16/09/2024: Hotel: city center close to a large park (Richelieu), quiet. reception: pleasant, the staff is attentive. Accommodation: clean, very good bedding, real “tv” (not confetti as often). Catering: the menu is not huge, but it is good and fresh (homemade). Conclusion: good one-week stay in Richelieu, thank you.

15/09/2024: Service not recommended at all. The waiter looks lost, only takes one order at a time and waits to serve it so he can take the next order. A minimum of organization would not be refused. In the end, we waited 20 minutes on the terrace to sip something cold with my partner and we finally left without having drunk anything. The rating is given just to the server.

07/07/2024: A great find local to the hotel we were staying in. Brilliant atmosphere with the Euros being played. If you want good food abroad, eat where the locals eat. Friendly staff and customers, food was delicious both nights, and the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend 👌

07/06/2024: Portions too small, and really basic cuisine. It's better at home... So €15 is still too expensive in this case and I would have preferred to go my way if I had known. No customer parking and very noisy restaurant.

17/09/2024: The setting is idyllic for lunch alone. The setting inside the establishment is prestigious, as are the welcome and the service. As for meals: special mention to the Macaron which was delicious!

12/09/2024: Whatever the season, it's always a real pleasure to get together at 36! Thanks to the Chef and his entire brigade, we recommend without hesitation.

03/09/2024: Welcome to the top service also very friendly village customers but because there is always a but, the pizzas are ... EXTRAORDINARY...you want to eat a calzone worthy of the name, go there with your eyes closed, when you open them you have a huge delicious pizza. Thank you for the welcome. Back in the region I will return with pleasure.

04/10/2024: Le gérant est infect ! Je suis une cliente régulière et j'estime que lorsque l'on paye surtout si cher, on doit être traité correctement. Autant le personnel est superbe, autant lui c'est insupportable. Et ce n'est pas la première fois. Aujourd'hui, je demande à la jeune femme très aimable en caisse où je peux m'assoir pour attendre ma commande à emporter. Celle-ci m'indique une table devant. Je m'assoie avec ma fille à côté dans sa poussette. Le gérant m'envoie bouler à l'autre bout du restaurant car je gêne tout le monde soit disant. Il me demande 4 fois le menu de ma commande, je lui répète 4 fois M29, j'ai une extinction de voix donc je ne peux pas parler fort.... aucun effort de sa part. J'ai dû attendre malade en plein vent, avec mon bébé de 11 mois devant la porte d'entrée ouverte.... Et pour couronner le tout, j'ai été servie après plusieurs commande arrivées après moi. Si je vous saoule, je peux aussi consommer ailleurs hein ?! La prochaine fois, j'irai à Woke Asie de Saint Avertin, eux sont aimables ! Votre cuisine est peut être excellente, mais le gérant méprisant et désagréable, ça va, j'ai ma dose. Je n'ai jamais rien dit, aujourd'hui je l'écris. J'ai travaillé dans le commerce longtemps, 10 ans en grande distribution, je sais ce que c'est mais je n'ai jamais traité un client ainsi. Surtout que je suis aimable. À bon entendeur.

09/07/2024: The boss or employee gives the impression that he is being disturbed, friendly underneath all. Given the location, tourists are captive. Cold drinks requested, lukewarm drinks served. And the season is only just beginning....move on.

05/05/2024: The best pastries I have ever had!!! Pure butter and you can feel it! We made the detour on purpose 😅.

09/07/2024: Small traditional hotel as I like them: friendly welcome from the owner and around ten rooms certainly not necessarily with modern Scandinavian decoration but I prefer because it is more authentic. The hotel is not at all far from the city center: 5/10 min on foot.

03/10/2024: We booked the hotel based on the official pictures, which do not show the renovation backlog of the last few decades. The hotel needs some investment. But it has a lot of charm and is ok as a stopover (for us towards Spain) and in conjunction with a visit to the Château de Chenonceau, which is just a five-minute walk away. The bathroom is very narrow and the shower (in the bathtub) has no shower curtain, which is why half the bathroom is flooded when showering. The beds were very comfortable. The older lady at the reception was very nice and friendly. Value for money could be better. We skipped breakfast and instead had a lovely breakfast in a bakery in nearby Bléré.

27/08/2024: We ordered via the Deliveroo app, when our order was on its way, we received a call from the restaurant to inform us of an error from one of the employees, they gave us the procedure to follow for a complaint, and we reordered and when the second order was delivered, we were surprised to receive 2 small gifts and a note of apology 👌🏻👍

03/11/2024: Old pointer bar stuck in the 90s, we got rejected because we didn't have the right outfit (we were dressed normally?) but without ever explaining to us what that meant before telling us that in fact it was It's because we weren't accompanied by women (or rather young girls because a woman perhaps in her forties was also rejected before us) while I was a trans woman myself (but obviously that doesn't count ). Thank you to the bouncer who spared us by not letting us in. He was very cold and didn't want to hear anything. A place not worthy of Tours. Go to Hotrod Café instead.

31/08/2024: Friendly welcome, but change of concept I knew East Street in its beginnings we made our own burger, then a choice was offered like at McDonald's but special mention to the diversity of the burgers and the quality of the meat. The tenders were to die for with the Cajun sauce. And there's a new Meatch concept, where the quantity is no longer there in a tray that's not very practical for eating. As the drink is no longer included on the menu, the price has also increased. In short, we won't go back there again... too much change kills change!!

10/08/2024: We are disappointed with the change. Few choices of burgers, it was better before. We will not return there.

13/09/2024: Hello everyone We spent 2 weeks with my wife at the Relais du Plessis Chalet, very attentive and very pleasant staff, the perfect environment, visit to village castles as well as varied activities for all, horseback riding etc etc we highly recommend this place without forgetting the SPA which is perfect we will come back with great pleasure

11/09/2024: To avoid very very bad experience with this establishment insect everywhere bug is mosquito unbearable smell swimming pool too dirty personal not welcoming especially the director who shouts at the children when they play turn off the lights in the residence at 10 p.m. and what's more he takes what he takes want on your deposit to avoid.
