16/05/2026: Hotel perfectly located in the fortified town of Neuf-Brisach. Excellent and friendly welcome. Clean and well-maintained room. Simple and good restaurant, very friendly service. Generous breakfast. Very fond memories of visiting Neuf-Brisach and the nearby Black Forest.

04/12/2025: They serve everything (croisants, bread, etc.) by touching them with dirty hands. They touch coins and bills, and then the food. Nothing could be more unhygienic. Nice bakery, friendly staff. One day I had a baguette and the next a pain au chocolat, but I touched both with my hands after giving the previous customer change. I never went back.

18/05/2026: The owner is pretentious, showy, unpleasant, and speaks very badly. She's incredibly cold; she seems to have forgotten that in a service industry, respect and courtesy are key, because more is always better! Never again will I set foot in that place. I should have checked the TripAdvisor reviews first!

01/06/2026: Outstanding restaurant located in the heart of Riquewihr, Alsace. Our Entrees were delicious and the staff were excellent. Plenty of tables inside and some outdoor. We had a great experience.

28/04/2026: While out for a bike ride, I stopped at this restaurant for a drink. Having only my phone with me, I asked if it was possible to pay for an Elsass Cola using just my phone, to which I was told yes. Besides the fact that the drink cost €4.80, I was told in a completely unacceptable tone that the menu started at €5. To which I replied that I only had my phone. The waitress then said, and I quote, "Ah, these cyclists, with their mobile phones!" in an unpleasant and openly rude tone. So I decided to get a chocolate fondant for my son, which was ridiculously small for the price (€4.90, photo attached). Following this unpleasant experience, we won't be going back.

04/05/2026: Excellent meal, a friend introduced us to it, frankly we don't regret it, the food was super and amazing.

03/05/2026: We came for a group lunch with a menu decided two months in advance. Five of us were served undercooked chicken (!!!!!). The plates were taken away, barely reheated, and then mixed up among the diners…!! And there wasn't a single gesture of goodwill or apology. "The meat was cooked at a low temperature," we were told. Five hours there for a bland and disorganized group lunch… Avoid this place. The first time we came in November, the waiter broke the cork in the wine bottle and dared to serve me with it… but we let it go. Not this time.

06/05/2026: Excellent restaurant 🤤. No need to order a starter given the size of the main courses 🤭. We only went to the restaurant, so I won't rate the hotel.

25/04/2026: The waitress is friendly and funny, however the restaurant is too crowded at peak times and the staff becomes too stressed.

18/04/2026: First experience on Thursday: all-you-can-eat Italian buffet, not too expensive. Nice starters, lots of pizza choices, pasta, lasagna, and good desserts. For the price, we really enjoyed ourselves. Very friendly staff.

09/05/2026: We were here with a motorcycle group for a short break (weekend). Good, quiet location, clean rooms, good, plentiful breakfast, and very, very nice hosts. We highly recommend it. We'd gladly come back. 🍀
