24/04/2026: The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room, with its lovely bathroom, was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the products, some of which were locally sourced, were of high quality. We will certainly return on our next trip to the Basque Country.

The fries and sides were also excellent. For dessert, we ordered a homemade Tatin tart, which was spectacular. Very reasonable prices. The service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

27/02/2026: Disappointment! While it used to be good, fresh, and the service was impeccable, yesterday it was a disaster. An hour for a starter (Serrano ham) and a main course (veal breast with pasta) that was bland and tasteless, and to top it off, a waiter who dared to tell us that if we were in a hurry, we should just eat a sandwich! No, I no longer recommend this place. The food needs improvement, and especially the professionalism of the staff.
