14/04/2026: Chance led us to Pfister's pastry shop: a complete change of scenery, with a soothing, old-fashioned atmosphere, and an extraordinary, welcoming, and knowledgeable lady who explained her products. Go without hesitation: the products are homemade and take you right back to your childhood.
This place is definitely worth the detour.

14/05/2026: The Buerehiesel in Strasbourg, located in the Orangerie Park, is one of the finest gastronomic destinations.
The entire meal was truly excellent, but the desserts particularly impressed me: real gems. (The soufflé remains a must.) They are refined, elegant, with perfectly balanced textures and flavors. You can taste the work and creativity behind each dish. The service was also exceptional; the staff were truly attentive and pleasant from beginning to end. A truly wonderful experience.

The fish soup and rouille were also excellent. A good selection of local wines. A friendly Mediterranean atmosphere. Reasonable prices with good value for money.

29/05/2026: The restaurant really had me think "holy molly". The best meal I had in Strasbourg for my 8 days stay. Highly recommend trying the special of the day set menu. The portions were generous and the food was phenomenal.

17/05/2026: It seems a bit pricey, but the all-you-can-eat fondue/raclette offers excellent value for money. It was incredibly delicious (we had the classic fondue, garlic fondue, and goat cheese fondue), and despite eating a lot, we didn't leave feeling stuffed. The food was perfectly seasoned, and our wine recommendation was also excellent. We'd gladly come again!
