from beginning to end. Michelin should be awarded four stars; you'll easily earn them. A huge congratulations to the entire team for all the work done behind the scenes that allowed us to have an unforgettable lunch.

20/08/2026: Excellent sushi restaurant. The cuisine remains very much in the Oléron style, notably featuring seasonal dishes with sea bass. The platter for four people offered a very nice selection from the rather extensive menu!

Everything we ordered tasted authentic, with generous portions and a great variety to choose from.
