26/07/2026: We happened to come for lunch with three young children and received a very charming and accommodating welcome, allowing us to set up a large table on the terrace. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. The option of half-portions for children on all menu items was a great idea, saving them from the usual steak and fries. The desserts were fantastic, especially the Basque Mamia. A very good experience; we'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again!

26/04/2026: We're used to stopping at Café de l'Europe on the road to Lanne Barétous! Usually a good, inexpensive lunch! This time, for a simple plate of food, we waited: 30 minutes to order plus another 40 minutes to be served! And the restaurant wasn't even full, far from it. When we asked what the problem was, the response was clearly meant to make us feel like we were being taken for a fool… Do you have to have a Basque accent to be treated with respect as a customer?

05/07/2026: To be perfectly honest, the service was excellent, but the pizzas were just so-so... Just a reminder, you list "cheese" as the base in your recipes, leading us to expect mozzarella, but it's only Emmental. Remember, the base of a pizza is mozzarella! I suppose it's to save money, but not on this ingredient... I never leave reviews, but I find it misleading to list "cheese" as the base instead of "Emmental." I'm not giving you a 1-star rating so as not to negatively impact your score, out of respect, but I suggest you replace "cheese" with Emmental in your recipes.

21/06/2026: A warm welcome, a comfortable room, Refined cuisine featuring local produce—it was delicious!—a chef who took great care of his guests, not forgetting his mother. So I say go for it, you'll find what you're looking for. Our club wasn't disappointed (there were 24 of us). If you're passing through Aincille, don't hesitate to stop by.

17/06/2026: Very peaceful and quiet. Small room and tiny, cramped bathroom. Good for one night before continuing your journey.

08/02/2026: Very pleasant terrace. The staff were very kind: as soon as I arrived, they brought a bowl of water for my two little ones. I had a good meal there, and the waitress/waitresses were always smiling.

20/05/2026: Beautiful hotel, perfect location for exploring the city on foot. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The park-facing rooms are lovely and spacious with a terrace; be aware that the frogs' calls are quite impressive. High-quality linens, excellent bedding, a wide selection at breakfast with good quality products, and eggs cooked to order. The spa in the basement could be a little warmer, but it's pleasant with a hammam, sauna, and pool. Excellent treatments were provided. We were very satisfied with our stay.

13/06/2026: We're so glad we stopped here! Even arriving late at lunchtime, we were served a lovely salad—a generous and fresh plate that was just what we needed on this hot day. The owners are very friendly and offered an option for me, as I don't eat meat :) Thank you! 👍🏼

16/05/2026: I highly recommend it, the best pizza in the Basque Country! The welcome and service are impeccable, just like the pizzas, without exception. Nice setting with parking available; in short, when you're craving pizza, this is the place to go!

07/08/2026: We ate at the SIN cafeteria after visiting the Cité de l'Océan. The Bayonne ham and sheep's cheese sandwich was delicious, as was the ham and butter sandwich. The person who served us, with a Spanish accent, was incredibly kind—the kind of person we wish we saw more often. We had a lovely time.

19/07/2026: The food is delicious, the setting is magnificent, the servers do their best, but... the owner is awful. It's hard to understand how someone could be so unpleasant. Yet we didn't make any special requests. The comments fly thick and fast, and it spoils this otherwise delightful culinary experience. It's understandable that it's not crowded; it's not just about the price.

08/06/2026: I'm only posting this review about the service and unfortunately not about the food, as we didn't have the chance to try the brasserie, which, however, has excellent reviews for its meals. We arrived at 1:45 PM, hoping to order crepes and waffles, as well as hot drinks for two, and the place wasn't crowded since there were seats both inside and outside. We would have understood the refusal if we had arrived during the midday lunch service, but given the time, I think the other diners were closer to dessert than appetizers! However, you can be happy, sir, because thanks to you, we were able to enjoy delicious food at Maison Lascaray, and the person who greeted and served us was very professional, kind, and attentive.
