14/10/2026: Dinner on a Tuesday evening for four with the Gourmet Passport. The food was very good and high quality! The staff was very helpful! I recommend it.

14/10/2026: Absolutely fantastic! The food is always beautifully prepared, and the welcome and service are always warm and friendly. The photos show a fillet of pike-perch and a roast beef, both perfect! For dessert, a gourmet selection (which is also available as an option outside of the traditional "café gourmand" set menu). And, quite remarkably, the small carafe of white wine is kept chilled in an ice bucket! In short... perfection! Thank you and see you soon :-)

11/09/2026: Au Wasigenstein is beautifully situated in the forest. Even the drive there is relaxing. The food is excellent, from the appetizers to the desserts. The restaurant is well worth a visit.

01/09/2026: First time trying it with my family, we received a warm welcome, the atmosphere outside was perfect with the mountains right next door. The food was impeccable, as was the service. I live a bit far away, but I hope to go back sometime.

28/05/2026: My wife and I opted for the 'Piece de Boucher'. We had the chance to try both sauces served alongside it, and both added a wonderful touch to the flavor of the meat. The quality of the meat was excellent, and it was a very filling dish, served with fries and salad. We definitely recommend it!

10/10/2026: We just returned from our evening at Le Jardin Secret, where we had a truly lovely, timeless experience. The setting is cozy and elegant, inviting you to relax and unwind. The service was excellent! Well-paced, warm, and professional. The cuisine is truly exceptional; the chef comes to your table to explain his dishes with passion! The dishes are very well-conceived, and the chef elevates simple ingredients like artichokes to new heights, as well as more refined ones like brill. We had a delightful time thanks to the entire team; the menu and the service were simply perfect. Thank you to the whole team for this lovely experience.

17/10/2026: Nice place, beautiful view. The food was average... we're still looking for the advertised grilled zucchini and za'atar. Octopus was served with nachos (not mentioned) and coleslaw in a hot dog bun (also not mentioned)... a bit disappointing considering it was supposed to be from a Michelin-starred chef.

02/02/2026: Restaurant in Schiltigheim. Lovely outdoor terrace. Very friendly waitress. Varied menu, but predominantly Alsatian. Excellent tarte flambée. Dame Blanche (Alsatian dessert) too. Reasonable prices. Pleasant place. Second visit in January 2026. The service is still just as friendly, as is the setting. We opted for the pizzas (2 pizzas for €20). They were classic, no-frills, and good. It cost us €20 including an aperitif, pizza, a glass of wine, and a cappuccino. What more could you ask for? A good address in Schiltigheim, one of the few in this neighborhood that still serves traditional cuisine.
