The dishes were exquisitely flavorful and the service impeccable, marked by warm smiles that greatly contributed to our enjoyment. We were a group of about twenty people celebrating my granddaughter's christening, an event made even more special by the surprise of a wedding vow renewal. All the guests, adults and children alike, were received with the utmost care. The spring menu we enjoyed was a true delight with every bite. 23/05/2026: If there's one place you absolutely must visit in Mulhouse, it's this one. A refined atmosphere pervades this magnificent space, with aperitifs served upstairs overlooking the restaurant. Then, an excellent meal at a very reasonable price – simply superb. This former theater is a must-see; thank you to the team.

16/05/2026: Excellent meal, hardly any wait despite being busy. We had two beers, sirloin steak with maître d'hôtel butter, and kidneys with Spätzle. For dessert, crème brûlée and coffee, and panna cotta with rhubarb and strawberry compote. The restaurant was very clean; highly recommended.

09/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Auberge du Froehn. The menu was excellent, the decor very elegant and charming. We especially loved the orange-carrot-ginger sorbet with its gingerbread liqueur: an original and truly delicious combination. While I don't usually like mango, I discovered a superb pairing of flavors with the caramel milk ice cream... simply sublime. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end and recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

01/06/2026: Warm welcome The meals are very good and generous, and the side dishes, which are a nice change from the usual, pair perfectly with the main courses. The waitresses and waiters are professional, pleasant, and attentive. The atmosphere is fantastic; it's very friendly and lively. For rugby fans, there are often matches on TV (a must-see if you're with friends). In any case, a very good experience; I recommend it 100%! Go for it!

30/05/2026: First time with my wife, a minor issue: the €9.50 cocktail was only half full, while the next table also had a full glass 🤔🤔 Then we each ordered steak tartare. The presentation was lovely, but the problem was that we received our meats in less than 10 minutes after ordering... Is it prepared in advance? And as for the meat, which was supposed to be beef, I certainly didn't get that impression, especially in terms of color. Otherwise, the sides and dessert were fine.
