Big downside for me is the noise in the restaurant. It was unbearable for me.
Otherwise very nice waiter and waitress

Très déçue pour mon anniversaire.
17/08/2024: We have been visiting the restaurant for years and are always impressed. This time we had frog legs as a starter – simply brilliant! The pepper steak was perfect as always and the service was top notch. Kudos to the chef and Yves, the boss. We'd love to come back again and again!

Good food, nice place.
Alsace wine from very good local winegrowers.
Long wait for the aperitif.
Arrived at 12 p.m., served at 12:45 p.m....
Only small downside.
Everything else about the meal was impeccable.
We will come back to this.
16/09/2024: Lunch on a Sunday; the service was a little disrupted by the fact that all the guests arrived at exactly the same time.
Absolutely delicious tuna tataki and herring tartare. The saltimbocca (revisited) were just as successful.

13/09/2024: Hello to the Strasbourg gastronomic community,
We decided to stop and eat in this brasserie at the observatory, rue Kirstein in Strasbourg. We ate chicken escalopes with cream. Finally what we expected! but in reality we had reconstituted and shredded pieces of meat which was really not good. Apparently the cook if indeed he is a cook! Should learn to cut meats, and especially make an effort on the presentation (presentation on the plate), because it is really shameful to serve poorly dressed pieces of meat when you were expecting a poultry escalope whole!
We do not recommend this establishment.
Really a shame because the service is correct and the setting is original....

Les amateurs de Spaetzle, de Burger et de salade césar trouveront leur bonheur mais vous pouvez oublier tous les bons petits plats et salades originales du propriétaire précédent qui en avait fait la réputation.
07/09/2024: 4 personnes et 4 menus différents. Tout était délicieux et copieux. Nous nous sommes régalés!
Nous avons mangé en terrasse qui est ombragée et joliment aménagée.
L'endroit idéal pour bien manger au frais, même par grandes chaleurs!
L'accueil est souriant et chaleureux.
Nous vous recommandons ce restaurant au cœur de Molsheim.
