07/09/2024: AVOID MC DO LOCHES!!! I can't put 0 otherwise I would have! Click and collect however but 40 mins to get the order. In addition, the person I had in front of me was blown away when I spoke to her! I understand why I go to BURGER KING because the worse it gets, the more deplorable it gets. An employee spilled an entire drink on the customer behind me and she didn't apologize, it really didn't matter. Plus when I see the state of the sandwiches.... . CHANGE YOUR STAFF INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING THROUGH COMMENTS!!!

07/09/2024: The staff takes great care - a united and smiling team We had a wonderful time with Nicolas and Valentin, there were lots of burger choices on the menu! This restaurant is unique. A bargain!

20/10/2024: Bonsoir, Je suis venu avec mon beau père. Il a pris un demi poulet rôti ( ce qui est bien mis sur le ticket ) au final on lui donne une petite cuisse du poulet.. les frites pâteuse et molle. J’ai pris un plat cuisiné ( crevette Tikka massala), le riz était à peine cuit. Je vous conseille celui de chambray les tours. Bonne soirée.

06/08/2024: A small restaurant that doesn't look like much at first glance, but the cuisine is always excellent and original. I eat there when I go to Tours to visit my grandmother, so usually in the summer. We are very well received there, the atmosphere is relaxed and we immediately feel very comfortable. I also recommend this restaurant to wine lovers, because the owner makes a point of carefully choosing the ones he offers in his establishment. So he will be able to perfectly advise you on the ideal wine to accompany your dish and you can even buy a few bottles to give as a gift or to take home. If you go there outside of school holidays I think it is better to book, especially in the evening.

19/10/2024: Disastrous experience. We were forced to eat with the charcuterie board, even though it was not indicated. The owner categorically refuses hot drinks with the boards. As a customer, I expect to be able to choose what I want to drink with my meal. A questionable business practice and a very unpleasant atmosphere. Avoid!

03/11/2024: The hotel to escape!!!. I booked a room for two nights at the Ambacia Tours Sud hotel in Saint-Avertin 37550. We chose the proximity of this hotel to the party hall because we were there for a wedding. What a disappointment when we arrived. I stay in a 3-star hotel and therefore pay the price of a 3-star for a certain comfort. My husband and I were surprised when we arrived at a parking lot without maintenance (dilapidated exterior) with just a small, very weak light inside. We had doubts, perhaps believing that the hotel was closed. The irony was when we discovered the room, the stained carpet and dirty wallpaper, dilapidated bathroom with an obvious lack of ventilation, it was total, a bathroom with black joints, the cracked sink , stained walls... The only positive point is the comfortable and clean bedding. Very noisy hotel, not well insulated. We hear the conversations of the people in the next room as if we were in the same room. Lunches mediocre for the price, the first day we arrived at 8 a.m. for breakfast there were almost no pastries left. In the basket a few disheveled chocolate bars, we ask if we can have croissants, the lady will tell us that she does not manage the catering, she is just a chambermaid. But still come back a few minutes later to tell us that there is a croissant left. What intrigued us was that this maid was at reception all weekend. And she's the same one who gave us our bill. I didn't hesitate to ask her if she wore several hats? Apparently she was replacing a colleague who was on sick leave that day. Anyway. This Sunday we were able to have the croissants but not cooked so bread with butter and that's all for the price honestly! The hotel needs a good renovation! Also for a little anecdote. If you have to pay by holiday check, check and do the counting together with the person at the checkout so as not to have any surprises 😧.

29/09/2024: BAKERY TO ESCAPE! Endless wait every time! 2 sellers serving 40 people waiting like sheep, in an endless queue! Permanently understaffed! No more quick checkout for bread! Service that leaves something to be desired....an outdated manager! Ashamed ! You should review and rethink your organization and perhaps recruit....Please note before writing this message...I have had the experience each time...And this is one time too many! Little tip, a Nardeu bakery just opposite sells good bread and it's quick!

28/09/2024: If you go to the toilet at Feuillette, go there after eating otherwise you will eat with much less appetite, I'm kind, I won't post a photo for you to see and enjoy your meal.

08/12/2024: A hello can be a plus when dealing with customers. Two times at the drive-thru and twice disappointed by the attitude of the team. I advise you not to do a click and collect, NO time saving and what's more, you'll get caught up in the hassle by the person at the checkout.... The advantage is that there are plenty of other McDonald's in Tours and for this one it's never again

05/12/2024: Being a McDonald's customer, following an order in table service, on December 4 in cheek-les-tours, I found myself paying for an order in another McDonald's located at 2lions. I was careful to respect the process. But no favor, refund... I remain very disappointed with this table service. I would advise you to review your QRcodes to avoid any misunderstandings.

18/10/2024: The friendliness of the salespeople was as good as the quality of their products, that is to say, chi3r! They told me the formula was €10.50, telling me everything I was entitled to and in the end I found myself paying more because there was actually a supplement. One of the salespeople was so happy to work in this store that she yelled at me while I was choosing the right drink because I crossed an invisible line that "customers are not allowed to cross"...what a horror!

11/09/2024: We came to treat ourselves to a snack and to each request the answer was: we have more. The service is long and not very pleasant. We ended up having 2 coffees... very disappointed
