01/11/2025: Ordered 10 onion rings, only received 9, but paid for 10. The dish was cold, the portion of fries was too small and undercooked. Avoid this place; there are plenty of good kebabs in Tours, just not this one.

And same problem at all the other tables, waiting +++ And not even a word to apologize for the wait.

31/01/2026: Today I went out to eat with my friends. I asked them for the duo menu without onions or tomatoes. Everything was fine, I ordered, then sat down. They brought my order again, and so far, so good. I put one bite in, everything was normal, but on the second bite, I saw onions and tomatoes. So I went downstairs and told them I had asked the chef for no onions. He replied in a very disrespectful tone, "Hey, go up there and eat, we don't care." And there were burnt bits of meat I couldn't get to. …

28/01/2026: A pleasant all-you-can-eat restaurant with consistently high-quality food. The selection is sufficient for everyone to find something they like, even if it's slightly more limited than in some other establishments of the same type. The dining room is spacious and comfortable, making for a pleasant meal. However, finding a parking space can be difficult, especially during peak periods.

16/03/2026: Quick service, good quality fries, pretty cool atmosphere with friendly staff at the counter. Especially a mixed-race guy with glasses and a long-haired blond guy with blue eyes. I'll be back. Have a good day.

17/03/2026: I've been here several times for a lunch menu. The panini wasn't hot enough, the small cookie with dough on top was haphazardly thrown into the bag so it fell all over the packaging, and I'd ordered a delicious dark chocolate cookie but they gave me white chocolate and I didn't realize it right away. The staff isn't always the friendliest, depending on who you get. In short, of the two locations in Tours, this isn't the one I'll be returning to.

28/02/2026: The product itself was fine. However, one of the saleswomen was frankly unfriendly, to the point that I felt really uncomfortable. I understand that Saturdays can be difficult, but it doesn't make me want to come back.

27/10/2025: We had lunch on a Monday. We arrived quite early around 12:15. The welcome was good and there were few people there, but it was cold because the door was open. I allowed myself to close it. We were served quickly. The pizzas were delicious and the dough was also probably one of the chef's specialties. The restaurant filled up quickly, the atmosphere is noisy and family-friendly. The waitress was alone serving and taking the money, which kept customers waiting. So I recommend arriving early if you are in a hurry.
