24/12/2025: A restaurant just the way we like them... a very warm welcome, excellent quality food and generous portions; all at very reasonable prices. Located in a beautiful old house, the restaurant has two dining rooms that have retained their charm.

25/06/2025: Very good restaurant and very good setting. The daily specials are good. The only downside is that the service is often slow. If like us you only have 1h30 lunch break, I think you should avoid ordering starter, main course, dessert. For example, today we arrived at 12:05 and left at 13:20, we only had time to order a starter, main course, and dessert without coffee. Too bad it's a good place, but it's better to have time. We haven't been coming here for lunch for a while because of this, but this Thursday's cordon rouge is too tempting.

30/12/2025: This hotel and restaurant is truly top-notch. We slept well, ate well, and the location is perfect between Colmar and Strasbourg. We visited the Christmas markets in the surrounding villages and were absolutely dazzled. I highly recommend this place. However, if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant, I recommend making a reservation as it's always packed.

28/12/2025: I rarely leave reviews after my visits, but this establishment deserves one. The service is pleasant, the food is very tasty, and the portions are generous. I highly recommend it!

24/01/2026: Brunch: a great discovery this Saturday at lunchtime.

20/01/2026: We came today for the daily special, but unfortunately, there were no seats available in the dining room (about 15 people). What a shame! But thankfully, the management found a compromise and offered a replacement menu, admittedly a bit pricey, but very, very good. The place is pleasant, spacious, the service is very professional, and the management is attentive to its customers. We can't wait to try the terrace as soon as the weather improves.

The atmosphere was just average because I don't like noise, but that's the case everywhere – I just realized you asked the question yourself. It's good that you're aware of it, although I've experienced worse...

05/02/2026: Birthday celebration that day! Excellent Alsatian cuisine... we return regularly; any occasion is perfect (family meals, business seminars, etc.). The welcome is warm and attentive. Special mention for the VT (a local specialty) served as an aperitif, which also pairs well with TF (a local specialty) or other regional specialties.

29/06/2025: The menu's unique feature is that it changes about every six months. This time it was Brittany. 6 starters, 6 main courses, and dessert 🍨. Quite a selection, but don't go at the end of the season, which was my case; not everything was on the menu. The dishes are generous and well-presented. A nice wine list 🍷, though expensive. The wine offered with the Brittany menu was also no longer available 🫤. Service and bill were decent.

19/12/2024: The best hospitality and service in Strasbourg. The maitre was super welcoming and our hostess Anastasia was so friendly! The entire experience was amazing. Nothing to say about the food, it was 12/10!!! Will come back! Wine is insane

18/12/2024: While passing through Strasbourg, we stopped at this restaurant for dinner. This restaurant is incredible, the setting is pretty, the food is excellent. We opted for a cheese fondue as well as a raclette. We are not happy. For all cheese fans, this restaurant is made for you 😅 PS: For people passing through Strasbourg, remember to book in advance if you want to be sure to eat there.

28/11/2025: In August 2025, we had a wonderful meal, and the staff was very friendly. We'll definitely be back to try the hotel! 👌👍 In November 2025, we enjoyed a gourmet getaway: sauerkraut for dinner, a night in a very quiet apartment, and breakfast with a view of the garden, deer, llamas, pheasants, and chickens. Our only regret was that we weren't hungry enough! A must-see! 🤩

02/02/2026: We came with friends, most of us for the first time. A simple mountain inn, just what we were looking for. The meal was fantastic, we all enjoyed our dishes 😋 😋 Hazelnut ice cream is highly recommended. One small drawback: the entrance to the restaurant is a bit gloomy as there's no nightlight. Perhaps a small lamp would be a good idea 😜
