29/09/2024: Vi kom med store forhåpninger, og ble skuffet. Fin beliggenhet og interiør. Dessverre skuffet kjøkkenet stort. Med gjennomstekt sirloin og slapp pommes frites. Servitørene var veldig hyggelige og det trakk opp litt. Ville valgt en annen restaurant.

23/09/2024: la tarte flambée était quasi nue et les boissons étaient chères . Le service … Les serveurs … l’un était chouette, l’autre très très ampoulé limite arrogant .

16/08/2024: We were there with colleagues to celebrate my birthday, everything was perfect and their waffles are to die for 😋

11/08/2024: We were warmly welcomed. The salad as a starter was delicious. Unfortunately we had a bit of bad luck with the main courses, the steak was stringy and a bit tough, the duck was too salty. We had to wait quite a long time until our plates were cleared and we could pay. As a gesture of goodwill, we got the drinks on the house.

27/08/2024: Wir waren zu viert in der Auberge. Vier Männer, Mountainbiker. Es war alles Perfekt. Das Frühstück sowie die perfekten 3-Gänge Abendessen, die in unserer Halbpension enthalten waren. Alles ist sehe schön und stillvoll eingerichtet. Die Chefin und das gesamte Personal sind sehr nett! Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht! Einziges, kleines Manko ist die Anzahl de Toiletten. Ich komme gerne wieder dorthin!

16/08/2024: Sortie du 15 août, nous avons déposé la voiture en bas sur le parking et avons marché à la ferme auberge de Schantzwasen (2,5 km) en montant avec Twix notre labrador. Marché à l'ombre très agréable.

02/10/2024: Rather inconspicuous from the outside, a dream inside. Great atmosphere, very cozy, great service. There were six of us and we chose the large menu. We enjoyed a fantastic 8 course meal at a reasonable price. We can really recommend this gourmet restaurant. It wasn't the last time we were there. Top!!!

14/09/2024: As soon as we arrived, we were impressed by the beautifully decorated restaurant and the garden with terrace - full of anticipation for a great evening. The Menu Gastronomique and the à la carte dishes are very exciting and arouse curiosity. We ate the Menu Gastronomique and were thrilled by the creativity, the taste, the quality and also the straightforwardness! The foi gras caramélisé and the Breton scallop with tahini humus were outstanding. The risotto with the super aromatic summer truffles is a poem. Unfortunately, the reception and support was the complete opposite - impersonal and service was just unwound - you don't feel welcome! Our poor knowledge of French may also have been the cause... It's a real shame - this service doesn't do justice to Ms. Peters' culinary skills!

21/09/2024: Very good experience in this restaurant with our Alsatian friends. The food is very good, the service provided by a lovely person. And the value for money is very good, around 50 euros per person with aperitif and wine. Thank you for entertaining us.

17/09/2024: A word! Amazing. While traveling this week in Colmar, I wanted meat 🥩. Well I was served! A magnificent piece on hot stone with fries and salad 🥗 the meat was really great, we cut it like butter! And I, who am a big eater, couldn't have dessert because it was so plentiful! I usually never go out to a restaurant alone, it's a bit sad but hey, given that I'm here for work I went for it and I'm really not disappointed! The gentleman in the dining room who served me was very kind! And little care throughout the meal! It's so nice to have someone so wonderful! (he very kindly put the bouvoir on me as tradition dictates) 🥰Thank you very much you gave me a pleasant evening! It will be a very nice souvenir of Colmar 😊 I recommend 1000%

23/07/2024: Very nice, cozy hotel. Excellent room with spacious bathroom. Delicious breakfast with fresh (and own) products. Too bad the restaurant is not open in the evening. Great!

The gourmet café offered a nice variety of desserts, all exquisite. The service was impeccable, attentive and fast. A very good address, I highly recommend!”
