05/09/2024: First impressions walking in seems fine. Simple order took a bit long for the amount of customers. A gray haired lady started being passive agressive towards us.
She urged me not to take a picture of the menu! What are they trying to hide? Soon after that I looked at the reviews and I couldn't agree more. If you want food from here, pay a local to get it and avoid the staff at all costs.
11/05/2024: Today, May 11th from 10:15 to 10:30 a.m. we were here to order some sweet rolls,
The woman, over 55 years old, with short hair, was very rude to the customers, especially unfriendly to those who didn't speak French. It felt like she didn't have the right job and she hates serving the customer, she was totally stressed, was very cheeky! The lady is just rude!
We'll never buy anything there again!
The young lady at the checkout is always friendly. Just a shame.

16/09/2024: Delivery man supposedly did not come to the bottom of the door even though I had been waiting for almost 30 minutes with the children in front. I had to make an express meal because my children resume at 1 p.m.
I absolutely do not recommend
Zero service, go on your way and go to the kebab shop, they make the best pizzas

20 minutes before the scheduled time and 30 minutes after, almost an hour in front of my house waiting, it's the last time I order from you!

18/08/2024: Come at 3 p.m. and wait 45 minutes for a serious menu! And everything was dirty, no table clean! A serious shame!! And of course the food is cold! And fries not filled!
18/08/2024: Used to coming here for quite a year, and very disappointed with the staff who and for me not very competent, first order placed on a terminal, I arrive at the checkout I am told that this was not taken into account, I reorder no ticket at the terminal, then 4 people who arrived after me left before me, I went to see, they told me that my order was nowhere to be found (obviously the order had to be paid for), I received my order 1 hour later , the order is not even complete, the big tasty is missing, I also point out that there were not many people there that day!! deplorable

19/09/2024: We are always very well received in the restaurant. The service has always been top notch with us, the cuisine too, very good products.
A nice little children's corner where our daughter enjoys spending time

22/08/2024: We came for our last evening in this region the young waiter was pleasant for a drink but then the waitress (tall blonde woman with glasses) friendly as a prison door looks badly speaks sharply and sends piss off the customers I do not recommend not this restaurant nor for a drink 6:40 p.m. nothing is served even though in 10 minutes the glass can be finished and also not recommended for eating
19/08/2024: So, I'm disappointed! My companion found his tarte flambée OK but nothing more.
As for me, I couldn't finish my Alsatian pasta gratin which was too heavy and I had bouts of food which lasted well into the afternoon. 🙁sorry but I won't come anymore.
And to the rest of you, future customers, do as you wish.
Very expensive for a restaurant that offers bad food.

31/08/2024: You're not allowed to share an ice cream on his terrace, you all need to order 😂. Super arrogant and unfriendly, just walk 5 more seconds to any other shop in the same street
09/08/2024: Contrary to reviews I read: very friendly waitress, excellent food, delicious ice cream and I was allowed to use the toilet. Sit in the shade and gain energy for a walk through the city.

Il fait beau et chaud.
Nous nous installons sur la terrasse..
C'est après avoir lu certains commentaires que je me rends compte qu'ici ce n'est peut être pas le bon endroit.
On a plus l'impression de déranger.. pas de sourire pas de bonjour.
C'est moi qui ai du "saluer " en premier !
Bref, nous nous sommes désaltérés et nous ne reviendrons pas.
Car nous ne sommes pas de passage.
Une honte pour le tourisme Alsacien.
07/06/2024: Inadmissible ! Accueil exécrable, quasi impossible d'avoir un verre d'eau sans soupirs et remarques pour faire payer une bouteille d'eau. Café mauvais.
C'est une honte, ils ne sont là que pour faire des sous , si les clients vous enmerdent c'est qu'il est est temps de changer de métier, a fuire absolument, parole de restauratrice !
