25/09/2024: Excellent experience. Good beer. Great food. I would avoid the tortilla chips.

22/09/2024: Found this by chance during a cycle trip in the Loire Valley and it might've been our favourite place of the whole trip! Burger and fries were top notch, perfect for a post-cycle, and the beer was great too. Friendly bar staff and great laid-back, non-fusty atmosphere.

28/08/2024: Cadre agréable et ombragé (un jour de canicule), personnel sympathique et réactif. La carte est assez limitée mais la cuisine et les tarifs sont tout à fait corrects.

23/08/2024: Le restaurant est situé en plein cœur de la belle ville de Loches. Il bénéficie de deux superbes terrasses avec des vues magnifiques. La carte offre peu de solution et le rapport qualité-prix et loin d'être satisfaisant. Niveau cuisine, on se rapproche plus d'une cantine pour touristes alors qu'on pourrait s'attendre à une cuisine du terroir vu l'endroit. J'ai vraiment été déçu et je n'y retournerai pas. Dommage car on a trouvé un super cadre sans saveur.

21/09/2024: Very affordable formula, even in the evening, with modern cuisine and copious portions. The choice of wines is very wide with good advice and very friendly service in general. Only downside: the room lacks a little background sound but can quickly become noisy with people

21/08/2024: Book! Book! Book! On Saturday night it was only possible to choose one of two times to eat, due to them being so busy and wanting a first and second service, which is common in France (not sure if this is the same during the week). Once you understand this, my only advice is just go! They had to turn so many people away who were trying their luck without a reservation. They have a larger than average menu (compared to other French restaurants of a similar size) and all the food we had was exquisite - a delight for the taste buds! We both enjoyed all of our three courses plus the complementary pâté to go with the bread before the meal - lovely! We had a young Chinon red wine, which was fairly priced and good. The service was fantastic - I was concerned about having all diners arrive at the same time and how the kitchen would cope, but clearly there is a system, as no one had a long wait. Waiters and waitresses were friendly and efficient. Definitely not cheap cheap, but excellent value for money. There was even an English menu to help my wife out, which was quite rare during our week. The clientele was a real mix of foreigners and French, as this is on the main restaurant street. If I were local, I'd be happy eating here every Saturday night. Have you understood the main piece of advice yet?! You need to BOOK!

24/08/2024: I had a salad, €17.50 all the same, and I had a few slices of rillons on a bed of salad, a few slices of unripe tomato and without any taste, because without sauce. The poached egg was not bad. It's been a long time since I felt like I was being ripped off to this extent! Otherwise very welcome...

19/08/2024: We spent a very pleasant evening in this restaurant. Traditional cuisine of very good quality. Warm welcome and the waiter is attentive and full of kindness. A stop at this friendly restaurant is a must!

26/08/2024: We were recommended to visit by our accommodation hosts and we were not disappointed. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the hosts were lovely, making a little joke with our son and being so welcoming. I would book ahead as we were very lucky that we were squeezed in but I am so happy that we did as this was one of our favourite meals

23/08/2024: A FUIR nois avons commandé des pizzas à 19h15 pour le soir même. On nous annonce pas avant 21h15 soit 2h plus tard. Nous acceptons même si nous trouvons ce délais exagéré pour 7 pizzas! Arrivée à 21h15 après avoir fait 20 minutes de routes. On nous annonce que les pizzas ne sont pas pretes ! Et qu'il faut attendre 45minutes de plus. Aucune excuse rien. Nous sommes répartis sans rien. C'est inadmissible et honteux de la part d'un soit disant professionel.

20/08/2024: Disappointingly, green tea is an herbal tea. Ordinary strong cakes and the bill is wrong. But we are at the rain artist.

19/08/2023: It is unusual to see places offering this type of fast food. The welcome is very good and pleasant with a preparer who gives good advice on how to compose your meal. It is almost unlikely that you will not be satisfied while eating in this place and especially given the price, it remains a good place in case you are very hungry ;)

10/08/2023: We pass there whenever we go to Tours. This restaurant was clearly my best friend during my pregnancy! The portions are more than generous, and it's very good. The choice of ingredients is nice, and the welcome is great :) The quality-quantity-price ratio is more than correct.
