03/06/2026: We were so excited to eat at this restaurant, but what a disappointment! The food was appalling, if you can even call it that. The portions were tiny and there was no presentation whatsoever. Our neighbors left disgusted and without even ordering dessert. The wine was warm and not good! A little consideration these days would be perfect!

03/06/2026: We actually came to this place because of the reviews. We ordered from the menu, as the starter and first course were offered separately. The food was quite good; I was surprised by the baby squid with artichoke and chorizo. The portions are small, tiny I'd say. The flavor was good, but the price is a bit high for what they offer. The best thing is the service and how quickly it was served.

05/06/2026: We spent four nights there on a half-board basis. Hotel: The room was very clean, comfortable, and functional. A bonus: it had air conditioning. A lovely swimming pool with a nice relaxation area awaited us. Breakfast offered both sweet and savory options. The restaurant, with its superb mountain views, served high-quality regional dishes made with local produce. It was excellent and very generous. It has a family atmosphere where everyone (waitresses, cooks, owner) is truly very friendly, smiling, and attentive to their guests. The owner recommended some fantastic excursions! The icing on the cake: the bill wasn't exorbitant. Thank you for this stay!

31/05/2026: I was very disappointed by my experience at this establishment. The duck breast served was completely lacking in freshness: it was clearly cooked the day before and simply reheated. The result on the plate was extremely dry meat, which the chef attempted to mask with a generous layer of sauce. This is a shame for a restaurant that emphasizes local produce. I do not recommend it.

06/04/2026: The pelota court restaurant. Not quite the same quality as before, but the atmosphere is still there. Excellent value for money.

17/05/2026: If you like flies, this is the place for you. The service was decent and the pizza was good, but the place quickly becomes unbearable because of the incredible number of flies. I've never seen anything like it.

16/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, generous and delicious meal. The burger was good (I would have preferred it without mayonnaise), the truffle croque monsieur was excellent, and the lime meringue tart was perfect! Thank you for the warm welcome and impeccable service.

12/02/2026: I bought three items yesterday, and two had passed their expiration date?!?!? And one didn't even have a date printed on it!!! Who are they kidding? Not only are the prices exorbitant, but now these are the sales tactics Mr. Zozaya uses in his shops. Is this how a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) treats his customers?

29/11/2025: A very pleasant welcome and the staff were very attentive to the customers on the day of our visit. The food was very good and plentiful.

27/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome, despite our late arrival, but the rooms are very poorly soundproofed; we could hear everything that was happening in the next room. Otherwise, it was very clean and cozy. The location is ideal for walking around and going to Bayonne.

25/04/2026: A very pleasant stay at this simple, clean, and convenient hotel (access via code). Check-in/check-out was very easy. The staff was very friendly. Excellent value for money for this 2-star establishment. I recommend it.

19/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. During our previous visit for breakfast, the butter served was expired. Despite this, we decided to give the establishment another chance. This time, after waiting 15 minutes without anyone taking our order or serving us, we finally decided to leave. The most regrettable aspect is that no one apologized or even showed any concern for the situation. A minimum of attention to customers and quality service should be the bare minimum.
