14/09/2024: Small, very friendly restaurant, on the edge of the port. The waiters were very friendly, the service was fast and the food was delicious (I had a Catalan burger and loved it).

19/11/2024: If the dishes are quite good, there is nothing exceptional either. The reception is very average. It's a chain... You are there to eat, especially not to linger because the services must follow one another. On the other hand, it's fast. The service lacks time and smiles, but that's okay.
10/11/2024: It is November 10, 2024. We come to the island very often and know the good restaurants of Cotinière very well. There we decided to try the blue piano because we had seen the day before that there were people there. We figured it had changed ownership. Well no!!!! The other restaurants were closed. Pfffff… what a disappointment: a sort of restaurant with a decoration that doesn’t look like anything. I took some mussels but I'm stupid, it's not the season. With Roquefort but I mostly tasted a tasteless cream and I didn't taste Roquefort at all???? Frozen fries of course. You shouldn't dream. Everything is warmed up. I am sure that to eat fresh you have to have oysters and sorbets. Even the bread from the day before has been reheated. They could pay attention to the last slice that remained toasted. No finger rinse of course….you have to preserve the margins… My wife asks if the bar comes from Cotinière and the gentleman who takes the order responds sarcastically: no, he comes from Türkiye!!!! Okay…. Decent floating island. We understand where fresh produce comes from. From a very cool place called a freezer…. Concerning the staff, not welcoming or even not concerned by their job. The price of the meal is not expensive and we understand why. As for the kitchens, I don't dare go there for fear of catching diseases. The state fraud prevention and veterinary services could rub their hands with this. Average toilet cleanliness. In short, we quickly left because it was becoming a nightmare. Ah, I forgot that the starters were served before the aperitif. I had a coke but in a can…. Weird no……!! It must be cheaper on sale in other stores. Profitability requires. The gentleman who takes orders, Well he has to be replaced. If he's the boss, he has to change jobs. It is not made for that, it must be replaced urgently if it wants to make money later and especially during the season. In conclusion: A real factory where we are forced to eat quickly to always make more turnover. Their only luck and intelligence and to have opened during a long weekend. Courage, let's all flee this place. Of course, no thank you or goodbye.

20/09/2024: Unfortunately very far from a 4 star or a hotel in general. Impossible to sleep with unbearable heat in the room despite a cool temperature outside. In the bathroom, it is impossible to adjust the water temperature in the shower or sink. No consideration of this return by the receptionist.
18/09/2024: What a drama. 4 stars ? No way. Bed was a disaster. Round as a barrel. Very noisy and small. Breakfast was very sad. No eggs or decent sandwich. There were 4 buckets in the breakfast room, leakage. Furthermore, it is warm and stuffy in the room. There may be a fan on top of the minibar (on the floor), but that does not provide fresh air. The staff is very friendly, but that does not outweigh this simple hotel that really deserves a maximum of 2 stars. This was once but never again.

20/07/2024: Paramos aquí para un rápido brunch un sábado al sol, en el río. Sebastian era absolutamente maravilloso - nos dio tantas recomendaciones para nuestra estancia. El restaurante se adaptó a todos nuestros requisitos dietéticos, incluso inventando algo fuera de menú para uno de nosotros. El mayo casero es delicioso!

10/09/2024: Expensive, too many people, not enough buoys, rafts or mats to get on the slides, which means that some people obstruct the instructions by putting six people in a raft of three people maximum or three people on a single mat or a two-person buoy. People even ride these slides without said equipment, which can be dangerous. Gauges should be put in place. Plus the water is cold.

20/10/2024: 8 night stay from August 10 to 18, 2024. We arrived after 7 p.m., everything had been prepared by the receptionist in a secure box. However, upon arrival we were very disappointed. The residence is dilapidated and in its original state. The common areas (especially the stairs) were dirty. When we arrived upstairs, an unpleasant smell was present as well as in the studio. Concerning the studio, it was not at an acceptable level of cleanliness. Indeed, only the bathroom was clean (except for the shower curtain). The kitchenette was not clean, the dishes very dirty (cup with traces of coffee, pan - see photo), the refrigerator frosty, crumbs in the cupboard, cupboard above the kitchenette greasy (not cleaned for several weeks) and the inventory was not up to date. All the furniture is dusty and dirty (traces of cups on the bedside tables, sticky remote control). When we arrived at 9 p.m., we had to clean up; for example, we cleaned the headboard before putting on our sheets, the wipe did not come out white (unsurprisingly). As soon as we arrived, we communicated by SMS with the person and attached photos. The next morning we then spoke. The conversation was quite tense, the receptionist then asked us if what we were looking for was a refund for the stay. This was absolutely not our intention. We simply wanted an apology, for her to acknowledge the facts and do what was necessary; At the end of the conversation, it was agreed to change the shower curtain and the pan (which was done) and to clean the dishes (which was not done). Regarding the lack of maintenance, the receptionist suggested that this was indeed a problem, but that it was obviously not her responsibility (obviously that of previous customers!!!). Please note, however, that the end-of-stay cleaning fees were offered to us as well as the presence of the dog: we appreciated this commercial gesture. However, this in no way takes away the unpleasant attitude of the receptionist, who speaks in a haughty tone and seems little understanding of the disappointment we may have when arriving on vacation in such conditions. At the time of booking, we unfortunately did not anticipate the question of parking, there is no parking adjacent to the hotel. It is difficult to find a place outside the blue zone (beware of lawsuits if parking in unauthorized spaces or if the disk is not updated every 3 hours). Likewise, we had booked for the proximity to the beach (ideal location) but we had not inquired about the beach accessible to dogs which is located 2 km away. In summary, a dilapidated establishment, a studio which could do the job for a short stay if the cleanliness was correct. A bottle of water and at least a roll of toilet paper would be welcome on arrival.
29/09/2024: The location right on the beach is perfect. It's a 5-minute walk to the restaurants in the city center. Unfortunately there is only some cleaning and not much renovation. The rooms are functionally equipped, but everything is somehow old and shabby. You could invest 50 euros in each room so that you have the same glasses, cutlery and plates. The ladies at reception are very nice and helpful. Why you have to pay for bed linen from the 7th day is a mystery to me - if you only stay for 3 days it's free.

29/08/2023: Mixed experience. The waitress almost sends us for a walk. She is very unpleasant. We ate in the car gas and a little more it was in the middle of the roundabout next door. When asked a question his answer is "I don't have to explain myself" Fortunately the service was taken over by Mr. Much nicer. Edit: the response of the owner, incapable of questioning herself and accepting criticism, who tries to blame the customer who is only expressing a feeling, reinforces my opinion on I have that this person has no nothing to do in this profession (a profession that I know well)! And I'm lowering my rating by one star, I'm lowering it by another star.

30/03/2024: En arrivant au restaurant un serveur nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de place et qu'il pouvait seulement nous proposer une table au bar alors que nous avions réservé il y a une semaine environ. Ce fut une grande déception et une situation inacceptable. La carte proposée n'est pas non plus digne du Hilton
