18/03/2026: This is a luxurious chalet, exceptionally well-decorated and maintained. I dined at the restaurant twice. The menu, while varied, isn't extensive, ensuring there's something for everyone. The dishes on the evening set menu or à la carte are meticulously prepared, generous, beautifully presented, and served with professionalism and kindness in a refined mountain setting. The bill is very reasonable considering the quality of the service. I recommend this restaurant (I didn't stay at the hotel) without hesitation.

06/04/2026: Fantastic location for skiers with easy access to the slopes. We usually book self catering but as we were in Les Gets for a sneaky final week’s skiing we decided to take the 1/2 board option at John and Nicola’s family owned and managed slope-side hotel. Great food with plenty of choice and an extensive cheese board every evening. Excellent wine list and convivial bar - we had a brilliant week catching up with old friends. And the snow was good too so a fine end to the ski season. See you next year.

01/08/2026: A friendly atmosphere, a great view, and delicious food—everything you need for a relaxing evening! The food is simply delicious, the duck breast is to die for, and even the children loved it. The entire staff is incredibly attentive. Everything is perfect; don't change a thing! We had a wonderful evening celebrating our daughter's birthday.

16/03/2026: You can't miss the iconic Bacchus: the chef and his pink uniform. And when I say pink… I'm not talking pale pink or baby pink. No, I'm talking a vibrant fuchsia, the kind that will make your eyes pop before you even taste the appetizer. The chef sees life through rose-colored glasses, and it shows: a big smile, a warm welcome, and a team—partly family—that truly goes the extra mile. The food is a delight: delicious, generous, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is friendly, and there's even a playroom to keep the kids entertained while their parents enjoy their meal in peace. In short, a place where you eat very well and have a truly wonderful time. Needless to say, I can't wait to go back!

30/07/2026: Located in a stunning setting overlooking Lake Plagnes, the team welcomes you with kindness and warmth. The food is delicious and healthy, made with local produce. An excellent stop for lunch. We'll definitely be back because they're well worth it. 😉

12/07/2026: A mountain refuge with a rather steep access. Food and drinks are available. Friendly service; you can go there at your leisure.

02/02/2026: The place is simply amazing I was there with a group of Jews for the weekend and Shabbat. The owners went out of their way to help accommodate the group, and the stay was more than adequate The place is clean and maintained to a very high standard, even for a prestigious area. The kitchen was converted to a kosher kitchen despite all the requirements, and the food and cooking were done on site for the entire weekend, including Shabbat Highly recommend

11/02/2026: Wow, we certainly stumbled across a little gem of a place here! Really lovely cosy, homely atmosphere as soon as you walk in through the door. Rooms we comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious, the bar and cosy seating area was handy as there was a big group of us amd the pool was a lovely addition 😀 Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning Thanks ❤️

22/01/2026: This is my second visit in 2 years. Hotel is such a warm cosy place to stay in a great location in Morzine - roughly half way between super morzine and pleney lifts (so lifts are easily walkable for les gets or avoriaz direction). The staff are great - always attentive and doing their best to make it a pleasant stay. Rooms are in keeping with the hotel rating - comfortable and clean (like the rest of the hotel). There is a nice selection of food at breakfast - all good quality. I love sitting by the fireplace at night and another great feature is the heated outdoor pool - perfect for tired legs after a day of skiing. The hotel represents very good value for money in my opinion and I do not hesitate to recommend - especially for a ski trip (my experience).

01/07/2026: I arrived at 9 PM today and was told, "Sorry, there are no more seats ahead of me." Honestly, there were five tables for two available. I pointed this out to the gentleman, and he said, "I know what I'm doing. I might be expecting customers knowing he's closing in an hour, so he's taking people for fools." Fine, but he should just tell me directly.

30/05/2026: Incredible service despite the crowds due to the Champions League final. Everything arrived very quickly at our table, and the servers were friendly and pleasant. An excellent experience!

17/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, beautiful decor, impeccable service. Generous portions with some Savoyard dishes that differ from those found in other nearby restaurants. The only downside is the final bill: a bit high. We still recommend it, however, as other highly rated restaurants in the area charge similar prices.

07/08/2026: This is a great spot if you're looking for a nice meal with an even better view. The restaurant has a cozy, traditional wood interior, but we chose to sit outside on the patio overlooking the golf course with the mountains in the background. The food was upscale, beautifully plated, and everything we had was very good. That said, it is on the pricier side, and the portions are fairly small. The service was attentive, and they also had a nice selection of drinks, but the star of the show was the crème brûlée and profiteroles.
