18/01/2026: A perfect experience at this little restaurant, which was kind enough to welcome us at 1:30 pm. Everything was delicious. A warm welcome. We had a wonderful time.

04/11/2025: We were cycling from Brest to Biarritz and found the perfect accommodation at this campsite – a tent lodge in a beautiful spot in the dunes, with the beach right behind it. The lodge was equipped with everything we needed (including a refrigerator, cooking facilities, and very comfortable chairs on the terrace). It was a really lovely spot for us. There's no direct access to the beach, but walking a few meters never hurt anyone. The breakfast service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The nearest grocery store isn't far away. The only real downside was the exorbitant price of the bottled wines offered at the campsite. Thankfully, they were organic and regional, but we paid €26 at the campsite for a wine that costs less than €8 at the producer (we visited them)! We understand that shopping at the campsite store is more expensive, but these wine prices are truly outrageous.

16/11/2025: The ice cream is excellent, especially thanks to the wonderful, always smiling and pleasant staff. We were served by Sidonie, who was exceptionally kind despite the rush!

17/12/2025: I love this bar in Saint Pierre d'Oléron; it's very lively with a very friendly team. It's always busy, and the outdoor terrace is a real bonus as it's open all year round.

08/11/2025: A charming little village restaurant, just the way we like it, no frills. A very warm welcome with a smile 😀. A nice little buffet for the starter (well-chosen), generous main courses, followed by homemade desserts 🏡. Just passing through, and I'll gladly return...

18/10/2025: We discovered this beautiful place. The menu is simple and tasty, with fresh produce. Good home cooking. The staff is friendly and pleasant. We were served in less than an hour (starter, main course, dessert, and coffee), which is great when you're just passing through. And the best part: it's close to the N10, there's ample parking, and unbeatable value for money. It's best to make a reservation.

25/01/2026: A great find! The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. And the servers are pleasant. Highlights: Special mention for the perfectly cooked egg and the orzo cooked like a mushroom risotto! Lowlights: The braised root vegetables were unfortunately bland. And the chocolate sauce on the profiterole was much too sweet for our taste.

The main course was a delight; the meat was of excellent quality, perfectly cooked—truly a 10/10. We finished with a very indulgent dessert, the portion size was perfect. Many thanks for the warm welcome and service; we had a wonderful time.

30/06/2025: I love the quality at Sushi H, the dishes are really delicious BUT they have a real organizational problem. It's not possible to wait so long to be served... 30 minutes before getting drinks and more than an hour for sushi. It seems like they take way too many takeout orders and that dine-in customers are forgotten. I prefer to be told clearly that they can't take my reservation rather than to say yes and not be able to serve us in a reasonable time.
