09/09/2024: Had dinner here (also staying at the hotel) at the start of autumn right after their crazy summer period, and had a good time. The food was excellent and there was a free flow of bread and butter (the bread was really good too). Service was great as well (possibly because it was quiet and there must've been one wait staff per table). In general, hotel restaurants tend to be more expensive, but not these guys. Prices were competitive (or similar) vs all the restaurants in chamonix. That being said, nothing in chamonix is particularly cheap. Finally the live music performances that came on were entertaining to watch as well, lending to a pleasant atmosphere.

01/09/2024: J’adore ce restaurant. Qualité des plats, gentillesse du personnel, décoration, emplacement… Tout est top. Mention spéciale pour le magret de canard à tomber par terre.

30/08/2024: Grosse arnaque 20€ pour une "salade César" avec des morceaux de poulet pané d'une couleur et d'un goût très, très douteux, on ne parle même pas des anchois. Vraiment pas bon. La carte est des plus banales, difficile de comprendre comment quelqu'un voudrait ouvrir une affaire pour se fouttre de la tête des gens de cette manière.

18/08/2024: Easy tent just before the Crest bridge. We were there on Saturday morning and you could only order a coffee or something to drink. They didn't have breakfast which I thought was a shame. It is busy there. But there are nicer restaurants in the center. It is also quite busy here with traffic. Dogs are welcome on the terrace

29/02/2024: I went there again this year and I was always just as satisfied, the pork belly was succulent and very tasty, congratulations to the Chef!!!!! I highly recommend this restaurant

22/09/2024: Very friendly and good-willed waitress… But then big organizational problem, dishes come with sauce instead of without, the fondue nothing exceptional, out of stock for certain accompaniments... You are forced to listen to rap for 30 minutes in a restaurant in the evening... thanks to the waitress who asked the manager to change the music for the customers... the crème brûlée served on a second plate full of sauce (see in the photo)… really not professional at all and catastrophic management… and above all, completely false and uncontrolled notes. We paid 103€ and the wrong bill was 179€!!! Free salad (it was the minimum!) I left a tip for the waitress who did her best.

18/09/2024: We have already been here for the first time and the waiter was very welcoming. But this time, a very cold reception. The lights went out and then back on. It took 1 hour to get the first dish, a table much too small for that. We had no place, we were not offered water during the meal. While the other customers for the same meal had the biggest drinks and were offered water. The fondue was all lumpy, the servers were also very rough. No “bon appetit” or “please” The cutlery was barely taken from our hands. For dessert, we had to wait another 45 minutes, even though there were 6 tables in the restaurant. I wouldn't come back, when I have the other negative opinions I completely agree with them. Then there is a bell that just rings throughout the meal. The waiters come and go outside. Restaurant to avoid!

15/09/2024: The place itself is superb. The food is not great and the service is average. Very expensive for the cuisine offered.

09/09/2024: After renting a paddle at Arena (right next to the bar), we decided to have a family drink with our labrador. There were very few customers but as soon as we arrived, the bartender stared at us without any response to our hello. I thought the dog was a problem so I kindly asked if we could move in? He nodded at us to indicate his agreement but I sensed him irritated. After a few moments, we were treated to an arrogant remark from him: “so you didn’t see my sign at the entrance! ". Apparently we should have waited to be assigned a place. Unless I'm mistaken, when you come from the aquatic club, there is no sign asking you to wait. We were in a good mood when we arrived but left disappointed. basic and expensive cocktails!

15/05/2024: Dommage!toujours satisfaits de cet établissement,nous y sommes retournés;Après un accueil peu convivial,les plats étaient bons et bien présentés,cela s'est gâté arrivés au dessert,difficile d'admettre des desserts de qualité moyenne servis dans des récipients en plastique,ce restaurant n'est pas une cantine,surtout vu le prix payé,c'est regrettable de terminer sur une aussi mauvaise impression,nous y reviendrons peut-être,mais nous mangerons les desserts ailleurs!J'espère qu'en bon professionnel,vous rectifierez cela!

23/08/2024: Based on the reviews we chose this restaurant for our last evening in Savoie. Already on the menu not many specialties from the region. Finally I take a hot box, I ask the waiter what cheese is in the box, I am told Vacherin good I say a Swiss cheese why not. In the end I have a Jura cream... in Savoie it's not bad. In short, very disappointed.

14/03/2024: Very happy to have experienced this restaurant during our winter vacation. We had a lot of fun having lunch there between two slopes. The welcome and the service are great, always with a smile 😃 and what's more, he helps you sit at the table. The dishes change every day and they are very good for a very reasonable price. I recommend this establishment. Above all, don't change anything because it's so rare to be served with such kindness. Thank you very much because you made our stay even more pleasant and for us city dwellers in Paris that makes all the difference. THANK YOU again for everything and good luck

12/07/2024: A nice place and welcoming people where quality competes with price to be the most pleasant for the customer. Fish every day, several varied starters, main courses and desserts - this cafeteria fulfills the mission and what's more, it does it well. Open for lunch from Monday to Friday. I recommend.

09/09/2024: Pretty good bistro cuisine but nothing more. Seemingly Savoyard, we quickly realize that it’s a bit of a tourist trap. Good location. On the other hand, in terms of service, we are in a 100% tourist situation of poor quality. Waiters welcome you in English and speak little or no French. The manager of the terrace is detestable and it doesn't matter to her to be friendly with the customers as if she had had enough... I think this restaurant is riding on its external image and is happy with tourists who will only eat there once. Not recommended.
