11/03/2026: It's a lovely shop with helpful staff. You can choose it to try different teas, take a break, and warm up. Seating is limited, but we were very pleased with both the teas we tried and the atmosphere; I recommend it.

13/10/2025: Super sweet shop with lovely owner and staff. Favorite was Le Toit du Monde (?). It was very reasonably priced and you get plenty of we ordered a few and shared to try. Recommend on a chilly day for sure!

19/04/2026: Instead of the booked 20 m² suite with a view of the mountains, we got a 9 m² room in the attic with a skylight and a view of another roof. The furniture was worn out, the refrigerator was on the ground. The administrator gave us the keys and went home. We didn't get dinner, we didn't get breakfast either with us or on site. We didn't get our money back for the room and breakfast we paid in advance. Parking is 2 blocks away, although you can park your car right on the street. The SPA is an old dusty jacuzzi, standing on an open balcony in a side street between houses. We didn't get the bill either. The hotel doesn't respond to emails, doesn't communicate through Booking. Most of the photos in the profile are not from this hotel. A complete fake. Be careful - payment only in advance, the establishment does not refund money.

18/04/2026: We went there for a meal and received a very warm welcome! The setting, both inside and out, is very charming and pleasant, the cuisine is refined and delicious, good value for money, and the establishment is very clean. We'll definitely be back!

03/07/2026: I give the restaurant top marks. I didn't stay at the hotel (my sister did and she was very happy with it). The hotel is located right across from the train station, and the rooms are very good value for money. As for the restaurant, it's excellent value for money. Everything was delicious, homemade with fresh ingredients, original, a top-notch meal from start to finish, all for a reasonable price. Congratulations to the chef! A very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.

26/05/2026: Everything you find in Alsace…simple, pleasant, clean, friendly, and welcoming, all in a very well-maintained building. I much prefer this type of establishment to an overpriced, ultra-cozy hotel. With a day reaching 30°C, air conditioning wasn't an option. Parking is available in the center of Thann. This establishment was exactly what I had booked. Thank you.

23/01/2026: After our hike up the Col du Bonhomme, we stopped at this establishment. Even at 3 pm, we were able to get a typical hot meal, and then we had a very wide selection of desserts (lemon meringue pie, flan, blueberries, plums, tiramisu, rum baba, etc.). The owner is incredibly welcoming and answered all our questions about the local wildlife, explaining the wolves and foxes in the area.

15/12/2025: After a wonderful weekend in Turkheim and Riquewihr, my husband and I had lunch at the Relais Vosges - Alsace before a long 4-hour drive, and what a lovely surprise! We started with a rich and generous soup, then my husband had the Munster quiche, which was absolutely delicious. I had fries (delicious, perfectly crispy and plump) and two knackwurst sausages—it had been so long! I loved it; everything was perfect, right down to dessert (lemon meringue pie and custard tart). The staff is lovely, incredibly friendly, and very pleasant (I really don't understand some of the negative reviews; you must be incredibly picky... or a bit too self-important...). We will gladly return to the Relais on our next trip to Alsace. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Thank you also for their kindness and warm welcome. This venue is simply exceptional: the setting is magnificent and possesses all the Alsatian charm we love. It's the ideal place to celebrate an exceptional wedding and create unforgettable memories. We wholeheartedly recommend this venue!

28/07/2026: A very pleasant experience. We were comfortably seated in the shade. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and well-prepared (spätzle, sauerkraut). I highly recommend this restaurant.

28/07/2026: A superb experience at 119! A huge thank you to the entire team, who are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service is quick with a more than reasonable wait time, and above all, the food is absolutely delicious! A tip: try the baeckeoffe; it's simply divine. As for drinks, the wine list is well worth exploring, with a particular favorite being the Pinot Gris and the Crémant Brut Rosé. A place I wholeheartedly recommend!

