14/09/2024: We stayed at the castle for 2 nights in the blue room. Although we were generally satisfied, we did not rediscover the magic of the place where we had stayed a dozen years ago... We had our dinners at the castle both evenings and it seemed a shame that the menu offered only changed once a week. On the other hand, the breakfast is royal and offers a wide choice. The reception staff, although very friendly, were not able to give us information about the visits; we visited the Château de Menthon St Bernard which is a marvel (at reception they couldn't tell us if it was open and what the visiting hours were) a bit of a shame... The exteriors are very well maintained and we were satisfied with the room which offered a magnificent view of the lake and mountains.

26/12/2023: Service trop rapide ! Apéritif pas servi que la fondue est déjà sur la table ! Fondue pas mal mais sans plus et à 24€/pers il faut rajouter 5€ pour un bol de salade ! Personnels accueillent malgré tout !

25/12/2023: Incroyable moment passé grâce à la merveilleuse serveuse Amélie pleine de charme et souriante ainsi le Chef Fifi et sa cuisine PARFAITE. Le personnel est très accueillant et l’ambiance du restaurant est chaleureuse. On a passés une super soirée les plats était délicieux et copieux pour leur prix. Absolument rien de négatif je recommande absolument!

28/12/2023: Do not take this hotel. It was really worst hotel, i have ever visit. When we come to parking, i did jokes thet this is type of accomodation, where you will find dead person under your bed and blod and hairs in the shower. It was partly true 😳 we had black hairs in our bed, also in the shower. It is really small room, without nois insulation so you can hear ecerything. Bad and absolutelly unconfortable bed was wery thin and hard, pillows was like to be filling by balls... My son had astmathic attack from air in the room and like a cherry on the cake, we had activated fire alarm in some of the rooms at half past nine PM. There was not any staff to check if everything is safe, so we waited half of hour in jacket with 3 years old sleeping son ( 2°C) , if everything will be ok. Therrible experience and absolutelly not funny.!!!! THIS IS NOT A GOOD WAY HOW TO SAVE MONNEY!!!!!!

14/09/2024: Very pleasant setting, a magnificent mountain chalet, what we are looking for in this region. The order was forgotten, 1 hour of waiting and the hot box arrived lukewarm with the cheese not melted... the waitress complains very often despite the fact that the room was not full. No commercial gesture to compensate for the delay. It's a shame. The dishes lack character and uniqueness, we expect more flavors for a restaurant specializing in Savoyard cuisine. Not catastrophic but we advise you to try something else!

11/09/2024: A magnificent setting, we not only ate but we discovered the history of the restaurant. Very good dishes, and very well supplied! It's worth the prices. Very good service. Nothing to complain about, we recommend this address!!

15/11/2024: La table est excellente, très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel est très professionnel et très compétent. Discret et aux petits soins. Vous serez assurés de passer un bon moment. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

17/09/2024: Même pas une olive ou 3 cacahuètes pour l’apéro !j’avais un whisky à 20€ ! Avant il y avait des amuses bouche! La lotte recommandé par le chef c’était 3 rondelles cuites à l’eau avec les légumes ! Une honte.

11/09/2024: Highly recommend! We had an excellent evening as a group of 5. Difficult to make a choice, we opted for EXCELLENT tapas to share which could have served as starters as the portions were generous, special mention for the crispy risotto, a delight. For the dishes, the monkfish and octopus delighted us. The service matched the quality of the dishes, server smiling, pleasant, not intrusive, just what was needed. The only downside is that we can only blame Mother Nature, the rain prevented us from enjoying the superb view from the terrace. Having had dinner with my wife last year alone 1 year ago, the change was surprising and very appreciable. We will definitely come back.

02/09/2024: Parfaitement bien situé. L’établissement possède des chambres, un restaurant, une brasserie /pizzeria. Une belle terrasse. Le personnel est accueillant. Le service se fait à votre rythme. La carte est donc fournie et vous y trouverez votre bonheur. Les pizzas sont excellentes et en quantité. Les prix sont raisonnables. Je recommande.
