08/09/2024: Shocking restaurant. Food below average and the owner is rude and ignorant. How he works in hospitality is beyond us. Not a nice person at all. Best advice would be to walk straight past. There are plenty of fabulous restaurants nearby with a far better attitude to paying customers. Needless to say no tip was left.

07/09/2024: We went there around 3 pm and were just looking for a kid pizza for my daughter and a cappuccino for myself. The waitress didn’t quite seem to like it that we didn’t place a bigger order. She took our order. After a minute or so she came back and quite sternly asked me to remove my personal water bottle from the table as it was “against restaurant’s policy”. It was a standard 500ml water bottle. We asked her to not bother our order then and that we can go somewhere else. I came out and too a picture of the restaurant, so I could record the restaurant name. It was then, the restaurant owner came charging towards me with a clear intent to intimidate me. He brought along the same waitress to help translate between French and English. He asked me how dare I take a photo of his restaurant. I told him this is so I leave a review of my experience. He said few things in French and continued to try to physically intimidate me with his body language; as if he is going to strike me at any moment. My daughter and I just walked away. The owner is clearly a goon.

23/09/2024: This Hotel more than lived up to expectations. It is an extremely well run ship. Highly professional staff, very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Location excellent. Food amazing. Spotlessly clean. Only negative - no lift. Staff were on hand to help with luggage.

21/09/2024: We had a great experience there, outside tables were fully booked so we got to sit inside on a high table, food was amazing, staff friendly although the restaurant was packed

04/12/2024: I was only there for lunch, a beautiful location! 3 star menu plus one, the green one!! Well deserved!!!

24/11/2024: A unique and unforgettable moment. Local products are sublimated and give an exceptional flavor. The staff is very attentive and they know the plates perfectly to explain to you how each dish was prepared. We will come back to taste the future menu without hesitation. Thanks to the chefs for this moment.

11/08/2024: Arrived on the 6th August with our caravan. The pitch is tight and right opposite the noisey park with inflatables so screaming kids in the evening makes it hard to relax. The electric hook up doesn’t have water also as other campsite do in France. There needs to be a swimming pool On this site as it is very hot in the summer and the lake isn’t comfortable to sit on a slop. Can I suggest you make the beach area longer! So it’s not comfortable to sit on. The staff in reception are nice and the animation. The staff in the shop are super slow. don’t just go and buy one thing at this shop as it will take you 10 minutes to pay . You are best off getting supplies from Lidl up the road. Will not stay here again it’s too busy for me and also actually quite expensive for 70 euro a night.

11/08/2024: Beautiful campsite well located, 5/10 minutes from the beach depending on your location. Good sports equipment! Evening entertainment

31/03/2024: Awful experience. Staff are rude, demanding you squeeze in and dump clothing, helmets on the floor. Food tastes of soap. Chips were stone cold. Place is a joke, worst mountain restaurant you will come across.

19/03/2024: Service good. Meal poor. This had been one of the few remaining decent restaurants on the slopes in Chamonix which hadn’t been taken over by a corporate group - until now.. Unfortunately it is now a chain of 18 restaurants. I ordered fish and chips for 26 euros. The fish was battered fish fingers out of the freezer, virtually no fish in them, chips also from freezer. My partner ordered vegetable crumble, he thought it tasted like microwave food reheated. Felt ill afterwards as not been eating UPF for several weeks. Gave it 2 stars because service was very good.

16/09/2024: I ordered products from this brand for a little over €18 on the Uber Eats app. A man calls me, explaining to me that they do not have the products, and that I must cancel my order on the application. Order that the restaurant had already validated, therefore non-refundable! Following this I tried to contact them numerous times, because this problem absolutely does not come from me. If the link between the application and the restaurant's stocks was not made, and the order was validated by the restaurant itself, I don't see how I had a role to play here. I wanted to contact them to obtain an amicable arrangement, such as receiving products arriving at the value of my order given that Uber Eats will do nothing but the restaurant will still receive my money, but of course no one responds . I am very disappointed because it is a brand that I love deeply and from which I order very often, but I am obliged to see that there was a dishonest approach... if the restaurant did not have the products, it should not not validate the order! Or at least answer the phone...

15/09/2024: Fast service, and the upstairs offers a calm and studious atmosphere. However, there is a downside for the speed of WiFi, which does not allow you to work comfortably... It's a real shame for a brand that wants to be a competitor to Starbucks.

28/12/2023: Nous avons réservé une grande table par l’intermédiaire de notre hôtel, la serveuse nous rappel à 20h30 pour confirmer la réservation de 21h30 que nous avons confirmé. Arrivée au restaurant notre table a été prise par d’autres personnes. Honteux…

28/12/2023: Une étoile car nous ne pouvons pas mettre 0 malheureusement. Accueil déplorable, nous avons réservé une table pour ce soir pour 10 personnes, nous arrivons au restaurant la serveuse n’avais pas confirmé notre réservation, résultat nous nous retrouvons sans rien. La serveuse blonde est une condescendance….. À FUIRE !!!!!

08/09/2024: Very pleasant welcome. Excellent evening with refined dishes, Restaurant a little away from the crowds and noise. Very good, we will come back
