11/12/2025: Excellent and extremely generous portions.

07/12/2025: I'm not judging the food, which we didn't get a chance to try, but the waiter (a rather tall gentleman) behaved in a condescending, impolite, and borderline indecent manner, even following us into the street and threatening us. He simply refused to seat us, claiming there was no room (we think we know the reason for his refusal, but I won't elaborate here). When we finally managed to make a reservation online, proving to him that there was indeed space, he didn't appreciate being challenged and became angry. In short, we left, and some customers in the street who witnessed the scene. They wanted to go in, but they turned back when they saw this man's attitude. We were very fortunate to find another restaurant nearby that was much warmer, more welcoming, and better!

03/02/2026: What an excellent place! I opted for the set menu and kept things simple. Among the starters, I savored a fabulous butternut squash velouté, refined and perfectly seasoned. I followed with a ribeye steak and rösti. The cooking was flawless and completely masterful. An assortment of green vegetables (broad beans and asparagus) brilliantly complemented the dish and its sauce, delicately enhanced with a touch of whole-grain mustard. The culinary pleasure didn't end with dessert: the homemade chocolate profiteroles were delicious and generously portioned. Add to that a team that was incredibly attentive (both in the dining room and the kitchen). Around me, the other tables took turns praising the chef for her talent. Look no further, you've found it: Le Bistronome is the neighborhood gem.

09/02/2026: What a great find! The decor is lovely. The staff is delightful, and the food is truly delicious. I had one of the best chocolate mousses of my life there. I also love being able to take my coffee and linger there reading a book even after I've finished my meal. Just one small drawback: the music was a bit too loud for my taste.

20/12/2025: During our weekend in Strasbourg, we discovered this charming restaurant with exceptional cuisine! It was absolutely delicious. Reservations aren't possible, so try to arrive too late, but honestly, if you're patient, you won't be disappointed! Don't let the price deter you; it's worth every penny. Clara provided excellent service, and she was quick, friendly, and pleasant. Thank you to them, and happy holidays to you all!

25/01/2026: Highly recommended restaurant! The owners, Mr. and Mrs., are always welcoming, smiling, and attentive to their customers. The food is excellent. A large menu, Indian but not only... Very good cuts of meat! People come from far and wide to eat their famous cordon bleu! I've never been disappointed, no matter what I've ordered. Thank you!

06/12/2025: The food was very good but overpriced for the quality; it doesn't deserve one star. The menu isn't up-to-date, the cheese portion for dessert is minimal with no choice of selection, and game is mandatory in three-quarters of the dishes on an already very limited (and outdated) menu. Overall, I was disappointed with the value for money.

26/10/2025: A very nice discovery 👌 it starts with a very warm welcome 😊 a cozy and very calm atmosphere (5 tables). A really pleasant, kind, involved waiter who clearly loves his job. We started with a homemade mushroom and foie gras velouté. Then a shredded beef (perfectly cooked 😋) Followed by a very good chocolate fondant 🍫 roasted with coffee. A perfect pairing with the wines 🍷 under the advice of our head waiter. A faultless meal from start to finish, we highly recommend this restaurant. Very beautiful wine environment in all seasons. 09/12/2025: Excellent discovery during our visit to Soufflenheim. Very warm welcome. A friendly atmosphere. We had the set menu for €13 and were pleasantly surprised by the quality. I highly recommend this lovely establishment.

06/02/2026: A charming little restaurant offering about ten dishes. It's not very big, so it's best to book ahead. The owner is very friendly and attentive to his customers. There's no menu; everything is on a chalkboard that's moved from table to table. The penne with chicken liver was excellent, as was the burger. A unique feature of the restaurant is that you can sample absinthe with expert guidance from the owner. A glass costs €12, but it's worth trying. A good place for a pleasant evening.
