26/02/2026: I love this place. The setting, the location, the decor, the service, the menu—everything is there for a pleasant time, with the ambiance of a Parisian brasserie and the warmth of Béarn! A special mention to our waiter, Jean-Daniel, a ray of sunshine (and incidentally, a very good waiter 😉). I highly recommend this brasserie!

25/02/2026: Excellent welcome, attentive and efficient servers. There were five of us, which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes, each one as well served as the next. Excellent salads, very generous and fresh, meats equally generous and tender, and a little bonus: homemade fries👍. Desserts are the same, also homemade. In short, a very good brasserie on the Pau square, "shade and sun." I recommend it.👍😀

20/10/2025: Beautiful place, nice decor, warm welcome, the lady who served us despite being the only one serving remained friendly, very professional, the oysters were salty, fresh, nothing to say, the soups were great, the shrimps the same, the fried foods had flavor, there are just three jobs that weren't fresh (be careful in the evening) but since they serve you 8 instead of the six planned!! I appreciated everything, well done we will come back with great pleasure to taste the rest of the menu.

15/02/2026: My friend and I came here on the recommendation of another restaurant owner. We had a wonderful time thanks to the young couple who run the restaurant. The service was perfect and the food was excellent; we didn't even have time to take pictures of our dishes. We'll be back!

14/12/2025: First time at this new restaurant. A very warm welcome, high-quality cuisine with wonderful flavors. A minor criticism: the menu is a bit short, but more importantly, the portions are too small—they look like appetizers… we're in a country known for its delicious food and convivial atmosphere, so a bit more substance is needed. But kudos to the young owners, who have so much potential.

09/02/2026: A superb stay at this hotel. The establishment and the staff are very pleasant, attentive, and truly dedicated to their guests. The breakfast is excellent, featuring delicious waffles and specialty breads. The terrace must be particularly lovely in good weather, although it was inaccessible during our stay due to the weather. The location is ideal: right in the center yet peaceful. Paid parking is available nearby, which is very convenient. Special mention goes to the room being available until noon on the day of departure—a real bonus. The rooms might be a little basic for a 4-star establishment, but they are clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. I highly recommend this hotel.
