08/08/2026: We had absolutely fantastic food, the terrace was a great place to sit, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

07/08/2026: There are restaurants where you eat very well. Michelin-starred restaurants where the technique is impeccable and the ingredients exceptional. But here, we're in another league. I've been fortunate enough to travel extensively and discover restaurants all over the world. Gastronomy is a true passion of mine. And precisely because of this, with time, it becomes increasingly difficult to be truly surprised. I discovered this restaurant about ten years ago, and since then, I've returned regularly. Each visit brings the same conclusion: the chef leaves absolutely nothing to chance. Each dish tells a story. The flavors are conceived with incredible precision, the textures complement each other perfectly, the presentation is elegant without ever being excessive, and above all, there's always that "wow" factor. Not the kind that relies on artifice, but the kind that stems from genuine creativity and a constant pursuit of excellence. You can tell that here, it's not simply about cooking. It's about creating, constantly questioning oneself, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Behind every dish, you can feel the passion, the hard work, and the constant desire to surprise. After ten years, while so many restaurants eventually become predictable, this one continues to amaze me. And that's probably the greatest compliment you can pay a chef. For me, it's not just one of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure of discovering. It's an experience I look forward to with the same anticipation every time I visit.

16/07/2026: We came as a couple on July 16th at lunchtime and what a welcome! The staff is incredibly attentive to each customer, with thoughtful touches that even some Michelin-starred restaurants no longer offer! (They even take their time and pick up crumbs, something many others overlook.) The wine selection is simple yet effective, with a nice variety of choices! Now, on to the food! It's beautifully presented; you almost feel a pang of regret at having to destroy such a beautiful creation. From the appetizer to the dessert, it's a festival of flavors layered in harmonious balance. I don't want to go to any other restaurant now. Thank you so much for your hospitality and the little candle! ☺️

09/07/2026: Ordered two takeaway pizzas: a large chicken and a large salmon (without mushrooms). When my partner arrived, we received a large salmon with mushrooms! Instead of a chicken, we received a new pizza that wasn't even on the menu (cream, bacon, mushrooms, and blue cheese). On top of that, we found several hairs in the pizzas. In short, unacceptable. A word of advice: don't hire new employees if they don't know how to make pizzas!

21/07/2026: Beautiful, quiet space with plenty of room between the tables and comfortable chairs. Two very friendly hostesses who also speak English. The food, including the amuse-bouches, was very tasty. The children didn't like dishes such as duck breast and pigeon, but fortunately they had an alternative (chicken with vegetables and fries). Nice wines. Highly recommended!

In terms of quality and value for money, there's nothing to criticize; it's flawless (4/5 overall). However, the main drawback is the welcome and service, which are noticeably lacking in warmth and smiles. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to the customers, the experience would be perfect. Nevertheless, I will gladly return for the quality of the food.

18/07/2026: Excellent Italian restaurant! 🇮🇹 The pasta is simply divine: fresh, generous portions, and bursting with flavor. The arancini are incredible, crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth on the inside. All this with a warm welcome and a lovely atmosphere. A truly wonderful discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend. I'll gladly return!

We were very impressed by the presentation of the dishes and especially by the taste. Your carpaccio at lunchtime was a marvel of flavor. 10/08/2026: My first dining spot in Metz! I went there based on an AI recommendation, and it was a place that served authentic French course meals. Except for me, everyone else was a local. Just as I had heard about French people, they lingered at their tables for a very long time, chatting, eating, and enjoying dessert and coffee. It looked so cool that I tried to imitate them. The server was incredibly kind, and perhaps because the other guests were curious about an Asian woman dining alone, they looked at me with warmth, smiled, and took care of me, making for a very pleasant dining experience. Everyone working there smiled whenever we made eye contact and was so friendly. Needless to say, the food was excellent. Everything—from the dishes and desserts to the final espresso—was perfect! It is a bit pricey, but I thought it was reasonable for a restaurant of this caliber. It was a warm restaurant that created a wonderful time for me. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try authentic French cuisine.

09/08/2026: We had lunch here today as a couple for the first time, and it was fabulous in every way! We ordered the daily special (the trio of lobster, prawns, and scallops) with vegetables and roast potatoes, and it was delicious. For dessert, the gourmet coffee was excellent. We didn't order a starter, and we're glad we did because the portions were very generous! The menu is small, which is a sign of quality and expertise in the dishes. The staff is really friendly, and the restaurant is tastefully decorated. The proximity to the Coislin parking lot is a real plus! We will definitely be back.
