06/11/2025: Having visited several times with my partner and family from Normandy, it's a place I adore, in a warm and beautiful setting with stunning views of the mountain pass. The dishes are delicious and always very tasty, and the servers and the owner are incredibly kind and welcoming. It's a favorite spot for me, in every season, though I especially love autumn! I can't wait for it to reopen in the spring 💝

26/10/2024: Un seul mot, fabuleux , caractérise ce restaurant : l’œuf parfait un délice, le foie gras dans son bouillon juste incroyable d’équilibre et de précision tant dans la cuisson que dans les différentes saveurs, enfin l’apothéose avec un tatare de veau à la truffe d’anthologie. Un service empreint autant de gentillesse que de professionnalisme. Et que dire de la carte des vins ? Juste une merveille qui mérite que l’on vienne de loin pour en extraire, comme nous, un Bandol La Tourtine 2016 de chez Tempier qui s’est accordé à merveille avec nos plats. Pour conclure comme dirait François Simon « y retournerai-je ? Oh oui »

10/10/2024: Très bonne adresse, je recommande. Salle chaleureuse dans une ancienne bâtisse pleine de charme. La carte est concise, les plats sont très bons, travaillés sans en faire trop. Le service est très agréable et rapide. C’était ma première fois dans cet établissement et j’y retournerai volontiers.

15/11/2025: It was pretty good, except for the praline floating island which was too sweet; it's a shame because it's quite an original dessert. The staff were very welcoming, which I really appreciated.

15/12/2024: Beautiful hotel, well maintained. Varied, copious and quality breakfast (19€/adult and 10€/up to 12 years old) Ask for a lake side room! The view there is splendid. Only things to say: - family room a little narrow for my taste but sufficient for 1 night. - breakfast ends at 9:30 a.m. Until 10 a.m. would be great! We are happy with our visit and will keep this address for next time 😉

16/12/2024: Emblematic place in Chamonix! The setting and decoration is magnificent. The menu is perfect and for all tastes. Nice wine list. Careful service but thought about booking for major services.

20/09/2024: Bad experience unfortunately. Very long service, not suitable for children, cracked plate, mixed and expensive meal. Disappointed we will not come back. Thank you despite everything to the very smiling waitresses.

01/10/2024: The service is terrible, with endless waiting. The quality of the dishes is mediocre (frozen rice, quality of the meat to be desired, salad not fresh and bathed in an industrial sauce) Even if you are hungry, don't go there! It's not an experience, it's a real nightmare.

They pay attention to the smallest details and ensure that each visit is a pleasant moment. 15/08/2024: Very nice restaurant with a superb view. A great welcome, perfect service and delicious dishes. What more could you ask for...... I recommend this place with my eyes closed. Don't hesitate to stop there when returning from a walk.

12/08/2024: I was in this place just to have a coffee (and a croissant at the same time). I was very satisfied: the staff is very friendly and the terrace overlooks the Mon Blanc. The establishment is located in the center of the village.

15/10/2024: We had the soup of the day which was pumpkin and the quiche. Everything was delicious!! And prices are very reasonable, especially compared to restaurants in Chamonix. We loved it and can’t wait to return.
