Special mention for Chloé, an adorable waitress, whose kindness contrasts pleasantly with certain receptions that are sometimes a little cold in Alsace! The glowing reindeer in the corner adds a truly charming decorative touch. THANKS :)

25/01/2026: Everything has always been absolutely excellent, from the service to the desserts, for years. Today I was a little disappointed; the sauerkraut with fish was served lukewarm, and the salmon, crayfish, and scallops were still raw, not cooked. 👍😊 But these things happen. The other dishes at the table were perfect. Thank you! 😘

22/12/2025: I discovered a lovely restaurant in Furdenheim. The atmosphere is friendly and discreet. The only downside is that parking is difficult to find, but once you do, you'll enjoy a delicious meal... Let's eat! 🍷

04/07/2025: Honestly, great meal, very good service, nothing to complain about there. On the other hand, a little disappointed with the terrace: the table right next to us chained cigarettes non-stop, and since we are not smokers, it spoiled the moment a little and filled the terrace with smoke. Too bad, because without that it would have been great.. But hey it's a shame to think that you can't enjoy the terrace if you don't smoke and the terrace isn't non-smoking.

17/01/2026: I came in July for my birthday. The owner clearly favors the inn's regular customers. Regulars too. If you're just passing through, don't expect to be served quickly. I think the staff is being held back by the owner because, judging by the atmosphere, it's clear they're being managed in such a way that new customers aren't treated properly. This restaurant was recommended to me, and I was very disappointed. I won't be going back. Edit: I never questioned the servers' work, but rather the management's. And if you're so indifferent to my opinion, you wouldn't have bothered to reply. You should know that I have a personal life outside of the internet, and I don't spend all my time online. I waited to post a review, so what? I observed and stated the facts. If you don't like it, too bad.

13/01/2026: Huge disappointment because I only got a tiny piece of meat and very few fries... and my feet were freezing cold... Yet I'm usually served incredibly well... I don't understand?

03/01/2026: The New Year's Day brunch at the Auberge du Baechel Brunn was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. A magnificent buffet offered guests a wide variety of choices, including shellfish, fish, terrines, foie gras, charcuterie, and more, along with the different sauces prepared by the chef and his team—an explosion of flavors. I mustn't forget to mention the chef's visit to the kitchen for the hot dish, a choice between poultry and fish, which was greatly appreciated by our group. Bravo to Thomas and Esther's entire team, as well as to former staff members Simone and Jean-Paul.

21/12/2025: An exceptional restaurant that I highly recommend! The cuisine is sophisticated, modern, and exquisitely refined, while also playfully reinventing traditions with great skill. I was blown away by the deconstructed tarte flambée, a bold and highly successful interpretation of this iconic Alsatian dish. As for dessert, the reimagined Snickers was an absolute delight that instantly transported us back to childhood. A truly memorable culinary experience, from appetizer to dessert. Thank you for this wonderful moment!
