22/02/2026: A fantastic find! A great bar with a great atmosphere, easy to get to (reservations almost essential), responsive and attentive staff, and excellent music after 10 pm from a top-notch DJ.
20/02/2026: Great place for quizzes and music quizzes, but don't go to the DJ nights if your goal is to talk with friends because you absolutely can't hear yourself think.

21/02/2026: We've been staying at Plan B, and this is by far the closest and best place we've eaten and had a few beers after a long day skiing
All of the staff are fantastic, speak good English, and very welcoming. Which can't be said from most other places we've visited close by.
Great food, reasonably priced, and a decent selection of beers. Can't go wrong.
Seating inside and out, even a decent area in the basement with a huge TV for sport.
Can't recommend it enough!

15/03/2026: This restaurant offers a wide range of typical Savoyard dishes. The problem: which one to choose?! We wanted to try the "berthoud," and we did, and it was delicious! The service was very courteous. A great place to recommend!

11/02/2026: Well, what a perfect pizza place this is. The pizza is “proper”. Excellent ingredients made with respect and effort. The. There are the details- the cutlery, the glassware, the little fish water jug. The sort of place that clearly has made effort with both the fundamentals (great pizza made with good ingredients) and the details.
Would definitely go again.

16/02/2026: First visit in early January, then again in mid-February, and both times the warm welcome. A very pleasant place, quality dishes, and especially the desserts!

Refined local cuisine and, above all, attentive, friendly, and elegant service!
We ate for a reasonable price, and the overall quality was excellent! Well done!
I highly recommend booking this restaurant without hesitation.

We had a wonderful time with family and friends. The available seating, quick service, and quality food made us feel even more at ease.
€130 for 6 people, including aperitifs and 2 children. I highly recommend it.

15/01/2026: Read about it on internet, visit often, speak little French but Tonio and Marie wonderful hosts and make you feel welcome. Good food, good wine, make children very welcome.
14/01/2026: A fantastic owner, always a warm welcome (even when it's busy 😆)
The daily specials are excellent, with a decent selection but above all, everything is fresh.

22/02/2026: I stopped by with friends while traveling in Europe. All five of us enjoyed the steak, fries, and dessert. It's perfect for Korean palates. ^^ The owner is very friendly and speaks English. There's no English menu.

11/01/2026: Three times already for an evening, a meal.
The charm of the place, the friendliness of the waiter—Sébastien, if I'm not mistaken—the quality and quantity of the dishes make it a must-visit during our holidays in Chapelle d'Abondance!! They even have a little space for our dog, which we love!
We'll be taking some of the farm's cheese home just for the pleasure of it 😋

24/02/2026: The best restaurant experience in Chamonix. A small menu, but all of high quality. My personal favorites were the champagne fondue, the fondues in general, and the pela. A small, intimate restaurant with a sunny terrace offering incredible views of Mont Blanc.
And above all, a local owner, the antithesis of large chains. Excellent welcome, friendliness, service, and food. I shouldn't even write this review for fear of not getting a table.
03/02/2026: Good restaurant, but we found the service a little rushed. The tomato fondue was a lovely discovery. We were slightly disappointed with the quality of the charcuterie platter served as an extra (€9), which didn't seem to be locally sourced.

I had la piratella which was expertly cooked!

05/03/2026: Definitely delicious, but if you make a reservation, call back several times to make sure it's confirmed. The staff made an effort to find our lost reservation, but the customer service was catastrophic. The owner barged in tired and insolent, repeatedly implying we were lying. It's a real shame that such a service is still allowed in 2026.
