Somewhere between a brasserie and a roadside diner, but the quality and especially the quantity are excellent. Everything has that homemade, family-run feel.
Quality and fast service.

26/08/2026: From the warm welcome from Stéphanie at our accommodation to the delicious meals prepared by chef and host Sébastien, we have wonderful memories of a weekend spent in this cozy haven with its perfectly romantic shabby chic atmosphere!
The three complete à la carte breakfast options were a real treat.

28/03/2026: The hotel has a really lovely spa area. The reception staff were also very friendly. The room was quite good. Only the breakfast could be improved. It doesn't really feel like a 4-star hotel 🙃 But we would still gladly come back :)

However, there were hairs in the bathroom.

08/08/2026: A refreshing break at the Observatory with my dog and girlfriend. A very pleasant break under the sunshades, a calm and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Strasbourg.

09/06/2026: I organized a group trip for 14 people, during which we stayed for three days at the Hôtel Restaurant Le Freudeneck. The service was excellent, the food exceptionally good, and the rooms, while not modern, were adequate and tidy. The dining room is cozy. We enjoyed the large terrace when the sun was shining. The location is perfect for tours in the Vosges Mountains.
We enjoyed it so much that we plan to return next year.
