28/02/2026: Unbelievable. I sat down at a table for two next to a table for four that was just becoming available before I caught my bus, so I could grab a coffee. The waiter arrived. I politely asked for a coffee. He told me, "This is a table for six," as if it were perfectly obvious. A family arrived a little after me. So the waiter simply brushed me off without serving me or even trying to find a solution (which wouldn't have been difficult). Maybe I don't look rich enough to be honored with a coffee. How rude.

26/02/2026: Bare dead don’t recommend styll twusssss, We had raclette for £30 per person not worth as you get a bit of cheese with a tiny sauna + one of my man had rationed potatoes and another man had rationed shrimp, my man’s pizza was decent stylll

28/02/2026: This is my second visit to this hotel and I'm still just as impressed. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the area.

15/02/2026: Initially, we booked a one-night stay without expecting much. In the end, we were very pleasantly surprised by the place in several ways. The decor is tasteful and welcoming; we felt right at home. The spa and hammam area is ideally laid out and perfectly romantic for couples. The room we had was clean, spacious, and functional. A truly relaxing getaway—we highly recommend it!

01/11/2025: We just left the restaurant, where we had a very, very good meal. Bravo to the chef! 👍 It was delicious. (The wild boar with polenta was excellent.) The perch fillets in cream sauce and those with parsley were simply very good. I highly recommend it: welcome 👍, service 👍, cuisine 👍👍.

27/04/2026: A very good hotel for its category and location, with excellent staff. The receptionist was particularly attentive and friendly. Next time I go to Chamonix, I'll stay here.

26/04/2026: The waiter was incredibly rude; he saw me and immediately ran away. When he finally deigned to stop and take my order, he stood about two meters away from the table, acting like he was in a hurry. He had absolutely no smile or friendliness. This kind of person has no business being in the service industry; he'd be better suited to washing dishes. I got up and left.

30/08/2025: Rude waitress, eggs and steaks not cooked as requested, menu with spelling mistakes. Fortunately, the restrooms were clean.

28/08/2025: A great place to come and discover! Very good tartiflette and croziflette, nice crepes too. The service is pleasant, we will be happy to come back this winter.

15/04/2026: It took 15 minutes to receive our order, which consisted of only a coffee and a cake from the display case, so it was already prepared. Yet there weren't even 10 customers in the shop for 2 waitresses. The cake was average.

29/01/2026: 5 stars without hesitation!! Superb welcome (unlike the two restaurants across the street!!). Generous and delicious dishes, attentive service, sunny veranda with views of the Jura mountains on one side and the Alps on the other! Exceptional!

23/01/2026: Very friendly and warm welcome, the Savoyard burger and the croziflette are excellent, as is the tarte tatin, and superb view from the veranda!

24/12/2025: Mixed experience. We came on a Sunday as a family for lunch while visiting the Christmas market. We ordered the daily special, which was croziflette. Unfortunately, the portions were too small. The adults received the same amount as the children. We left hungry. The children, however, thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

30/04/2026: This establishment is truly tasteless. The welcome is cold, as is the service. And the prices are outrageous. For example, a regular beer and a kir cost €13.50, while a blueberry kir alone costs €7.50. It's a complete rip-off, an absolute scandal. This place should be avoided at all costs. I've inquired in the area, and it seems business is down. No wonder.

12/04/2026: I went back and the service has improved considerably! The dish was excellent and the price (€14) very reasonable. However, the service is far too slow for a lunch break: a 20-minute wait for my order and 30 minutes without water. No one offered me coffee or dessert, so I had to get up to pay and not be late for work. It's a shame, because the food is very good.
