02/04/2026: We were hiking the GR53 and stayed here overnight. Very friendly welcome and a great room. The bathroom is a bit dated, but everything was very clean. Dinner and breakfast were ample and delicious. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

09/02/2026: What a great find! The decor is lovely. The staff is delightful, and the food is truly delicious. I had one of the best chocolate mousses of my life there. I also love being able to take my coffee and linger there reading a book even after I've finished my meal. Just one small drawback: the music was a bit too loud for my taste.

22/03/2026: Both my wife and I ordered the steak with fries, but with different sauces. Both dishes were delicious. Then, to top it all off, we had the creme brûlée for dessert. Excellent as well! The service was also fantastic. We'll definitely be back before we leave town.

The meat for our dishes—hanger steak, burgers, and cordon bleu—was cooked to perfection, and the portions were generous. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

08/04/2026: This restaurant is ridiculously expensive for the portion size and quality! The waitress was stressing me out, constantly coming to my table to take the cork from my glass or bring back the dessert menu, and she cleared my plate before I'd even finished my main course! To make matters worse, they didn't serve me potatoes with my steak tartare, even though they were included in the menu! I've included a photo. Here's that tiny plate for 20 euros and change! And the tea was presented in a stained and poorly washed teapot, which was only a third full of boiling water! They're complete rip-offs! This restaurant is to be avoided at all costs.

01/04/2026: While in Alsace for work, I discovered this restaurant on a colleague's recommendation and I wasn't disappointed! I ordered a pork knuckle braised in beer, which had been cooked for hours beforehand, and the meat was incredible! The potatoes and salad served alongside were equally delicious. I have a big appetite, but the portion was so enormous that I took a nap right after eating! The waitress was very pleasant, funny, and very professional. And what can I say about the interior and exterior decor, which is typical of the region? A truly warm Alsatian welcome—I highly recommend it!

31/03/2026: May 2024: Wonderful establishment, fast service, large portions. Prices are good for Strasbourg! It's truly delicious, a must-visit. March 2026: I visited this restaurant again, and I also liked it. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. I'll also attach new photos of the food and the menu.
