03/03/2026: Excellent value for money at this hotel which has many rooms - very comfortable bedding, a generous breakfast with quality products, a spa with sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi with sunset views, and close to the ski resorts - 3 minutes from Thollon and 10 from Bernex. We'll be back!

03/05/2026: It's an unusual experience. Here, you don't come specifically for the decor, but rather for the ingredients sourced from producers around the world and cooked on the stovetop. The ingredients are high-quality, well-prepared, and perfectly seasoned. The service is well-orchestrated by two people, including the chef. The chef's rapid-fire delivery is interesting, but it's hard to take it all in. I was pleasantly surprised by the discovery of the sensations and flavors offered by the different herbs the chef invites us to consume between bites—it's truly surprising! The wines are very good, and Éric Favre is very friendly.

15/04/2026: An original place where you discover the origins of fine ingredients and, above all, their pairing with mouthwatering aromatic herbs. These herbs enhance the flavor of the dish, allowing you to fully appreciate it. Sometimes, a guest will bring a specific ingredient and present it to you. This is exceptional. The gastronomic meal lasts from 7:30 pm to 1:00 am. The unique aspect is the small number of guests—only 13 around a bar—allowing you to better watch the chef at work. You choose your dishes; it's a set menu. Portions or half-portions are available, depending on your appetite. If you run out, you can take home what you've started. Be prepared to wait... there's a four-year waiting list... unless there's an unlikely cancellation.

30/05/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had dinner last night at L’Atelier des Tresoms and had a wonderful time. The cuisine was refined, full of flavor, delicacy, and creativity. Each dish demonstrated true expertise and a constant pursuit of perfect balance. Chef Éric Prowalski’s signature style, already recognized at La Rotonde, is evident in his inspired, elegant, and generous cuisine. A huge congratulations to the entire team for the warm welcome and the quality of this beautiful gastronomic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end and will definitely be back! 🍽️✨

07/05/2026: Let's start with the ambiance. We found ourselves high up, overlooking Lake Annecy. We were there in early May, from almost 8 pm until 9:30 pm. We were able to admire the sunset while enjoying our meal. The setting was magnificent. Next, the service. It was exceptional. We had a small last-minute emergency; the staff were very understanding: they expedited the service of our dishes and ordered a taxi for us. Finally, the cuisine. The harmony of the dishes prepared by Chef Éric Prowalski and his team was sublime; the cuisine was as creative as it was balanced. A big thank you to the entire team for this experience; we will gladly return!

15/05/2026: A pleasant restaurant in the heart of the city, the menu is varied with local and Lyonnais specialties, as well as fresh fish from the lake. The dishes are very well presented and of high quality. The owner is very friendly, but our waiter was barely polite and not very efficient.

The welcome was warm, and the staff were truly attentive, friendly, and professional. We also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, with its refined and flavorful cuisine. A truly excellent place that we highly recommend. We will gladly return.

What strikes you first is the rarity of its offering: freshly prepared cuisine, made to order with a sincerity rarely found elsewhere in the region. Here, the ingredients are top-quality, and "homemade" isn't just a marketing ploy; it's a way of life. Why you absolutely must go: The Cuisine: Authentic, fresh, and prepared to order. You can taste the respect for the ingredients in every dish. The Atmosphere: It's incredibly welcoming. The owners are exceptionally kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. The Price: For this level of quality in the area, the prices are more than reasonable. It's the best value for money in the Annecy region. In short, an address that deserves to be known and recognized by all lovers of true gastronomy. A big congratulations to the team!

28/05/2026: Nothing extraordinary, but the food is good. The dining room is a bit cramped. The only downside is the water, which isn't cold and you have to pour it yourself. At €20 for the set menu, you expect a minimum level of service. They could easily put a few bottles in the fridge, but oh well... overall, it's a pleasant place.

21/05/2026: We came for a family pastry tasting, and frankly, we weren't disappointed. Not too sweet, the flavors were well-defined and sometimes even surprising! I highly recommend it. The price is entirely justified by the quality of the product and the exquisite presentation. The MOF title is totally deserved.

10/06/2026: Disgusting establishment, avoid at all costs. 30 euros for raclette per person, tasteless charcuterie, and boiled potatoes. 100 euros for 3 people including 1 coffee, 2 raclettes, 50cl of wine, and a small fried dish with fries.
