10/07/2026: This is one of the most memorable and special dining experiences my family has ever had. We inquired about a family reunion dinner, and asked if we could bring a baby with us (fully expecting them to say no). Not only did they accommodate us in a special room to not disturb the other guests, but they created a special little dining experience for the baby. SO above and beyond anything we were expecting. The food was also fantastic and the service amazing. If you had one night in Strasbourg, I'd recommend this spot. Thanks Croc team!

12/05/2026: We visited the restaurant and, from our very first impression, we were impressed. From the ambiance and decor to the lighting, and especially the cleanliness, everything was perfect. With my experience traveling the world, I can say that one thing that often reveals a bad restaurant is the state of the restrooms, and in the case of Windhof, the attention to this detail was extraordinary. Finally, the menu enhances the entire restaurant experience, followed by exceptionally high-quality table service. 🙌🙌

31/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! The welcome was warm, with a smiling and attentive waitress throughout the meal. The dining room is small and intimate, creating a pleasant and calm atmosphere, free from any hustle and bustle. As for the food, everything was excellent. The veal onglet was particularly tender and perfectly cooked. The side dishes were also delicious and very well prepared. The various desserts we chose were a hit with everyone. A truly great place that I recommend without hesitation!

We're always warmly welcomed, the room is very clean, the mattress is good, the restaurant is excellent, the bar too, and the breakfast is superb. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning to our Alsatian neighbors next year.

26/07/2026: For a first visit, this is a beautiful, calm, and understated establishment; you feel right at home. The cuisine is sophisticated and refined, just the way I like it. The restaurant manager is very professional, knowledgeable, and explains the menu items and wines very well. He is also very friendly and always smiling. 26/07/2026: The five-course menu was excellent; I was a little apprehensive at first, but it was more than enough. The service was excellent, with a touch of humor—nothing to complain about. The food was an explosion of flavors in every dish; in short, I found it excellent. Thank you for celebrating our first wedding anniversary.

17/05/2026: Great experience... magnificent room with a superb view, very beautiful and well-equipped spa, very good dinner as well as attentive service... only slight downside is that breakfast is not up to the standard of the rest... missing eggs, bacon, raw vegetables etc.

15/05/2026: A wonderful discovery where the staff are very welcoming. We were upgraded to a new room and were pleasantly surprised to find the "Nature Room" with its bay window overlooking a grove and its enormous size. We also loved the restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious meal. The aquatic area is like everything else: impeccable.

The food served in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet is excellent, and all the staff are kind and attentive to guests' needs. Great stay! 👍👏

17/05/2026: We had an absolutely incredible weekend. Discovering the epicurean menu was a true explosion of flavor: sublime tastes, meticulous presentation, everything was perfectly executed. The wine pairing was remarkably well-conceived, precise, and harmonious. Special mention goes to the team who adapted with great professionalism: my partner doesn't drink white wine, and they did an excellent job finding ideal alternatives to pair each dish with suitable wines. Truly flawless. A huge congratulations to the chef, but also to the team, who were always present, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring the meal went perfectly. The spa, although modest in size, is very cozy and pleasant. Towels, blankets, and drinks are provided, which is much appreciated. One small drawback, however: the presence of children, some of whom seemed to treat the space like a public swimming pool, which somewhat detracted from the relaxing atmosphere. Another point for improvement: the bathrobes, unfortunately too small for plus-size people. We had the "Salt Crystal" room, which was warm and comfortable. Everything was provided for our well-being: coffee, water, nothing was missing. The bathroom was superb, spacious, and very functional. The bedding was excellent: large, comfortable, ideal for a perfect night's sleep. A memorable stay, with a few details to improve, but overall a truly exceptional experience.

03/07/2026: The meat was too tough. Mr. Schwartz, when I pointed out to the waiter that there was a problem with the quality of the meat, and he told me, "I'll go see the chef," and then came back saying, "Mr. Schwartz told me to tell you that it's normal!" while my son, sitting next to me, testified that his piece of meat was nothing like mine or my wife's, I think it would have been worthwhile to discuss the issue with you, don't you? Yet until now, you regularly came into the dining room. From the heights of your fame, you no longer want to bend down to listen to your customers' reactions? Your indifference borders on contempt. I gave this meal as a birthday present to my wife, and I am extremely disappointed. She told me, "You would have been better off donating to charity!" It's clear that I deeply regret giving you all that money!

25/06/2026: Surprising, refined, and delicious cuisine made with excellent ingredients, served by highly professional, friendly, and welcoming staff. The outdoor setting is pleasant and quaint, although, unfortunately, the heat prevented us from fully enjoying it. Bravo!
