The rural setting of the park lets the modernity of the steel trough garden shine through. The restaurant is an exceptional restaurant both visually and in taste. 20/08/2024: Le cadre est très beau et la touche LALIQUE est présente dans les moindres détails. Très beau menu terroir essentiellement végétarien. Bon conseil sur les vins (assez chers au demeurant). La visite de la cave et le digestif dans le bar de l'hôtel s'imposent. L'ambiance n'est pas relax mais la recherche de la perfection est à ce prix. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr.

14/12/2024: Fuimos a este restaurante de última hora sin reserva para una familia extensa de 8 personas. Este restaurante estaba muy reservado, pero hicieron todo lo posible para acomodarnos y hacernos sentir bienvenidos. La comida era sensacional. Todo estaba bien de precio. El vino estaba delicioso. El personal de camareros era amable y amable, especialmente con los niños. Muchas gracias por una hermosa cena en Estrasburgo. Esta familia australiana está muy agradecida.

Being a regular at this restaurant, we are never there, from the valet service, from the pretzel to the aperitif, including melt-in-the-mouth meat and delicious treats at the gourmet coffee: everything is there to have a good time and enjoy. 03/10/2024: We had a Caesar salad and lamb. ××× The salad was a shame! ××× A salad in a transparent box from the supermarket would have been the same. My meat was good, but served cold. Professional, fast service. The staff is classy. The prices are exorbitant.

06/09/2024: Ein wunderschöner Donnerstag-Abend in diesem wirklich liebenswerten Restaurant. Von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung spürt man hier die allervorbildlichste Gastfreundschaft die man sich vorstellen kann. Den Empfehlungen des Chefs darf man sehr gerne folgen und wird sicher nicht enttäuscht. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns für den Assiette Gourmande, Schnecken, Froschschenkel, Presskopf, der Fischempfehlung und dem Lamm entschieden. Alle am Tisch begeistert. Das Essen war insgesamt geschmacklich und von der Qualität an der obersten Zufriedenheitsgrenze. Die Präsentation der Speisen bereits beim Anblick schon lustmachend. Kochen ist eine Kunst, die ein Handwerk, die Liebe zum Produkt und das Gespür für den Gast in sich trägt. Dies sind Markenzeichen der verlässlichen Küche in diesem wunderschönen Restaurant. Alles steht in einem ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Unbedingt erwähnenswert ist auch der vorbldlichst ausgezeichnete Service. Sehr freundlich, kompetent und sehr liebenswert. Immer da wenn man ihn braucht. Chapeau ! La vie est belle - nous serions ravis de revenir .

18/12/2024: Service is really good, place is cosy and warm but food wise not the best place in town. Yes the food is alright good but quantity wise it's a bit lacking for the price and type of plate you order (except maybe for the salad that seemed huge). Order a Tarte flambée or salad and you'll be fine. For baeckeoffe or choucroute I think there are better addresses to go to (if you want value / taste for money).

27/08/2024: Pleasant welcome. Interior decorated on the theme of piracy. The dishes are plentiful. The service may seem a little long but this is due to the fact that the pancakes and pancakes are made to order. Good value for money.

13/12/2024: A meal with friends, at this rather distant address. However, the journey was worth it! A great time, accompanied by delicious food and very pleasant staff. The only downside, which has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, we had lunch at the same time as a large group. Which made the place very noisy BUT ideal for groups of around 15/20 people.
