21/07/2024: For a hotel picked off on the internet we couldn’t have made a better choice. Right in the centre of town for the solstice music festivities that we had no idea was going on! Knowing we had a secure base for the bike and our gear meant that we could get out and explore the town. Our one night stop over just didn’t allow us enough time to fully explore, but Colmar is like stepping back into the 15th century (give or take a century or two). It is like a time warp and is so beautiful. Great restaurants and, at this festival time, different music at almost every street corner. We’ll certainly be back (by car - I can’t stand the rain as the song goes) and take more time to explore the town using the wonderful Hotel Rapp as our base. You should visit too 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

12/07/2024: Very bad experience in this hotel: arrival at 11 p.m. - clogged shower which floods the bathroom... (see photos) emergency room change at midnight - again shower which overflows in the new room the next evening... We are asking for compensation because the room costs €152 per night… The staff present tell us they are the breakfast team because of a lack of staff Unable to contact management. This hotel is a very old house (see photos) which if it were not in Colmar would not survive

29/07/2024: Terrasse spacieuse et agréable, le personnel est toujours courtois et poli. Le cordon bleu était excellent ! Une valeur sûre.

16/06/2024: Le personnel est toujours très professionnel et accueillant, même pour une grande tablée comme la nôtre. Les plats étaient excellents et bien servis. C'est toujours un plaisir de venir déjeuner ou dîner au Squash 3000.

01/08/2024: I didn't like it at all, even my friends are of the same opinion, but the spring rolls were super good. Too bad, I won't come back again.

05/07/2025: A charming restaurant in a lovely little town on the Rhine. After discovering it by chance in a guide, we enjoyed a warm summer evening on the terrace. We have yet to try the excellent wine selection. However, the aperitif was perfectly selected by the team. For the main course, we shared the Chateaubriand – beautifully garnished and presented. We will definitely be back.

25/09/2024: I cannot figure out how this place has such a low rating, well I guess I can mainly due to the service, they are great but they could be more welcoming, some look to pursuade you from coming in and eating, a little customer service and this place would be great, but despite not being cheery, they are nice enough

24/09/2024: I went there for dinner with a colleague I ordered a fish sauerkraut good bad luck no haddock fish which gives this particular scent and taste we double the portions of fish in the salmon zander dish I appreciate the gesture however the sauerkraut is not bad the dish is well garnished but lacks a little refinement. I have already eaten fish sauerkraut that was a bit better. The salad ordered is certainly large but slightly cooked. Too bad for traditional Alsatian cuisine, there are little things to improve. The staff is friendly, the setting is also...

13/09/2024: Very pleasant stopover during a hike. The renovated bathroom was great and the room was very comfortable. Family welcome and very friendly.

09/09/2024: Do not respond to reservations, do not want to help, and only speak French. Not recommended

09/12/2024: Only ate at the restaurant one evening. Disappointed in its general quality price fortunately that the setting enhances the place. The fireplace would have been nice to have been lit...a shame there too.

02/09/2024: Emergency hotel in a busy area. No regrets, there was what you needed to sleep well. The owner was very accommodating.

24/08/2024: Friday August 16, it's almost 9 p.m., my wife and I go to this restaurant to possibly eat again without having reserved. Aware of the lateness of the hour, I approach the boss who is finishing his shift: “Good evening Mr, is it still possible to eat?” His answer is unequivocal. We are dealing with a real restaurant trader: “Come on, take a seat”. The waitress brings us the menu, and to avoid embarrassing her, given the late hour, I ask her what is easiest to prepare. Like daughter, like father, his response is of the same splendor: “treat yourself, sir, lady”. The meal and the service... Perfect. Everything is said. Nothing to add. Otherwise: Recommend

02/09/2024: The cakes and tarts are prepared in a highly professional manner. Modern and tastefully furnished inside. Would definitely come back.

22/08/2024: Very nice terrace, the dessert I had was exceptional, too bad the coffee was lukewarm but otherwise overall it was great 👍

11/11/2024: We have been coming for over 30 years! The quality of the cuisine and service is always consistent. It’s very good and all these professionals know their job very well. Without forgetting the most beautiful wine list!!

20/09/2024: This was actually a bit disappointing. My lactose allergy was taken into consideration, but it was little for quite a decent price. No small appetizer beforehand, as is often the custom. We got the feeling because we don't speak French that it was a shame that we were there. Maybe this was just recording a moment, but for the price you expect a little more. I had the cod fillet and my friend had the mixed grill.

16/09/2024: Having tea or something else on the terrace today seems to really annoy the waiter... He is pedantic and talks down to people. Doesn't want to get rid of his cards from a table he has assigned to himself to seat clients. He is haughty and very unpleasant. The weather is already bad today and it's not helping to warm up the atmosphere...
