02/09/2024: Very good experience for our night at the Refuge with half board. Smiling and efficient welcome from Lisa, copious and excellent meals (the pancakes for breakfast, what a luxury!!) and completely honorable room.

30/08/2024: Refuge taken under the TMB. Very cute, far from the big tourist shelters that we encountered on this tour. An incredible view of Mont Blanc. Impeccable service and very generous meals. I recommend without hesitation

06/09/2024: the location is, devine: peaceful, beautiful, a place of well-being. The food is excellent, because the Chef is: tender entre-côte, a must-have ‘croûte au cêpes’, a fromage blanc et confiture, very good (well deserved..) after-hike-beer des ‘Cimes’ (we tried all (rousse, blanche and regular..), the fries - everything in sync with the place! But what cut it for us, was the service: smiling, friendly, attentionate, prompt: Albanne and Arnaud cracked the formula. A place to remember and - to return to. Merci!

15/09/2024: Good cuisine but lacks regional flavors. Magnificent setting with a large number of activities nearby. Too bad the wait was so long between ordering and service.

29/08/2024: Wellness Centre with no cleaning products, super small changing room (male) for max 4 people and hamam not working at all which staff did not informed us about upon entry. Disappointing...

27/08/2024: There are large pools including a 50 m TOP swimming pool outside with a direct view of the mountains, it's just magical

12/07/2024: Good bakery, small problem with the "honorine" baguette, we find the same one at intermarché, same texture, same packaging. Weird

23/06/2024: Attention vegans : go here! Very friendly staff, very tasty food! The nice lady told us they do more vegan food on request. We had the soup of the day with fried pizza dough (OMG! 🤤) and a lovely pizza. Staff was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. Atmosphere was lovely, so also for non vegans you should eat here.

04/09/2024: Great disappointment and already nostalgia for yesterday... From finesse to coarseness. The parquet floor trembles under each step of the waiter with the idea that we could end up in the water. The beauty of the place remains intact, the terrace, the lake, Annecy in the distance but on the plate it's hopeless... A big slice of pâté and strawberry jam.... A slice of pissaladière or a bruchetta style pizza maker all this at 15/16 euros per slice. No more traces of cooking, and even less delicate. The dish, the shadow with its polenta, correct, but it's not worth the 32 euros. As for dessert, no trace of cooking, industrial ice cream... Only the prices remain g-astronomical... 120 euros for main course starter with aperitif for two. Go your way. The little restaurant on the water's edge next door has much better value for money.

20/05/2024: Very good starters and main courses! But we were disappointed with the dessert. The Vacherin was in fact ice cream (and probably industrial), not meringue... too bad when we advertise fresh and homemade products not to go all the way with the desserts. The service, although pleasant, was very chaotic. Average value for money because a little expensive.

30/05/2024: I HAVE JUST LEARNED THAT THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE RESTAURANT LA VOILE CLOSES, WE ARE REALLY DISAPPOINTED ONCE AGAIN WITH THIS BAD INITIATIVE, BECAUSE THIS PLACE FULL OF CHARM OF ELEGANCE IN ALL SIMPLICITY WHO KNOWS HOW TO RECEIVE ANY PUBLIC IN A SETTING EXCEPTIONAL WITH AN IRREPROACHABLE QUALITY OF STAFF SERVICE. WHAT A DESAPPOINTMENT ! WHAT A SHAME ! TO DEPRIVATE US OF THIS WARM PLACE TO MAKE IT A ROOM FOR MUNICIPAL USE, YET ANOTHER ERROR WHICH WILL NOT BE WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES AND DISAPPOINTMENT OF THE REGULATORS. WE THANK THE STAFF AND WE WISH THEM TO BE ABLE TO FIND THEM IN A RECONVERSION AS MAGNIFICENT AS A TEAM AS IT WAS AT LA VOILE RESTAURANT. GOOD CONTINUATION TO YOU AND THANK YOU FOR THESE WARM MOMENTS SHARED THAT WE WILL REGRET IN TIME ON THE QUALITY THAT IN THE SUMMER AND WINTER CONTEXT IF WELL INSTALLED. ...THANK YOU✨🍀

10/05/2024: Parfait du début, jusqu’à la fin. J’ai adoré ce moment passé. Personnel au top, mets alaise dès notre arrivait. Je recommande bien évidemment ce lieu d’exception.
