27/08/2026: My friends and I bought three individual Basque pastries (one of each) at the Bayonne market.
They were excellent.
I highly recommend them, especially to tourists looking for a local dessert. A special mention goes to the curly-haired saleswoman who gave us great advice and was very kind!

10/10/2026: The meat was excellent, however, the dessert (Basque cake) was very disappointing. The crust was too thick and hard, the inside tasteless—in short, a dessert to avoid.
Several seats were available (and remained empty throughout our meal), and we were automatically seated in the sun.

05/07/2026: The service was good, however, the price of the open-faced sandwiches is far too high considering their quality and especially the small portion size. At that price, one would expect a more substantial meal than a simple open-faced sandwich and three bagged lettuce leaves. If you're hungry and looking for a place to eat, I advise you to look elsewhere.
