05/09/2026: My wife and I were looking for a caterer to handle the meal for our wedding, which was to take place in August 2026. Through word of mouth, we came across Philippe Rome Catering. We received a very warm welcome from Mr. Maun Altisen, who provided us with several quotes to ensure we were happy with our choices. During our reception, everything went perfectly, and everyone was delighted with the entire meal. My wife and I were thrilled with the quality of the service (very professional) and the excellent food (it was superb!). We highly recommend this caterer!

13/09/2026: Excellent lunch at Le Tire-Bouchon in Strasbourg! We had lunch as a group of eight and had a very pleasant time. We received a very warm welcome in a cozy and typically Alsatian setting, ideally located in the heart of Strasbourg. All the dishes were excellent, generous, and delicious. Special mention must also go to the impeccable, professional, and attentive service throughout the meal. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend for discovering Alsatian cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team at Le Tire-Bouchon for a wonderful experience!

The dining room is small and intimate, creating a pleasant and calm atmosphere, free from any hustle and bustle. As for the food, everything was excellent. The veal onglet was particularly tender and perfectly cooked. The side dishes were also delicious and very well prepared. The various desserts we chose were a hit with everyone. A truly great place that I recommend without hesitation!
