03/10/2026: A must-try in Cambo-les-Bains. A warm welcome awaits you, and the homemade dishes are excellent. The buffet is generous with a wide variety of savory specialties, and the desserts are superb. The terraces are very pleasant.

22/08/2026: A truly exceptional gastronomic experience. From the very first bite, the grilled sardine with garlic and black citrus set the tone: a perfect balance of intensity and freshness. The journey continued with a perfectly cooked roasted hake, enhanced by a txakoli beurre blanc and the subtle bitterness of the bell pepper and zucchini duo. Pure bliss. To top it all off, the peach Melba for dessert provided a touch of wonderful sweetness. A must-visit restaurant where every dish is a masterpiece.

16/09/2026: A wonderful discovery made by chance during a stroll! Despite arriving quite late, the welcome was exceptionally warm and attentive. The staff didn't hesitate to prepare a custom-made dish for me, with great kindness. Special mention for the excellent homemade foie gras, a real treat! It's a shame I only discovered this place at the end of my stay… I would gladly have gone back! A place I happily recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

14/09/2026: A delicious, fresh, and light meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the new flavors. It requires a little patience, but it's well worth it. Special mention goes to the bread, baked on-site, which is simply the best bread I've ever eaten.

09/09/2026: The best food of the holiday! Super friendly and helpful service and the food was fantastic. Very tasty and unique dishes. My boyfriend had delicious wine with it, and I was offered an alcohol-free wine due to my pregnancy. Normally I'm not such a fan of alcohol-free wine, but this one was very tasty! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely come back!

14/08/2026: 8 perfect days at Maison Chiberta. Our 2 Rooms were relatively small but elegant and well organisée. Apart from the leaking shower everything was perfectly comfortable. Hôtel staff was great: smiling and always eager to help. Special thanks to Julia but all around great nealy 100% female team. Perfect. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional and the restaurant where we had dinner a couple of time was good but honestly below our expectation bot my foodwise and service-wise. It is run seperately from the hôtel staff and is not at the same level, bordering poor when under stress. Finally, the golf course was wonderful. All objet this hôtel deserves it’s good ratings.

31/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The place is beautiful, very pleasant and welcoming. The meal was truly delicious, with excellent, flavorful, and perfectly prepared dishes. As for the service, it was simply perfect: welcoming, professional, and attentive from beginning to end. A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back! 😊

20/09/2026: A certain employee took it upon herself to ask one of her colleagues to throw a bucket of water on me and my intoxicated friend, who was trying to sober up after consuming a fair amount of alcohol. What's disturbing isn't really that she was bothered by us vomiting nearby (and not in, or at the entrance of her restaurant), but rather the way she did it. She could have simply warned us once before speaking to us like we were nothing and threatening to bring back a second, even larger bucket of water. Especially since my friend was unable to walk or control her urge to vomit. Otherwise, you can imagine I would have escorted her away from the crowd. It's not exactly a shining moment for anyone, is it? Unlike some, I believe I understand the concept of respect. I am truly sorry that you missed out on your youth, madam, and incidentally, on your education. And perhaps, on your professionalism as well. At the very least, if I hadn't cooperated, wouldn't it have been enough for you to ask security to escort us? There were quite a few volunteers during the holiday season, it seems to me? All this doesn't exactly make me want to eat at this establishment. In any case, I wasn't the one who dared to deface the wall near your beloved restaurant, and my phone unfortunately got wet. Do you think you might have a few pennies left over from your salary to allow me to repair it? That would be very kind of you, for a change. ☺️ You learn something new every day, after all.

20/09/2026: A very pleasant experience. We had lunch and enjoyed the five-course menu. The cuisine was delicate, with delightful discoveries such as the combination of foie gras and citron. The welcome and service were perfect.

03/10/2026: Excellent meal, beautifully presented, portions are good. The restaurant has 2 adjacent rooms, which are not connected, you have access via the street. we were not seated in the main room, but it was nice enough. Need to book for Friday- Saturday night.

18/09/2026: An exceptional meal; the dishes were delicious, and the waitress was very friendly. We couldn't try the set menu because it was sold out, but the entrecote and the duck were simply divine. Definitely a place to eat.
