03/09/2024: J'y vais régulièrement et pourtant jamais je ne me lasse de la carte. Tout est très bien préparé et cuisiné avec une belle touche d'originalité pour les desserts. Cependant à ce niveau de prestations j'attends que le service soit de qualité lui aussi. J'ai eu l'impression que tous les clients étaient concentré dans la moitié de la salle et je n'y ai pas retrouvé l'intimité et l'ambiance feutrée habituelle, j'ai été surpris de devoir demandé de l'eau et pour le pain une fois la corbeille vide on ne m'en a pas proposé d'autre. La salade servi dans un bol c'est peut-être un concept, mais ça n'est pas pratique (j'ai le même problème à ma cantine d'entreprise). Pour cette catégorie j'attends autant du service que du chef, l'un doit se remettre au niveau de l'autre.

11/09/2024: Excellent. We went for a couple of days (one for lunch and the other for dinner) and we loved it as a whole. Furthermore, for those of us who are used to other schedules, it should be noted that it does not close between lunch and dinner. The quality/quantity/price ratio is quite good (for France). The atmosphere is very pleasant, as is the service.

19/09/2024: Excellent typical Basque restaurant with Basque dishes prepared with love and passion! The €32 menu is very generous and allows you to taste local specialties, from starters to deserts. The team is great, smiling and cheerful. We will come back with pleasure and highly recommend this address!

15/09/2024: Excellent dishes very well cooked. The only problem we encountered was that out of 5 dishes offered on the menu, 2 were "out of stock". On a Saturday evening at 9 p.m..... At the time of service, we were also warned that we would not have the new potatoes ordered. They were replaced by sweet potato puree (succulent)
