14/09/2024: Excellent traditional Savoyard restaurant in La Clusaz. Very warm welcome, the room is magnificently decorated, the dishes are copious and excellent. Attentive and available waiter/waitress. The desserts are also very good. Keep it up

19/10/2025: We came to Thonon-les-Bains for a 3-week spa treatment. We frequently had lunch in the Belle Époque and regularly stopped off at the end of the day. We enjoyed every moment at this establishment: the food, the welcome, the location, and the various thoughtful touches. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Don't hesitate to stop by.

11/09/2024: Classique restaurant d'alpages aux Lindarets, village des chèvres, près de Morzine-Avoriaz. Nous y sommes allés en voiture parce que les télécabines (qui partent des Ardents) ferment le 1er septembre, l'accès est facile et il y a des parkings avant et après le village, qui est en fait un hameau avec fermes, restaurants, boutiques de produits locaux et souvenirs et où les chèvres sont en liberté. La carte est simple mais très efficace : des spécialités locales ( fondues, tartiflettes, tartichèvres, salades, omelettes, suggestions du jour, viandes et poissons locaux) avec des produits locaux bien mis en valeur. J'ai mangé une tartichèvre aux chanterelles délicieuse ( fromage de chèvre à la place du reblochon) et une tarte aux myrtilles à tomber avec une pâte fine et croustillante comme j'aime, mon compagnon a pris la suggestion du jour : un pavé de veau au chanterelles absolument fabuleux, tendre et juteux. L'addition est raisonnable pour la qualité des produits, la situation et la gentillesse du service ( rapide soit dit en passant, je recommande vraiment. En redescendant nous nous sommes arrêtés au bout du lac de Montriond ( chalet bar-restaurant) pour boire un très bon café dans un cadre merveilleux, et nous avons visité la chartreuse de Mélan avec son magnifique cloître : une très très belle journée! J'y retournerai en juin quand les télécabines seront en service.
