Please note: the farm is not accessible by car, the last 700 meters are on a very steep slope on a stony path. We have to arrange with the restaurant owner so that they can come and pick us up.
15/08/2024: We just did the restaurant one evening. A magnificent place, there is nothing to say, Very well maintained, Yeah pleasant staff. Just a small downside, the cuisine is much too salty....

13/09/2024: This is a place where you should go without hesitation in Chamonix.. this butcher's wine cellar restaurant serves you food all day long at the time that suits you. You will find a very beautiful wine cellar there 🍷 enough to eat an excellent piece of meat all served by two very friendly young men who listen to you.. what a treat.. and all in a sumptuous setting... yes on the other hand for vegans I think you should move on.. .thank you for this

I had the pleasure of turning 50, great choice, such a pleasant and dedicated team.
Also discovered at the end of the day for a drink, the sun, the view really sells a beautiful dream.

10/09/2024: Monday evening, I discovered this restaurant. Very warm welcome, decent menu, served fairly quickly, of very good quality. Great service, welcoming staff, prices in line with the products. I recommend and I will go back. Just one thing, please check your cards, there are price differences on a few. No problem, to err is human but... be careful. See you soon and thank you.
10/09/2024: Lundi soir, j'ai découvert ce restaurant. Tres bon accueil, menu correct, assez vite servi, de très bonne qualité. Un super service, personnel accueillant, prix en adéquation avec les produits. Je recommande et je vais y retourner. Juste une seule chose, veuillez contrôler vos cartes, il y a des différences de prix sur quelques-unes. Pas grave, l'erreur est humaine mais.... attention. A bientôt et merci.

22/01/2025: I have an extremely restrictive diet and it is always difficult for me to go to a restaurant, this was not the case, I was able to ask for changes to the dishes without any problem, the waiter was perfect, very kind, professional, attentive, if all the servers were like him going to the restaurant would always be a great pleasure!

Servizio di classe, cucina meravigliosa (ci sarà mica lo zampino di qualche italiano?), piatti curati, ricercati e dai gusti raffinati.
Tanti complimenti davvero alla chef, che abbiamo avuto l’onore di conoscere, per la creazione di questi piatti, e a tutto il suo staff.

19/09/2024: At the foot of the Brochaux waterfall and the TS des Mossettes, magnificent setting.
Friendly staff and very good food. A very good time after a hike!!
(sorry for the "orange" photos, the parasol on the terrace was orange...)

20€ pour une "salade César" avec des morceaux de poulet pané d'une couleur et d'un goût très, très douteux, on ne parle même pas des anchois. Vraiment pas bon.
La carte est des plus banales, difficile de comprendre comment quelqu'un voudrait ouvrir une affaire pour se fouttre de la tête des gens de cette manière.
