24/02/2026: Today I went in to make a purchase. The woman came to open the display case and asked me what I wanted. I took the item, and she snatched it from my hand, saying in a rude and aggressive manner, "It's my job to serve you, madam." The customers behind me had a look that said it all. As a result, I didn't even reply to her goodbye and wish her a nice day. That was my last visit to that store; there are many others that are much nicer and more respectful.

21/05/2026: On our way back from Gironde to Yvelines along the main road, we stopped at this restaurant by chance, one of the very few open on a Monday along that route. We had a very good lunch there, with a starter, a main course, and a coffee for under €20 per person. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. The welcome and service, provided by the same person, were very professional and friendly, and the portions were quite generous. Frankly, a great stop, especially on a Monday when many restaurants are closed, not to mention that there are very few along this main road.

18/07/2026: I love it! I discovered it by chance a few years ago, and it's a must-stop on every holiday. Excellent old-fashioned brioche, top-notch.

03/06/2026: It's impossible to visit the center of Tours without stopping by this brioche shop. The smell of brioche wafting out onto the street is divine. The taste is incomparable.

13/07/2026: Nine customers left because the McDonald's in Saint Cyr sur Loire stopped serving ice cream at 9:30 PM. At least, that's what the staff told us, and it's also what's displayed on all the kiosks: no more ice cream available. This is unacceptable, especially during a heatwave. Of course, this isn't posted anywhere in the restaurant. Frankly, I'm very disappointed. Plus, my daughter really wanted to eat McDonald's because of the footballers' drinks, but they were out of those too, even though the meal deals were still there at the same price.

27/07/2026: Friendly welcome, super delicious pizza

15/07/2026: Very disappointed. We were told the pizzas would be ready at 9:30 PM. My wife arrived at the scheduled time, but was told we'd have to wait another half hour, without even bothering to inform us of the delay. In the end, we waited over an hour longer, about an hour and a half past the promised time. Admittedly, they offered us a free pizza as a gesture of goodwill, but that doesn't make up for the lack of respect for customers' time. Furthermore, the pizzas themselves weren't anything special. With such a long wait, one would at least expect impeccable quality. It's a shame, because a simple phone call to let us know about the delay would have shown much more consideration for customers.

28/06/2026: A good spot opposite the castle entrance for coffee and pastry. The cafe is just okay. A small coffee costs €2.20 and each pastry is €2.50.

28/04/2026: The best pastry shop in the canton and beyond! As a regular, I'm a huge fan of their chocolates, macarons, financiers, and Black Forest cakes... basically everything 😅. The cozy little lounge offers a relaxing tasting experience at the foot of the castle 🏰. A must-visit in Langeais.

09/07/2026: A blonde woman with glasses and a horrible fringe gave me terrible service and dared to tell me that they "do their best". I ordered two simple cookies and the waitress chirps after taking my order to make me understand that it's not her problem and that she's "fed up", knowing that other customers also had terrible service, probably even worse than mine.

14/02/2026: Every time we come to this drive-thru, I don't understand why we always have to wait more than 15 minutes for our order, and it's always the same thing... Whereas at other McDonald's, it's not the case... A drive-thru should be fast, or at least it should be!

26/05/2026: I tried out Le Triangle d’Or and left with a smile… and my legs in a perfect isosceles triangle! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so electric I thought they'd forgotten to turn off the heat. Music that made my hips move, lights that flattered everyone, and glances that formed sharp angles… very sharp angles. Here, it's not just about dancing: it's about practicing advanced mathematics. I saw triangles forming at breakneck speed, equations with multiple unknowns, and theorems being proven horizontally. The club's name is brilliant; they deserve the Nobel Prize for playful geometry. Clean, classy, ​​and above all, incredibly fun. I laughed all night and left with aches and pains that even a geometer couldn't explain. 5 well-deserved stars! If you want to spend an evening where the angles are always right angles (and the bodies too), this is definitely THE place to be in Angers. I fully approve and I'll be back soon to continue my… scientific research!

17/05/2026: Drinks at the bar were the cheapest at 16 euros. I would have liked a hug... a sign of respect, I didn't even get one, even though I bought a drink for the lovely young lady! I spent 64 euros that evening, but I still had a good time... I love you all, good luck, I hope to see you again soon...
