06/01/2026: Excellent telephone and in-person service. The dishes were aesthetically stunning, with original combinations that worked perfectly (especially the surf and turf). The cooking and seasoning were perfectly executed. Chef Calvet came to serve and discuss his dishes twice; he was friendly and approachable. A superb experience; we loved it.

01/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, we had the starter - main course - dessert menu this Sunday, a real treat, attentive service, full of assorted flavors, appetizers at each stage, refined and very elaborate cuisine. A little wait at the beginning but it was ultra full, which proves the reputation, We will come back!

29/01/2026: A wonderful time spent with my partner. Very peaceful, the staff are lovely and attentive, the welcome was more than perfect. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Now let's talk about the restaurant… We were absolutely blown away from the amuse-bouche to dessert… Extraordinarily good (and I mean it). Subtle and refined, this meal left us speechless. 10/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome and were served promptly. The food was delicious and the ingredients were high quality. The duck was cooked to perfection. The desserts were also very good. To those who complain about the limited menu: I see it as a sign of quality, and there's still plenty of choice. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the decor was lovely. The best restaurant I've been to in Pau. Thank you!

A luxurious setting with refined cuisine and impeccable service. As I am allergic to seafood, the team was extremely attentive and professional: they gave me excellent advice and took great care of every detail to ensure I felt safe and completely at ease. My partner was able to enjoy the seafood and was delighted. The duck breast, recommended by the restaurant, was exceptional: flavor, texture, and presentation worthy of a fine dining establishment. And the desserts… wordsless, a true delight. It was my first visit to this restaurant, but certainly not the last. Both the set menus and the à la carte options are excellent, featuring high-quality ingredients and delicately prepared cuisine. A highly recommended address for those seeking a unique gastronomic experience in a magnificent setting. 🌟 We will be back very soon 🌟

11/02/2026: I thank the Saint-Palais restaurant for their warm welcome and kindness. As a vegan, they offered me a selection of products so I could enjoy the same experience as my family and friends who came for lunch. The dishes are delicious, fresh, and homemade!

22/01/2026: Last night, I dined at this restaurant on a recommendation. The welcome, the service, and my meal were simply perfect. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection. My only criticism would be the soundproofing of the restaurant. Later, when it got quite busy, the noise level increased disproportionately. Everyone has to decide for themselves. I found it uncomfortably loud. Nevertheless, this restaurant comes highly recommended and is worth every penny.
