17/01/2026: A friendly place with unpretentious, welcoming service. The staff is very pleasant. A few rather condescending, typically Parisian customers were very professionally put in their place by the staff, proof that this is truly authentic Haute-Savoie. We highly recommend it.

11/03/2026: Another annual visit on March 10, 2026, with yet another very pleasant welcome. The owner arranged for us to arrive at our preferred time and then moved us to a quieter, more comfortable table for two to enjoy a very good, generously portioned raclette and the original and delicious red fruit crème brûlée. We will gladly return! ********************* Review from March 2023: Pleasant restaurant with high-quality cuisine. They also offer some lovely dishes beyond the local specialties, but we were particularly taken with the "La Tablée" cheese crust, which was excellent. The fresh cheese with red fruits was delicious and generous. The owner, whom I spoke to on the phone and then met in the afternoon to check the location, very kindly confirmed that she would do everything she could to reserve a quiet table for two for us, and we were not disappointed; we had a very good table. Impeccable service. Good value for money.

10/03/2026: The worst fondue I've ever eaten in my life, so much so that we thought there had been a problem in the kitchen. We were told it was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, it had no flavor other than that of a very low-end wine. Avoid at all costs.

16/02/2026: A very warm welcome and kindness from the servers and cooks (the open kitchen was fantastic!) throughout our meal. The food was truly excellent and of superior quality. From the perfectly cooked meat to the delicious little pickled onions served with fresh mesclun, and finally the dessert: everything was delicious, generous, and delightful! Our only regret (but we'll be back): we didn't get to try the Uruguayan chef's chimichurri sauce. It must be worth it considering everything else. We'll be back.

30/09/2025: A warm, attentive, and truly friendly welcome. The restaurant was closed during our stay, but we still had a delicious raclette for dinner! We were allowed to park our motorcycles in the garage. It was a lovely stay! We'll definitely be back.

01/09/2025: An absolutely charming hotel with a magnificent view and a very warm and friendly welcome from the entire staff. The food served in the restaurant is excellent. We highly recommend it!

05/12/2025: You've barely arrived when a door opens, a smile greets you, and your luggage finds its place on the trolley as if by magic. An upgrade takes me to the suite, which impresses not with size, but with thoughtful restraint: everything is there to make your stay pleasant – from the calming colors to the balcony, which on warm days is sure to be the best spot in the house. The view of the lake: unobstructed. The room: quiet, although occasionally a piece of furniture goes on a journey to neighboring rooms. Service at the bar and in the restaurant? Pleasant – with that gentle understatement that doesn't feel forced. You're noticed, but not hounded. A hotel you remember – not for grand gestures, but because it lingers in your memory like a place you'd gladly return to when you're in the area and know what you want: peace, a view, and service.

17/11/2025: A very nice hotel. A minor drawback was the Jade room, where one of the two beds made creaking and squeaking noises as soon as you lay down. The bed was still comfortable, though. Excellent restaurant with friendly and well-trained staff. Delicious menu, special mention for the chocolate dessert, truly exceptional! Thank you again to the person who cleaned the room after our departure and who actively helped me find a watch I had left behind.

13/01/2026: Passing through Rumilly, we received a very warm welcome, the food was excellent, and the service was very pleasant. Don't change a thing!

13/01/2026: Everything was perfect from start to finish. We booked a table for twelve. Our waitress was remarkably friendly, professional, and attentive. The dishes we ordered were delicious: I had a Savoyard-style veal escalope as a main course and a vacherin glacé for dessert. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the veal escalope was very generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend this establishment.

15/01/2026: A truly wonderful experience at Jardin d’Eden. The welcome was both highly professional and warm, which immediately put us at ease. The suggestions for drinks and aperitif wines were particularly well-chosen and perfectly complemented the dishes we selected. The quality of the food was remarkable: beautiful combinations, perfectly balanced flavors, and delightful textures. Special mention goes to the velouté, which was simply succulent. From start to finish, everything was executed with finesse and consistency. An address I recommend without hesitation, and one where you will definitely want to return.

23/02/2026: The service was quite slow, even though we arrived on time. The waitstaff were friendly. The food was good, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. However, we were very disappointed with the owner who, after a stiff welcome in the dining room when we took our order, didn't even greet us when we returned to the catering area. While there is certainly more demand than supply for restaurants in St. Gervais, customers should be treated equally whether they are dining in or ordering from the catering service.

12/02/2026: As usual, it was delicious and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it for enjoying a good piece of meat and a delicious truffled mashed potato!
