Anne, a person of unparalleled kindness, takes care of her guests. She is always attentive and no detail is overlooked.
The waiters are professional and very pleasant in their very pretty costumes. The rooms are sumptuous, the decorations neat and refined. The chef's gourmet cuisine is delicate and tasty.
I warmly recommend this place. A moment out of time, out of the city, a breath of elegance and sympathy. Thanks to Anne and her team, don’t change anything ❤️✨

12/12/2024: Acabamos de pasar una semana en Alsacia y básicamente tuvimos tarte flambee (Flammekueche) todos los días para el almuerzo, así que terminamos probando bastantes lugares diferentes.
¡La Binchstub era nuestra favorita! Manteca de cerdo muy sabrosa, perfectamente cocinada y servida en una configuración más moderna por camareros súper amables.
¡Un lugar realmente genial!
10/12/2024: Excelente comida. Un servidor encantador. Divertido comer y beber a ritmo de hip hop. Volveríamos en un santiamén. Las reservas son una buena idea.

The welcome is very warm.
Despite being part of a group of almost 40 people, the service was quick and had no wait.
The quality of the food is exceptional and the price unbeatable.
In summary, a table that you absolutely must try if you are passing through Mundolsheim.

The only negative point is that there are too many tables.
21/09/2024: As much as the dishes are good, the hygiene of a certain waitress is puzzling... washing the terrace tables with already very dirty water from a bucket placed on the floor... then of course without washing their hands. hands where she held the sponge and put it in the dirty water, straighten the table, touching of course cutlery and glasses... plus the meal plates she served... and in the meantime a little delicate rubbing of the nostrils to accompany it all...

21/09/2024: Accueil sympathique dans un joli cadre. Mais le menu affaire proposait des sardines farcies sans saveur, une souris d'agneau délicieuse et un dessert à base de figues. Un service bien trop long et un prix excessif laissent ce moment sur une certaine insatisfaction
14/09/2024: Wir haben das Menu Dégustation genossen. Die Gänge waren hervorragend zubereitet, toll angerichtet und super abgestimmt. Ein echter Genuss! Die Weinkarte ist toll aber ziemlich (über)teuert. Lage und Service ist super. Bei der Reservation unbedingt angeben, dass man im Pavillonteil unter dem Glasdach essen will.

17/09/2024: Das Hotel liegt in einem schönen Dorf in reizender Umgebung. Es ist eher durchschnittlichl, gut für die Durchreise. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt eine Auffrischung. Zimmer war hübsch, aber die Badezimmer und WC sollten modernisiert werden.

It offers a very generous and affordable daily menu during the week.
I highly recommend this good restaurant.

22/09/2024: We had the opportunity to take advantage of this place for our friends' wedding and to sleep in the hotel.
The garden area was sublime, the staff at the top, the meal delicious, we really had a great time there!
14/09/2024: Restaurant à l’ancienne comme on aimerait en revoir encore beaucoup avec une cuisine Française classique et réussie avec un service familial de très bonne qualité.
Ce restaurant est en entrée de village et bénéficie d’un parking bien utile à l’arrière du bâtiment, la bâtisse est grande et bien entretenue pour profiter à de nombreux groupes (anniversaires, mariages , réunions familiales, etc…) de venir, sur réservation bien entendu, à 20-30-50 personnes sans crainte .
Le professionnalisme de la famille fait ici la différence avec un restaurant classique.
