The staff were attentive and extremely accommodating, particularly in their flexibility with the schedule on our wedding day, which greatly contributed to the smooth running of the day. A huge thank you also for the attention to detail in the meals: the vegetarian and vegan options were carefully prepared, delicious, and just as sophisticated as the other dishes, and all allergies were taken into account with seriousness and kindness. All our guests felt valued, which is rare and precious. A flawless, warm, and delightful experience that we will never forget. Thank you to the entire team at La Palette for helping make our wedding such a success!

08/12/2025: Chez Moi is a bar where you immediately feel at ease. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The cocktails are excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the service is genuinely warm... you feel like you're being welcomed like a regular, even on your first visit. A simple, welcoming place that you'll want to return to.

05/02/2026: A regular at Ribeauvillé restaurants, I had never been to this one before. Open on Sunday evenings, the service was efficient and friendly. The dining room inside is warm and inviting. The portions are (very) generous—what more could you ask for? The cordon bleu with Munster cheese was a triumph. I will gladly return!

04/03/2026: Stopped for lunch with a colleague. The sandwich sizes were ridiculously small. The price per kilo would be exorbitant. They used margarine instead of butter and grated Gruyère instead of Emmental.

16/01/2026: We were very disappointed by the Chinese hot pot; the bean sprout salad was disgusting. Furthermore, a hair was found in a dish without the slightest apology or gesture of goodwill. Finally, the price of the menu seemed exorbitant!

04/01/2026: Hello, having eaten here in early January, this restaurant was a disaster! The spaezela was burnt, dry, and not cooked in butter at all. The mushroom cream sauce was several days old, bland, and disgusting—I was sick all afternoon! The vegetables were inedible. In short, it's a tourist trap, like me, with a bill that doesn't reflect the quality! The kitchen needs to be re-evaluated and hire more staff because this cook is no better than I am! Unbelievable! I do not recommend it.

01/12/2024: Nice place. The price is good and the tarte flambée is quite tasty. Unfortunately during the Christmas period the whole city is full of people and the queue to get a table is long. However, the staff was all the time super nice and helpful and it was worthy to wait.

19/12/2025: Beautiful hotel, quiet location, unfortunately the welcome was very cold. The dinner menu is limited and served in a frosty atmosphere – a shame! Breakfast was mediocre, with no choice of bread, and coffee and tea served at the table (not hot enough).
