18/05/2026: A beautiful, intimate place with a fantastic welcome! And what can I say about the restaurant: a true gem, worthy of a Michelin star. I highly recommend it.

06/05/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would gladly do so! I used a Wonderbox voucher with them, but unfortunately, we had to cancel. So I asked for another date, and they told me they were closed from such and such a date and that they don't accept Wonderbox vouchers during the winter period. I then asked when we could book a date, but received no response, and that date is November 2025. This means they got a €149 booking for free and are ignoring me. Even worse, since they didn't reply to my emails, I called them, and they told me they no longer accept Wonderbox vouchers. Money down the drain that I'll never see again. Dishonest

28/03/2026: Passing through Thônes for the weekend, we had lunch at this restaurant. What a wonderful discovery! The main course and homemade dessert were superb, with wonderful flavors in everything from the salad dressing to the various sauces for the dishes: diots (sausages), tartiflette, porchetta, fish and chips... The service was impeccable. We will definitely return on our next trip to the area. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity.

20/01/2026: A very friendly welcome, the daily menu and desserts were excellent. We stumbled upon it by chance after a visit to the Sica des Alpages farm where the cheeses are reasonably priced.

06/03/2026: Our go-to spot!! We stumbled upon Stem on the first day of our stay for lunch, and ended up eating there almost every day of the week!! The food is delicious, the service is impeccable, and the terrace is perfectly situated at the foot of the ski slope, allowing us to stay in the sun while the children played in the snow or went sledding down the slope! I highly recommend this place! Thanks to the team, and see you next year!!

16/05/2026: The spa was very slippery, the pool wasn't very clean (algae in the corners), the jacuzzi was empty, and there were no clean towels available, just a huge pile of dirty ones from all day. My husband and I had to share one towel. The hammam wasn't heating up, and the button to adjust the water temperature came off in our hands. At breakfast, we waited ages for a pastry, and after 5 minutes, I finally got a hot chocolate because for €15, you don't get an espresso or latte; it's extra. If you want something else, you make it yourself on a Tefal crepe maker, just like at home, except it costs €15! What a joke! We'll never come back!

16/05/2026: A wonderful experience! We stayed two nights and everything was perfect: the welcome, the warm and attentive staff, the room with a view, the pool and spa, the breakfast and meals. A truly relaxing getaway!

24/02/2026: A wonderful time with the family. Raclette, tartiflette, and Bérengère's tagliatelle were all excellent. Special mention to our waitress who was very kind and helpful.

03/05/2026: We had a very home-like experience, both in terms of atmosphere and food (simple but hearty). The service was a bit disorganized; many of the staff were very pleasant but seemed somewhat disorganized (and their French wasn't great). Beautiful location and lovely establishment...👍

20/04/2026: After booking, it turned out that the hotel was located too far from the planned hiking route. After explaining this, the hotel cancelled the booking free of charge.

28/05/2026: Great place for climbing. Personally, I only do bouldering, but there's also route climbing. The changing rooms have two showers, one of which is wheelchair accessible. You can eat there, either on the terrace or inside, or have a drink.

27/05/2026: Restaurant review: Excellent service, friendly and professional waiters. The quality-price ratio is very good. I recommend choosing the set menu as it includes a starter, main course, dessert, water, and bread. P.S.: The French toast is delicious.

25/05/2026: We booked a one-night stay for a short getaway and were very happy with the hotel's location! Breakfast was very good, as was the restaurant downstairs where we had a delicious and generous charcuterie platter!

09/11/2025: Whether on one of the two terraces or inside in one of the three different dining areas, it's always a delight! If you're lucky enough to get a table in the "lounge" (limited seating, reservations are essential), this intimate lounge/fireplace area remains my favorite, with its comfortable sofas before sitting down to eat. The other two dining rooms are also very pleasant. The service is efficient, friendly, and attentive, despite a few minor points that could be improved (such as systematically announcing the dishes). A true pleasure every time, a passionate and comforting cuisine. Thank you to the Chef and his team.

01/04/2026: The meal wasn't great, the pasta wasn't great, the meat was practically nonexistent... Overall, mediocre.

19/03/2026: Very generous portions and reasonable prices. Incredible quality/quantity/price ratio. A minor drawback was that the main courses arrived less than two minutes after our appetizer platter, but it wasn't a big deal.
