03/01/2025: Our only mistake was to reserve a table without reading the reviews, based on the reputation of the establishment a few months/years ago (we are local) The waitress's behavior was more than limited and she turned us cold, the meal was tasteless... We preferred to shorten the torture and not have dessert. Damage...

30/12/2024: A terribly long time. Restaurant not equipped to serve 53 people. Nothing good, broth is water. Dried meat and semolina cake and compote to the rescue!! To avoid

14/09/2024: Eaten there several times, buffets not bad especially meat and fish otherwise too bad too much frozen food, nuggets not great. Dessert buffet too bad, I had ice cream... Because I had already tasted the rest. Take restaurant ticket card. I will go back but not immediately and I now know what to take and what not to take. Welcoming staff. But for good eaters it’s good.

15/01/2026: Quite disappointed, not to say totally. Having come regularly for a few years before the opening of its direct competitor (Sch...) a few meters away, it seems to me that no improvements have been made: No friendly welcome, no smiles, dirty outdoor tables and frangipane at €14.90, really not great.

23/12/2025: I often get my various sandwiches, bread, and pastries there... A real treat, plus the staff are very friendly, which is why I'm a regular.

15/12/2024: While passing through to see the Colmar Christmas market, we stopped at this restaurant without reservation. Good welcome. The meal was good overall. Fast service. The only downside, we were quite crowded with other customers

07/09/2024: Just not again!! We were actually there for dinner this evening. A nice waitress served us at first, so far everything was fine. The dishes that are on the menu on the house wall either existed or didn't exist, but there were tarte flambées with and without cheese. So we decided on the tarte flambée, a big mistake! The nice waitress was probably off work, so she went home with us shortly after we ordered. After an eternity, a bad-tempered, taciturn gentleman came out. Put the drinks on the table for us, more or less, without comment. Shortly afterwards he brought the tarte flambée, or what it was supposed to be. A finished product, barely cooked through, lukewarm and crispy, even just the edge. Disaster! Read the other reviews! These are similar. Avoid the store.

02/10/2024: Disappointing!!!! Shameful service! If you don't like your job, think about retraining!!! We have the impression that the sooner we left, the better off the waitresses were. During the meal we wanted some wine but given the lack of participation and attention from the incapable waitresses we had time to get rid of it (1/ Only 3 could be eaten out of the totality of 2 literally inedible dishes) A ​​pasty calzone like chewing gum and we don't talk about its filling or even less about the burata (even in supermarkets it is not as powdery and bad)🙄. The Milanese escalope which has probably been hanging around for a while, not to mention the pasta and a bland sauce like I've never seen before. We are going to pay not even an ounce of interest wondering if it was or other NOTHING!!!! However, the setting is magnificent and the boss adorable. Fortunately his intervention at the time of our departure took place. Attentive, kind and humorous boss. As a restaurant executive I would be ashamed to have such service and cuisine like that (I wonder what they eat during the staff meal before service) What a shame for his boss who honestly deserves everyone to ride on roulettes given his location and his person himself but his team does not give him any credit. Ps: the 3 stars are only for the support of this poor boss who deserves it for himself.

15/01/2026: If it were possible to give a zero, I'd be the first to support it. The food is frozen: they reheat it and serve it directly to the customers. As for the service, it's even worse: several servers have an appalling attitude, with this "you're from somewhere else, I'm superior to you" look.

29/12/2025: Terrible service! Anyone who just wants a drink is shown the door, leaving the place half empty. The waiters also look very surly and not at all friendly. The flammenkuche, however, isn't bad.

02/09/2024: What can I say except that for a restaurant specializing in cordon bleu, well it's just acceptable (dry and more cheese inside) no dish for vegetarians. Very good service though
