Special mention for Chloé, an adorable waitress, whose kindness contrasts pleasantly with certain receptions that are sometimes a little cold in Alsace! The glowing reindeer in the corner adds a truly charming decorative touch. THANKS :)

27/01/2025: Family meal in this place that we have known for many years. The cuisine is no longer the same although it is good. It’s a shame not to use Alsatian tableware for this emblematic place in Strasbourg.

07/12/2024: Our last visit was about 5 years ago. We came today with the memory of a great evening with great menus at real prices.
The place was still beautiful, the service today warm and correct.
However, there is a world of difference between the dining experience back then and today:
Starting with the offering: the menu is so slimmed down that I had a hard time finding something suitable. There was very little choice, especially when it came to starters. The preparation seemed quite bland, the sauces watery and bland.
The only thing that reminded us of a gourmet restaurant were the prices. Unfortunately a big disappointment!

Cette dernière rencontre avec les plats d’une qualité exceptionnelle, hors du commun, avec le personnel aimable, attentif et efficace, l’atmosphère accueillante du restaurant nous font déjà rever à une prochaine visite.

18/09/2024: We had an exceptional time during our two stays at the Ritter'hoft, one in winter and the other in summer. The rooms are impeccably equipped, offering quality bedding that guarantees peaceful nights.
The hotel stands out for its calm, cleanliness and comfort, creating an atmosphere conducive to relaxation.
The breakfast and restaurant are simply remarkable, featuring top quality products.
What struck us the most was the incredible hospitality of the Ritter'hoft team. We really feel like home.
The warm, family atmosphere adds a touch of conviviality which appealed to us.
We recommend this establishment wholeheartedly, but remember to book in advance to guarantee your place.

Los camareros son atentos y amables.
Teniamos reserva a las 13:30h y al llegar ya teniamos la mesa lista.
