10/12/2025: A restaurant that's not touristy at all, where you'll find locals. The food is homemade, with deliciously cooked regional dishes. The chocolate mousse and l'atriaux are a delight for the palate (and I don't usually like rare meat!). Plus, Frantz is super attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!! 😋

25/09/2024: Delicious and cozy restaurant. After seven o'clock on Tuesday evening it was completely full. Tasty menu with various typical French (regional dishes). Friendly and attentive service.

02/09/2025: If you've seen Gad Elmaleh's sketch about the €5 Coke, it's here! (See photo) You pay for the view more than the service. Beautiful location. You have to take the cable car to get caught on your drinks. Tip: Remember to bring a snack. The surrounding establishments are just as expensive. The goat village, on the other hand, is very pleasant.

06/11/2025: A simple but very clean hotel, excellent and generous cuisine, a very pleasant welcome, and smiling staff. The hotel is well located, very easy to park, and the balcony has a lovely view of the mountains. What more could you ask for?

15/10/2024: Just had a stunningly good 3-day work meeting at Le Cottage Bise. I only wish I'd stayed longer to make the most of this glorious venue! From start to end, the service was impeccable, and the food outstanding - to serve perfect steak to 67 people simultaneously was a remarkable feat, and the hotel team also catered very well for the group's various dietary issues at breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's a shame I didn't have time to go swimming as the pool looked and felt very inviting (only had time to dip my hand in). My room was excellent, with a lovely view of the lake, and the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom included robes, slippers and very tasteful toiletries, and everywhere was extremely clean. The conference rooms were in an amazing 11th century priory a couple of minutes on foot from the main hotel and was perfect for our needs. Very highly recommended!

I was organizing a business event for 70 people, they closed the hotel for us, the conference room (thank you very much Gabriella!!!), the food (I'd like to highlight the risotto, the perfect egg, beef and the desserts) and the service were incredible! Every detail was perfect! Everyone complimented and enjoyed the location and the Cottage Bise! Thank you to Mr. Bise and his team for all their hard work and effort. It's obvious they have a wealth of experience in organizing special events and know what they're doing. I highly recommend them if you want to organize a successful event! 30/10/2024: A big thank you to all the Esquisse staff for this incredible moment. The welcome and service are impeccable. We took a 5 course menu. Everything was excellent, refined, delicious. We really enjoyed tasting the chef's surprise, it was amazing! The sketch is a very nice address, you will not be disappointed.
