25/04/2026: A superb restaurant in a magnificent setting, with unbeatable value for money and excellent cuisine featuring local produce. The service is always impeccable. If you want to experience a timeless moment on the Glières plateau, I highly recommend this establishment.

30/05/2026: If you're very busy and in a hurry, don't go there; the food is incredibly slow. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our main course, and luckily we didn't order an appetizer! It was the slow service that made us skip dessert. It's a shame, because the place is nice, the setting is beautiful, and the service is impeccable!

26/05/2026: I love this restaurant! The food is refined and very generous. The pastries are made by a pastry chef who creates magnificent and delicious desserts! Impeccable service with qualified and attentive staff. Even the chef sometimes helps out with the service. And to top it all off, a unique setting with a terrace reminiscent of a Balinese garden.

09/06/2026: Fantastic experience, beautiful location, great service. Classic structural architecture and room design combined with a modern guest experience. Location on Lake Annecy is ++. Our room was floor 3 facing the lake - moderate temps enabled us to sleep with windows open to smell and feel the cool lake air. Took a fun cycling tour around the lake with a lunch stop in Annecy - quaint, interesting town. Menus were classic French and high quality. Only downside - numerous patrons who smoke cigarettes sitting in public areas. Smell permeates most public spaces, including the indoor bar area, the outdoor balcony area. Be prepared and be patient.

18/04/2026: Ate today, very disappointed. The couscous was reheated, and what's more, the so-called broth and vegetables in the pasta smelled burnt. It also tasted burnt.

18/04/2026: Having allergies, it was difficult to find an allergen-free dish. The manager offered to prepare something just for me, adapted to my allergies. This was a very kind gesture, and not everyone would have done that. I highly recommend it. Excellent service!

15/05/2026: The view is magnificent and the heated pool is very pleasant. However, the room is small and poorly soundproofed. The breakfast is quite basic and not worth €19. Another negative point concerns Connect holiday vouchers: before booking, we called to confirm they were accepted, but only an hour before our arrival, the hotel informed us that they only accepted the paper version, even though the reservation was made eight days prior. Finally, pool towels must be kept for the entire stay, but this information was not provided to us on the first day.

11/05/2026: The best place I’ve been to in Chamonix. Tourists and locals frequent which is always a great sign. Their house made beer is fantastic, food was great, and the service was perfect. Chatted with the manager as well and he was awesome. I don’t usually leave reviews but had to for this. Will come back next time I’m in Chamonix!

11/05/2026: This place has a great atmosphere, the kind you can't create on purpose or duplicate. It attracts locals and tourists alike. We have a great time every time we go there. The food and in-house brewed beer are great, and the staff is excellent!

We keep coming back for the impeccable and consistently pleasant service, the charming staff, and the excellent food. Everything is there for a perfect moment after a morning on the slopes. 11/03/2026: I only gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere because we came on a Monday at lunchtime, and it would be misleading to say it was wild 😉 The food is simple but good, even very good. The kitchen (from a physical point of view) is very clean (open to the dining area). The lady who served us was so friendly and efficient! I will definitely go back.

18/05/2026: Despite a late booking due to unpredictable weather that thwarted our planned barbecue, my group and I were able to secure a reservation without any trouble at this charming little restaurant for a meal for 11 people. The mountain setting is magnificent, the restaurant itself is equally beautiful, and the three-cheese fondue was delicious and generously portioned. But I was especially delighted by the quality of the service, which was quick, efficient, and friendly. We enjoyed a wonderful meal, chatted with the waitresses, and took photos to remember the evening. Thank you again; it was a fantastic experience for our group. I highly recommend this restaurant and would love to return someday!

20/04/2026: I've been to this establishment several times, living in La Clusaz... But this will definitely be the last time...an older woman was standing behind the bar and was a little too attentive to our needs! She came to bother us every 10 minutes, no exaggeration, and with absolutely no courtesy...the way two people in our group were eating the raclette (€30/person) didn't please the lady... My son had the misfortune of letting me taste the cheese, and she pounced on us even though there were six of us and each of us had ordered a dish costing between €30 and €40! I had to put her in her place because the young people with me didn't dare say anything... It's very regrettable, because the waiter was very pleasant, and thankfully this person is surrounded by people who raise the bar... If it had been up to me, I would have put her in her place even more, but I remained polite, and yet there was still no apology... APPALLING... You need to do something else quickly, Madam. Virginie
