25/05/2026: Another wonderful evening at Le Vieux Pressoir in Itterswiller. As always, we received a very warm welcome from Aubin and the owner. It was especially lovely that they even knew my name. 😊 We enjoyed it so much that we went back twice. The meat was excellent, the asparagus perfectly prepared, and the strawberry ice cream was also delicious. The atmosphere in the courtyard during the summer is simply magnificent and makes the experience even more special. Keep up the good work, we'll be back with great pleasure!

17/03/2026: We were very warmly welcomed at the restaurant. Florence, who took care of us, was extremely friendly and welcoming. Her jokes made the evening even more enjoyable, and we felt very comfortable. We had an appetizer, followed by wine and meat. Everything we ate was truly delicious. Both the quality of the food and the service were excellent. We especially want to thank Florence for her attention, energy, and lovely conversation. Thanks to her, we had a very pleasant evening. We will definitely be back.

17/03/2026: We had a lovely evening. Despite the change of ownership, we were well served and welcomed by Florence, the restaurant manager, who was very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. It's a shame she's not staying. 🫤 I had meat, and it was very tender. I recommend this restaurant; I go there regularly.

25/04/2026: Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful lunch with a large group. The welcome was exceptionally friendly and professional, the interior modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The food was a true highlight. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant's child-friendliness – both the selection on the menu and the warm, playful manner of the staff. A big thank you to the entire team. We would love to come back again.

04/04/2026: A ☆TOP☆ recommendation from a very good friend 🙏 This was our first time at the mill, and we received outstanding service. The food and wine service are of an exceptionally high standard and truly deserve a Michelin star. The very friendly welcome and the consistently attentive, but never intrusive, service made the entire evening feel effortless. We also experienced truly authentic, first-class Alsatian cuisine, which was absolutely perfect. The portions and the impeccable presentation of the dishes were perfectly balanced. Ms. Benedict's wine recommendations were also excellent; she was always attentive, allowing us to fully enjoy the entire evening. It was our wedding anniversary, which also included our birthday, and we will definitely be returning in the future, even without any special occasions. 05/05/2026: At first, they promise to save you. Then, they isolate you. Then you lose everything you built. And in the end, you're still thanking the one who took it all from you. Those who need a savior sometimes forget to check what they need to be saved from.

02/02/2026: Restaurant in Schiltigheim. Lovely outdoor terrace. Very friendly waitress. Varied menu, but predominantly Alsatian. Excellent tarte flambée. Dame Blanche (Alsatian dessert) too. Reasonable prices. Pleasant place. Second visit in January 2026. The service is still just as friendly, as is the setting. We opted for the pizzas (2 pizzas for €20). They were classic, no-frills, and good. It cost us €20 including an aperitif, pizza, a glass of wine, and a cappuccino. What more could you ask for? A good address in Schiltigheim, one of the few in this neighborhood that still serves traditional cuisine.

31/03/2026: Every time we're in Alsace, we make a detour to this lovely restaurant, tucked away in the forest but not too far from town, with a large free parking lot. We're always greeted with a smile and good cheer. The dining room is spacious and the decor is pleasant. The tables are well-spaced, the food is top-notch, and there's a large terrace in the summer. The tarte flambée is perfectly cooked and beautifully topped. As for the desserts, even if you've already had a good meal, don't miss them! (The giant profiterole is amazing!) Excellent value for money. Well done, keep it up!

31/05/2026: Their all-you-can-eat carpaccio doesn't get nearly enough attention! Well, it's generous and definitely worth the price!

19/05/2026: Three mistakes in our orders, a Caesar salad made with frisée instead of romaine lettuce, a sauce that seemed to come from a bottle and not homemade... and to top it all off, a very noisy room.

25/04/2026: I recently had the pleasure of dining at L’Auberge du Daubenschlag, and it was a truly delightful experience. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, perfect for a convivial and enjoyable meal. The service is attentive without being intrusive, which makes the meal even more pleasant. The waitresses are attentive and incredibly kind! I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to leave with a full stomach! 😋🤗
