09/09/2024: We travel a lot and we always choose Ibis for our overnight stops.
This is the first time I've been disappointed by breakfast:
- no pancakes,
- I fall back on sandwich bread, no toaster!
- the tea is tasteless!
Moreover, this so-called “Center” Ibis is not in the city center but in the middle of office buildings!
Very disappointed….
09/09/2024: Very welcoming staff, room a bit dated, but the possibility of renting adjoining is great with children!
Perfect bar although it is necessary to update the good drinks... Marked beers 25 or 33 and refusal in 33cl because this has apparently changed since. A slight detail that in no way spoils the experience.

Every year, the meal on December 25 is composed of a top starter buffet, a main course, a cheese buffet and a dessert buffet.
All for €39 per person, wine included…
This year, the menu is €45 per person, excluding wines, and there is no longer a buffet...
I am aware of the rising costs, but such a difference...!!! :(

Crème Brûlée is why we come to France.

29/08/2024: Fuimos un jueves a las 13.40 de la tarde y no nos quisieron dar de comer, la maitre nos miró de arriba a abajo y nos dijo que no había mesa, habiendo mesas libres y siguieron llegando personas y a ellos les dieron de comer. Racistas! 😡

07/09/2024: Mycket god pizza och utmärkt vin. Servicen mycket bra. Fina uteplatser på gågatan precis bredvid slottet. Kanske en aning trångt som det kan vara på turistorter.

08/12/2024: If you want to be sent, this is the ideal place, arriving at 11:30 a.m. with a 3 month old baby, we explain that we are going to feed the little one while we calmly look at the menu, they jump on us and the aperitif is served and the pizzas 2 minutes later we had the right to lapero from start to finish and what's more the pizzas are cold and bland. We have already gone to Blois, it's not the same story. Very disappointed we will not come back. To flee

Came for lunch.
The pizzas are just bad.
The dough is soaked and does not hold together.
The ingredients are of poor quality and look like first-rate products in every way.
Appearance of the 1st prize ham, tomacouli panzani, suffice to say that these are the ingredients that are in the fridge of Mr. and Mrs. everyone.
Nothing appetizing, or even off-putting.
As for the salmon pizza, a questionable smell and a taste that reflects the smell.
To flee! Your wallet will be happy and so will your palate.

20/09/2024: On a small busy square but without too much noise. Very warm welcome. At Little Care.
17/09/2024: Plus points, they looked after our bikes very well
Our room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift.
Breakfast was chaotic, no one seemed to be in charge and they kept running out of food. They promised gluten-free food which turned out to be dry crackers.

01/12/2024: Les incontournables friandises d’Amboise pour se faire plaisir entre 2 visites : à emporter ou sur place, tout est bon! Le chocolat chaud maison à l’orange, une tuerie! Les oursons en guimauve, les tartelettes, goûtez-tout!

Serveurs souriants, certes, mais pour la patronne, faudra repasser.
30 mn d attente pour se voir servir une quiche à rechauffer et une assiette de fromages. Achat du caramel beurre salé au comptoir. Insipide. Sans saveur
Repassés plus tard car les enfants voulaient une glace. J'avais envie d en manger une mais...pour les adultes....pas de cornet possible !!!! Allez savoir pourquoi... Ca m'a passé l'envie !
Bref...déception.

22/08/2024: We have gone to this restaurant two years in a row on our holidays and it is absolutely fantastic. The food is excellent, best in the area. A must visit, Gregory is a very sound man!
15/08/2024: Big disappointment for our lunch in this hostel which is nevertheless listed in the Sésame guide.
We waited 1 hour for a bottle of wine so we could toast the appetizers offered. The service was unprofessional and very disappointing.
We had to get up to ask for drinks and food, despite the few customers present.
The dishes were not very tasty and served in small quantities. The chocolate cake was not one of them.
We will not return to this inn which does not offer service and food that matches the prices displayed.

04/07/2025: Big disappointment... Food ok, nothing more. Service far from overflowing with friendliness. I really felt like I was annoying the waiter by asking him what was on the menu without alcohol. Prices are rather high for the quality of what we eat, we are clearly paying for the setting which is pleasant. Waiting time suuuper long after ordering! I do not recommend at all... :c

07/09/2024: I think this can be said without comment.... A chocolate pizza with 3 pieces fighting a duel. We called to talk about it, they offered to do another one... Which would turn out to be just as thin. The team maintained that this is the normal dosage, advocated by the boss. Anyway, too bad for dessert
