04/08/2026: A truly beautiful restaurant in the heart of Megève. It boasts a magnificent, flower-filled, and unspoiled setting, ideally located in the center of the resort.
The cuisine is refined, flavorful, and demonstrates genuine expertise. We thoroughly enjoyed the carefully prepared and flavorful dishes. The staff is also very pleasant.
I highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its gastronomy, its exceptional setting, and its excellent value for money.

29/07/2026: A truly wonderful experience, both culinary, with dishes prepared fresh to order (nothing pre-made), and personal with the owner, who has a real gift for connecting with people.
The dishes are truly refined and delicious. Our stay was short, and we returned twice! We weren't disappointed at all! Go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed if you enjoy this type of cuisine. And if you're unfamiliar with it, this is the perfect place to start.

22/08/2026: We loved this crêperie! The crêpes are generous, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. The menu is varied, with plenty of options to suit all tastes.
Despite the crowds, the service was efficient and relatively quick, which was much appreciated. The prices are perfectly in line with the quality and portion sizes offered.
The atmosphere is warm and cozy; you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend and where we will gladly return!

This is the place to be in Avoriaz for a festive break right on the slopes. The atmosphere under the sun is magical, perfect for après-ski with breathtaking mountain views. As for the food, it's pure bliss: their truffle pizza is simply exceptional, generous and fragrant, ideal to pair with a good glass of wine. The staff are super energetic and friendly despite the crowds. An experience not to be missed!
08/06/2026: I've been to La Folie Douce two years now – and it's been fantastic every time!
Great DJs, great music, no cover charge, drink prices are perfectly reasonable for après-ski, friendly staff, cool dancers, clean restrooms, and always a fun atmosphere among the guests. Plus, they regularly have great themed parties (like Aperol Spritz).
I'll be skiing in Avoriaz again next year, so I'll definitely be visiting La Folie Douce regularly!

26/07/2026: We stopped by to watch a World Cup match and got lucky with an outdoor table that had a clear view of the large TV. Despite being incredibly busy, the staff managed the crowd beautifully and served our glasses of rosé quickly. Unfortunately, the kitchen had already closed, so we missed out on trying their delicious-looking food. They host regular events like trivia, so it's worth checking their online calendar. Bonus: they also take reservations online!
26/07/2026: We came this evening for an aperitif and a drink. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The welcome was very cold, and despite being seated, no server came to take our order or even ask if we wanted anything. After waiting for 15 minutes without any attention whatsoever, we decided to leave. It's a shame, because the setting seemed pleasant, but the service was really subpar.

09/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient. We had cocktails (very good) and a Savoyard fondue (also very good and generous). Everything was perfect and reasonably priced for four people. However, you should book one or two days in advance to be sure of getting a table.
06/08/2026: Honestly, it's fantastic when you stumble upon a restaurant like this: impeccable welcome and service (attentive and friendly), excellent food, and a magical view of the mountains. Very reasonable price.

The menu is enticing, featuring a variety of salads, Savoyard specialties, tap water, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and a pleasant outdoor terrace.
14/08/2026: We dined at this restaurant twice, and in particular enjoyed the raclette: a real treat! It was a generous portion, made with high-quality ingredients.
Special mention goes to the staff, who are very friendly, smiling, and efficient, as well as to Alex, the owner, who is always very pleasant and welcoming.
A truly wonderful place that we recommend without hesitation! We will definitely be back 😊
