03/05/2026: A very pleasant surprise! This restaurant is well worth a visit. The fondue was delicious, the duck perfectly cooked, the chicken with cognac was superb, and the pork belly was to die for. 10/10 for every dish! Don't forget the hazelnut tiramisu. The service was warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

04/05/2026: Excellent, very friendly restaurant in the heart of the countryside. From beef tartare to whole sea bass, not forgetting the Savoy cheese ravioli, everything is a delight! I was there with my family and it was a wonderful discovery 🤩

03/05/2026: The service was very slow, and drinks arrived after the main courses. The Savoyard burger, ordered well-done, arrived rare with little to no cheese, and three gratinéed tartares with fries were served five minutes later. Other dishes were good (duck breast).

06/05/2026: Great local food, two choices for the plat de jour, it is slow cooked beef in puff pastry and chicken with mushrooms today- equally great meals. Good thoughtfully crafted, run uniquely by just two chefs. Be patient… slow food but well worth the wait.

12/04/2026: 1647 is an excellent restaurant nestled at the foot of the mountains at an altitude of 1647 meters. It boasts a stunning location and breathtaking scenery with views of the entire Mont Blanc mountain range. The expansive panoramic terrace offers a truly spectacular view, making it well worth the trip, and where you can dine while enjoying the stunning mountain panorama. We held our son and daughter-in-law's wedding at this establishment. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The service was impeccable. The meal was delicious. The organization was absolutely fantastic! 👍🏽 The DJ was amazing! 🔥 👍🏽 We were able to reserve the entire venue, granting us access to all the services. In short, a dream wedding that will forever be etched in our memories. An unforgettable and memorable moment. Congratulations to the entire team at 1647... a huge thank you, and we look forward to seeing you again... Don't change a thing!

08/04/2026: I spent one night at the hotel with my two children. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite small, but perfectly adequate for one night. Unfortunately, the shower drain wasn't working properly, which made it a bit difficult when three of us wanted to shower together. Perhaps that should be looked into. We had to book breakfast separately, but we knew that from the start. The buffet was ample and good. There was really nothing lacking. The service was also very good. Overall, we were satisfied.

07/04/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Hotel Les Alpgaes. The location is ideal, just steps from the slopes, with the option to walk there. The view is also beautiful. The room had everything you need for a good, quiet night's sleep. Finally, the welcome was excellent.

20/05/2026: This was my second visit. The food was very good (8.5/10) and plentiful. The dining room was small, intimate, and welcoming. The service was perhaps a little slow, but since the waitress was working alone, that's understandable. We'll gladly return.

18/04/2026: An exceptional spot in the heart of the mountains! Refuge Le Petit Tétras offers absolutely magnificent views of the surrounding peaks, in an authentic and peaceful setting. A true haven of tranquility where you can enjoy both the panorama and the warm atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent, prepared exclusively with fresh, local, and carefully selected products. The sourcing is remarkable, with a genuine commitment to showcasing local producers. Special mention also goes to the superb wine list, curated with taste and coherence. A must-visit destination in both summer and winter, where everything comes together: setting, authenticity, quality products, and impeccable service. I highly recommend it!

08/03/2026: We had a very good meal there, the portions were generous. The prices are really very reasonable for the quality and the setting. And the little touch that's always appreciated: the complimentary génépi at the end of the meal!

I received a personalized, attentive, and truly caring welcome throughout my stay. Cathy and her entire team created a warm and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The food is excellent, generous, and prepared with care. As for the lakeside terrace, it is simply magnificent and invites you to disconnect. A huge thank you to Cathy and her entire team for this peaceful interlude. I recommend this place without hesitation and I will be delighted to return.

21/05/2026: We had lunch today at this lovely restaurant, a small table overlooking the mountains. The welcome was warm and professional, with a great sense of humor and efficient service. We ate two delicious pan-fried tartiflettes, perfectly crispy and caramelized on the outside and soft inside, topped with melted Reblochon cheese. It was so good that we can't wait to come back! Well done... keep up the good work! 👏

28/02/2026: We stayed at the Refuge du Tornieux in Sallanches for a weekend, including one night and dinner. We were so impressed that we also had lunch there the next day and tried the toboggan run! Our experience was more than positive from beginning to end! We hiked up the ungroomed trail, which was magnificent and very well marked! The comments about it are quite amusing; frankly, it only took a little common sense to distinguish between a groomed trail and a snowshoe trail. I don't understand some of the comments about it: everything was clearly marked (taking the time to read the signs can be helpful...) and we had no trouble finding our way; you just need a little common sense. 😬 As for the refuge itself: we absolutely loved it! The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly delightful. We came with our little dog 🐶 who was warmly welcomed, which was a real bonus for us. As for the food, we ate exceptionally well, both in the evening and at lunchtime the following day. The dishes were delicious and generous. In short: everything went wonderfully, it was fantastic! We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!!

02/06/2026: A very warm welcome, very pleasant service, and the food is excellent! Shaded by linden trees and parasols. Very pretty! Very clean. You can eat fera there: a lake fish caught by the last two fishermen of Annecy! And that's for sure! Their photos are on the tables... Generous portions from appetizer to dessert!!!!! And that's not something you find everywhere!! I recommend it. Booking is the safest option...

31/05/2026: A lovely family-run hotel with superb service, a very good restaurant, and a very generous breakfast at a reasonable price. We stayed there for a cycling holiday. It's very well located along the greenway and not far from many of the area's airports. 👌 If we return to the area, we've already found our hotel.