01/06/2026: A somewhat disappointing evening in terms of taste. The waitress didn't know the dishes, forgot to bring us the carafe of water and coffee at the end of the meal, but didn't forget to charge us for it. We pointed this out when paying, but the waitress, who was standing next to the waiter handling the payment (who did offer us coffee at the counter and apologize for our dissatisfaction), offered no apology. Similarly, when we brought our plates back, the same waitress, to whom we spoke about our dissatisfaction with one dish (the scallops were overcooked, bland, and only two out of three were returned), said she would pass on the information. We never heard back, hence the complaint, which we felt was important to report. On the other hand, we were pleasantly surprised by the desserts, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We always enjoyed good food and excellent service under the previous owners, but now with the new owners, we won't be returning anytime soon. Too disappointing for just one evening. We do not recommend this establishment.

30/05/2026: Some rooms are outdated, and the value for money is disappointing. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was broken, even though it was 30°C outside. As a result, we were in unbearably hot conditions all night, and the staff offered no alternative solution at the time. The services are not really commensurate with the price charged!

15/07/2026: Honestly, I was very disappointed. Completely unprofessional. We had a reservation, but the blonde waitress just told us, "Your name's on the table, figure it out yourself." She couldn't even seat us. Once we were seated, no one came to give us the menu; we had to ask for it. The dark-haired waitress seemed fed up with taking our order. We asked for the coals to be changed, and the result was a completely burnt shisha. The Red Bull was served in a can without a glass, despite our request. Every time we called the blonde waitress, she sent her colleague because she clearly didn't want to serve us. I also noticed that she was very nice to the men but haughty with the women. The customers next to us even had to call the waitresses for us because they were ignoring us so much. I used to go to this shisha lounge before, but today the service was disastrous. It's a real shame.

15/08/2026: An exceptional address in Colmar. An absolute must-try! There are restaurants where you have a wonderful time… and then there are those you're still talking about days later. JY'S undoubtedly belongs to the latter category. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the restaurant's ambiance: a magnificent, elegant, and welcoming decor, where every detail seems to have been meticulously considered. Nothing is left to chance, right down to the tableware and cutlery, which are true extensions of the dining experience. The service is on par with the cuisine: professional, attentive, and elegant, but never intrusive. This perfect balance is particularly appreciated in an establishment of this caliber. And the food… wow! Everything is incredibly precise, with flavors that complement each other, perfectly mastered textures, and an ability to surprise without ever losing its equilibrium. But if there's one dish that will stay with us for a long time, it's undoubtedly the stuffed cabbage with lobster. A true marvel. I don't think I'm still reeling from that dish… A dish as surprising as it was delicate, and above all, incredibly delicious. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the chef, Jean-Yves Schillinger, a moment we truly enjoyed. An approachable, warm chef with a great sense of humor… and clearly a penchant for teasing the locals of Eguisheim. Bravo to the entire JY'S team for this magnificent evening. Behind the excellence and precision of a great establishment, there are personalities, spontaneity, and a genuine soul. A remarkable gastronomic experience, a sublime setting, exceptional cuisine, and impeccable service. We left with smiles on our faces… and above all, with a burning desire to return.

A remarkable establishment in every way: the welcome, the ambiance, the quality of the food, the service… Everything was perfect! A refined and flawless experience that truly deserves to be highlighted. A huge congratulations to the Chef and his entire team for this magnificent work. We will definitely be back!

19/07/2026: I didn't like that bread is given by bare hands. It is not hygienic as a seller takes money and who knows what else by them. People use gloves or bakery tongs already in most places:/ This decreased my satisfaction when eating the product.

29/07/2026: Permanently closed, don't go there, and they don't specify which holidays they're closed on. They know how to take money from truckers and don't warn anyone when they're closed. Real business owners to avoid. Please specify your holiday hours and I will remove my comment.

07/12/2025: We always have wonderful experiences dining here. Today was a delightful discovery: a family brunch at this restaurant, which we'd previously only frequented for meals on market days. As always, the quality, quantity, and warm welcome were all excellent.

15/07/2026: I discovered this restaurant this evening and I must say I was delighted with my dinner. Excellent vegetables, a tender and very high-quality sirloin steak cooked to perfection. The wine, a good Côtes du Rhône, was also enjoyable. It's a shame the restaurant wasn't busy; this place definitely deserves a visit.

19/05/2026: The service and the wait between courses were too long. The door leading to another room created a draft when it was open for the person seated nearby. The only positive points were the stunning view and the cleanliness of the restrooms and the premises.
