Karen is lovely with her customers and brings a real touch of warmth and friendliness. The ingredients are of high quality and the dishes are truly excellent. The Alsatian specialties are perfectly cooked and generously portioned; we've never been disappointed. The setting is very charming, and the Christmas decorations are magnificent, done with great taste and a lovely, warm touch. A big thank you for all the wonderful moments we've spent there. 08/02/2026: This is our second time enjoying the excellent galettes and crêpes at your crêperie. The setting is truly charming, the menu is just right—plenty of choice, but not overwhelming. The galettes are all absolutely delicious, and the dessert crêpes are equally impressive, as are the drinks, whether cider or other beverages. The staff is fantastic—everyone is so kind, accommodating, and helpful. Children are pampered, and our four-legged friends even more so! Thank you for everything, and we'll be back very soon for another delicious meal! 😁🌞🥞

08/02/2026: We came to try the crêpes, and the hostess was very welcoming, with a kind smile and a great attitude. Even though she spoke only a little English, she did her best to help us with our order, and we were truly grateful. We had the galette “Le Burger” — the concept is appealing, but it wasn’t really my favorite. We also tried the crêpe “L’Amandine,” which was absolutely delicious — a perfect combination of dark chocolate, pears, and toasted almonds.

08/12/2025: On a friend's recommendation, we came here for lunch as a family (6 adults, a 2.5-year-old, and a 5-month-old baby) while exploring the Alsatian Christmas markets, and we had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was warm, the decor authentic, the waitress incredibly friendly and helpful, the food delicious, and the portions generous. I highly recommend it!

08/02/2026: That was absolutely fantastic!!! Warm and excellent service at the highest level! The quality of the food is unparalleled – the name says it all: UMAMI from the first bite to the last! The only thing I find baffling is that the restaurant is "only" rated 4.7! Anyone looking for flaws here clearly doesn't frequent Michelin-starred restaurants and simply doesn't appreciate the perfect all-around experience at such fair prices!

The restaurant's decor adds a real charm to the experience. Special mention goes to the non-alcoholic pairings, which are just as refined as the wines on offer. Highly recommended!

19/02/2026: [Edit 02/2026] I'm taking advantage of a recent visit to the restaurant to reread my review of a previous reservation. In February 2026, the staff hasn't really changed: smiles and kindness must be the norm, and they are wonderfully observed. The entire visit was once again excellent (the welcome, the presentation of the dishes, the atmosphere, the taste!!!). This is truly a restaurant I would recommend without hesitation. --------- Until now, I had only eaten at this restaurant for lunch with colleagues. This was my first time dining there as a couple. The setting is perfect for a romantic meal. The decor is sublime, if you like wood. Very romantic, the lighting is quite soft. Perhaps a small candle on the table would have added a nice touch. The staff is simply lovely. Friendly, smiling, and polite: you can tell they are present and attentive to your needs. It's becoming increasingly rare, so it's worth highlighting. The menu isn't huge, and even more so if you don't eat fish or seafood. But thankfully, there's still plenty to choose from. Don't expect the usual cordon bleu, Milanese cutlet, or other meat dishes found in almost every restaurant. Here, the focus is on originality! Our plate arrived beautifully presented, quite generous without being extravagant. The dish was well-prepared, and you could easily tell the ingredients were fresh. (The side of crushed yellow tomatoes was simply exquisite). I would make a slight reservation about the (homemade!) fries, which were unfortunately a little undercooked (some were barely soggy inside). The dessert menu is also modest. And once again, no "basics," just originality. Generously served, with the vibrant colors of seasonal fruits, the dessert was also very good! I highly recommend starting your meal with the mini tarte flambée (another original creation!) with pieces of spring onion and chives (if I'm not mistaken), which add a lovely flavor to this generously filled tart. We'll definitely be back for a romantic meal!

We highly recommend this restaurant at the Hôtel des Vosges, perfect for a weekday meal or a family celebration.

02/02/2026: We had a lovely evening. Courteous welcome. The setting is beautiful. The decor and furnishings are very tasteful. The carpaccio was excellent. €20 for one plate. Cordon bleu with Munster cheese €30. The price is still quite high! It's a shame. The parking lot has very few spaces. It's difficult to find a parking spot on the street in the evening.
