29/03/2026: Reservation at 8 pm at Tankstell, hoping to discover a good Winstub. A promising start: a pleasant welcome, friendly aperitif service. But what followed was incomprehensible. The dish was served cold—not lukewarm, cold. I pointed this out, the plate was taken away… and disappeared. More than 30 minutes of waiting without any information, no apology, no follow-up, nothing, just a complete void. So much so that a waiter later came to clear my table, surprised that I didn't have a plate in front of me. Meanwhile, my mother finished her meal, and I waited. Until the moment they offered to… reheat her half-eaten plate “while” I waited for mine. Surreal. Enough is enough. We left the restaurant after paying the bill. Result: an evening paid for, but without dinner. Mistakes happen. On the other hand, a complete lack of management, communication, and consideration is much harder to accept. Judging by the reviews, this experience is clearly perplexing. I won't be going back.

I recommend not lining the pockets of this detestable restaurant. The previous owners were true professionals. This woman with her glasses is nothing like that. AVOID THIS PLACE

The service was impeccable and very attentive. I also regularly eat there during the week, and the daily specials are always excellent. Another great feature: there's always plenty of parking thanks to their large lot. I highly recommend this place!
