23/09/2024: Restaurant which welcomed the four of us very well Even without a reservation. We had excellent pizzas, me a calzone, not many people know how to make it well, it was very good, the waiter very professional and very pleasant, very good service. I highly recommend and we will definitely return.

08/12/2024: An overall experience that I rated at 2/5. I'll come back and try a second time, maybe my rating will go up. In itself, the place and its concept have potential. — The + — A superb activity led by Annecy Batchata, the atmosphere afterwards is nice. The members of the sec are friendly and commercial The parking lot is quite generous and allows for easy parking. The building is very large and you don't feel cramped. - THE - - The cuisine is 0/20 in quality and it’s expensive. (Questionable hygiene as a bonus) Once the initiation is over, there are a lot of people on the floor, it's very hard to climb 1 m to dance.

28/12/2023: Do not take this hotel. It was really worst hotel, i have ever visit. When we come to parking, i did jokes thet this is type of accomodation, where you will find dead person under your bed and blod and hairs in the shower. It was partly true 😳 we had black hairs in our bed, also in the shower. It is really small room, without nois insulation so you can hear ecerything. Bad and absolutelly unconfortable bed was wery thin and hard, pillows was like to be filling by balls... My son had astmathic attack from air in the room and like a cherry on the cake, we had activated fire alarm in some of the rooms at half past nine PM. There was not any staff to check if everything is safe, so we waited half of hour in jacket with 3 years old sleeping son ( 2°C) , if everything will be ok. Therrible experience and absolutelly not funny.!!!! THIS IS NOT A GOOD WAY HOW TO SAVE MONNEY!!!!!!

18/09/2024: - cocktail SCAM: I think they cut the strong alcohol with water. I had 4 cocktails in the evening, I was surprised not to smell alcohol at all. But I told myself that maybe they were just the right amount. In the 4th I understood that he hadn't actually put any on. I'm 1m50 even after a beer in 25 I'm a little tipsy. There I left as if I had taken glasses of water. And I checked it wasn’t mocktails. We were just taken for pigeons. Same goes for the other people at the table. - otherwise good food - service one chance in two of being served by a pleasant person - atmosphere way too much noise. But very nice decor.

07/09/2024: Quel plaisir ce restaurant. On y vient 1 à 2 fois par an. Personnel hyper sympathique et accueillant. On le recommande bien volontiers.

11/11/2024: We had a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. The kids got the master bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom. Parents were quite happy with their smaller room + double bed. Plenty of space + well equipped kitchen. We visited in November so not many people around. Weather was mild so enjoyed a Sunday morning cycle direction Semnoz with some cool scenery.... Bought some breakfast goodies at Lidl (5 minute cycle away). Shame we couldn't stay longer.

26/12/2023: Service trop rapide ! Apéritif pas servi que la fondue est déjà sur la table ! Fondue pas mal mais sans plus et à 24€/pers il faut rajouter 5€ pour un bol de salade ! Personnels accueillent malgré tout !

25/12/2023: Incroyable moment passé grâce à la merveilleuse serveuse Amélie pleine de charme et souriante ainsi le Chef Fifi et sa cuisine PARFAITE. Le personnel est très accueillant et l’ambiance du restaurant est chaleureuse. On a passés une super soirée les plats était délicieux et copieux pour leur prix. Absolument rien de négatif je recommande absolument!

14/08/2025: We stayed at this hotel with our children and grandchildren. We stayed in Apartment No. 2. This apartment is designed to accommodate up to 10 people. There's really only one bedroom upstairs. There are two not-quite-separate areas with two sofa beds. Downstairs, behind the living room area, there's an alcove. It's stifling. In this living room area, there's another sofa bed. The skylights in the bedrooms don't have built-in blinds. This is extremely annoying in the morning during the height of summer. It's equally annoying because they prevent the sun from letting heat into the apartment. There's only one bathroom with a toilet. There's no separate toilet for the bathroom, given the number of people this apartment can accommodate. I don't think that's a good idea. The shower head is completely clogged with limescale. In fact, the other faucets are too. Our children arrived before us. They told us the cleaning wasn't great. I realized this very quickly upon our arrival. The front door handle wasn't tightened properly. Both screws were ready to fall off. The stovetop, the cupboard above it, and the microwave are in a pitiful state. In the cutlery drawer, there's a tea towel. It's in a more than shameful state. You have to wonder if it's clean. The bathroom is just as pitiful. The door is no longer white. It has no lock. The door latch is ripped off. The front of what looks like a drawer under the sink is ripped off. In the kitchen-dining area, some chairs are in a terrible state. One table is extremely dangerous. Under the top, there are lag screws in the corners to reinforce the legs. These lag screws protrude dangerously. They have been casually camouflaged with wine bottle corks. We don't understand at all how this type of accommodation can still be rented and be called an "aparthotel." We don't understand how this type of establishment can accommodate guests. There is a real lack of professionalism. No checks are carried out between each tenant. These checks could and should be done during the cleaning operation. For us, this is a real disgrace. We will never return to this place. A place to avoid absolutely.

18/07/2025: The apartment was clean and perfectly tidy upon our arrival. The welcome was friendly and welcoming, and they were available when we had questions. We stayed for two days. Nothing to complain about. We are very surprised by the many negative comments, which, based on our experience, seem excessive and unjustified. All the best to La Ferme de Lucien, and see you soon!

26/08/2024: Come eat an excellent crust in an idyllic setting. The food is varied and qualitative. I advise, first and foremost, to make a reservation in advance in order to avoid any waiting time! Enjoy your meal 👍🏻

22/08/2024: It's a shame that the cook doesn't really know his job... he doesn't know how to cook entrecôtes, and the quality of the meat wasn't great at all... for the price, eh.... It would have to be correct...however nice establishment and very nice terrace.

22/09/2024: Very friendly and good-willed waitress… But then big organizational problem, dishes come with sauce instead of without, the fondue nothing exceptional, out of stock for certain accompaniments... You are forced to listen to rap for 30 minutes in a restaurant in the evening... thanks to the waitress who asked the manager to change the music for the customers... the crème brûlée served on a second plate full of sauce (see in the photo)… really not professional at all and catastrophic management… and above all, completely false and uncontrolled notes. We paid 103€ and the wrong bill was 179€!!! Free salad (it was the minimum!) I left a tip for the waitress who did her best.

18/09/2024: We have already been here for the first time and the waiter was very welcoming. But this time, a very cold reception. The lights went out and then back on. It took 1 hour to get the first dish, a table much too small for that. We had no place, we were not offered water during the meal. While the other customers for the same meal had the biggest drinks and were offered water. The fondue was all lumpy, the servers were also very rough. No “bon appetit” or “please” The cutlery was barely taken from our hands. For dessert, we had to wait another 45 minutes, even though there were 6 tables in the restaurant. I wouldn't come back, when I have the other negative opinions I completely agree with them. Then there is a bell that just rings throughout the meal. The waiters come and go outside. Restaurant to avoid!

23/01/2025: Very expensive in relation to quality, price, quantity, service compared to other restaurants on the same street... We will not eat again at this establishment. Very noisy considering how many people there were.

18/01/2025: Irish Coffee with 90% Chantilly and just a drop of coffee and whiskey. Expensive too. The tea water was just lukewarm, so not brewed and tasteless. Go your way.
