19/05/2026: Discovered by chance, this crêperie has become my go-to! The best crêperie I've ever been to! Fresh ingredients, excellent galettes. Best part: the gorgeous decor. I won't post too many photos; I'd rather let you discover it for yourselves. The background music is perfect for the theme. Take a look at the restrooms too; they're worth checking out! 😁 I recommend it 200%!

01/05/2026: Today, May 1st, 2026, is asparagus day at the restaurant, and I'm in a little slice of paradise, maybe even true paradise... a small, royal table all to myself... served immediately... The asparagus, like everything else at Restaurant à l'Aigle, is perfect; it's pure quality. What can you say? The Aigle's superior quality comes from experience... over several generations... from Colbert-style management... from a top-notch leadership team and waiters and waitresses of immense efficiency, professionalism, and kindness... In short, when you're at Restaurant à l'Aigle, you're at the pinnacle of quality. I even propose creating a fourth Michelin star for this exceptional restaurant... I mean it... Restaurant Aigle, I adore you, we adore you, everyone adores you... You are the absolute benchmark. Bravo and thank you, thank you for all these hours spent in your company; it's pure bliss... 17/05/2026: A truly wonderful experience! We've dined at this restaurant twice. The first time, I ordered another savory crepe for dessert. We were so grateful for the warm welcome and excellent service from the owner and the chef, who treated us like lifelong customers. We'll definitely be back for these delicious crepes! F. 25/04/2026: We spent two days at this hotel on a half-board basis. The welcome was excellent. Our group of 15 felt right at home. The meals were superb. The asparagus was a real treat, highly recommended. There are some lovely hikes nearby.

26/04/2026: An unforgettable stay for our 50th anniversary! There were about fifteen of us, from all over France, to celebrate our group's 50th anniversary from April 17th to 20th, 2026. The Hostellerie Saint-Florent lived up to this very special occasion. From the moment we arrived, the Ganjoueff family and their team welcomed us with remarkable warmth and professionalism. The rooms are comfortable, impeccably clean, and the breakfast—generous, varied, and featuring beautiful local products—is simply excellent. The cuisine was a hit with everyone in the group: authentic, rooted in French tradition, with quality ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. The service was attentive and elegant, and the wine recommendations, offered with passion, perfectly complemented our meals. Managing a group like ours for three days is no small feat—the team handled it with flexibility and good humor. A rare find, and a real pleasure to have discovered. Thank you to Peggy, Sylvain, and their entire fantastic team—a place we recommend without hesitation!

17/05/2026: We had an absolutely incredible weekend. Discovering the epicurean menu was a true explosion of flavor: sublime tastes, meticulous presentation, everything was perfectly executed. The wine pairing was remarkably well-conceived, precise, and harmonious. Special mention goes to the team who adapted with great professionalism: my partner doesn't drink white wine, and they did an excellent job finding ideal alternatives to pair each dish with suitable wines. Truly flawless. A huge congratulations to the chef, but also to the team, who were always present, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring the meal went perfectly. The spa, although modest in size, is very cozy and pleasant. Towels, blankets, and drinks are provided, which is much appreciated. One small drawback, however: the presence of children, some of whom seemed to treat the space like a public swimming pool, which somewhat detracted from the relaxing atmosphere. Another point for improvement: the bathrobes, unfortunately too small for plus-size people. We had the "Salt Crystal" room, which was warm and comfortable. Everything was provided for our well-being: coffee, water, nothing was missing. The bathroom was superb, spacious, and very functional. The bedding was excellent: large, comfortable, ideal for a perfect night's sleep. A memorable stay, with a few details to improve, but overall a truly exceptional experience.

17/05/2026: The rooms, spa, and amenities fully justify the hotel's star rating. Superb. Located in a quiet village, the place gives a real sense of security. The food served in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet is excellent, and all the staff are kind and attentive to guests' needs. Great stay! 👍👏

05/05/2026: Thia place is outstanding. After a Long day in the City I was looking for a bar with some simple food and Beer. I stumpled over rhis place and had such a plast. Very friendly staff, excelent sandwiches and a good variety of beer. When you visit Straßburg you have to have at least one Beer at Jeannette's.
