23/03/2026: I recommend this hotel 100%. Both the food and the hotel services were perfect, and the spa was a real bonus – nothing to complain about. I will definitely return.

20/03/2026: A location offering stunning views of the beautiful Pyrenees Mountains and surrounding park. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with perfectly firm beds! The shower booth and bathtub are also large and have excellent water pressure! The service is great, making for a very pleasant hotel!

12/04/2026: The welcome was nothing special; no questions were asked about my stay. The room paint was damaged. The toilet bowl was very poorly cleaned. It was quite noisy at night. Breakfast was not at all up to the price: overcooked scrambled eggs, undercooked sausages, and a lack of bacon... the only real positive point was the freshly squeezed orange juice.

10/04/2026: We had a very pleasant stay, the staff were very friendly, and we were upgraded. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, including fresh, not store-bought, orange juice. There are quite a few restaurants near the hotel. The only minor point for improvement would be the room decor, which could use updating.

04/03/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this place. There was a real contrast between the two owners, day and night. With the previous owners, everything was fine. With the new ones, we were treated with suspicion and judged unfairly. I felt very uncomfortable, stared at, and discriminated against. I was very disappointed by this experience.

06/03/2026: I'm Natalie Brunelle, and I live in the Ohian Bazter residence. My partner and I have had lunch there three times, and it was excellent! You can also get takeout. Plus, they've done some great renovations. Patricia is lovely, and the owner is very welcoming, as are all the staff! I can't wait to have lunch there in the summer! I highly recommend this excellent restaurant with its affordable prices.

21/04/2026: No appetizer menu, and an hour's wait for our main courses, even though there were only two tables. My husband ordered hanger steak, but they told him it would be bavette; it was supposed to be rare, but it was well-done. I ordered giant prawns, but I got six measly shrimp tails with a few vegetables for €36—very expensive, so we didn't have dessert. When it came time to pay, we told him it wasn't great, and he said he wasn't a chef… He did offer a discount, though. Do as you please, but I don't recommend it.

19/03/2026: La Pergola is the casino where my wife and I first played, brought by our friends Norbert and Elisabeth, who lived on Rue de la République at the time. For a first try, it was a resounding success. Furious at having lost, I threw my last few coins into a machine. I won enough to buy my wife a superb pair of handmade red espadrilles, which she had been wanting, and I treated everyone to the restaurant "La Banquise," if I'm not mistaken, where the four of us shared a delicious and generous seafood platter. Amazing! René

11/04/2026: I wondered why the waitress held the panini with both hands to give it to me... It was as thin as cigarette paper. Plus, the first two sandwiches were just bread... and then more bread, and the middle was pretty uninteresting. I was very disappointed. The quality and quantity are no longer there; I won't be going back. The response from Bilagoon seven months later (they've finally finished their card game...) was ironic, without any self-reflection. Being from the area, I won't be returning...
