15/05/2024: We had a wonderful evening, from our welcome until we left the establishment. We chose the 5-course discovery menu and we really enjoyed the 5 plates, both the presentation and the taste. A little favorite for the house laurel wine and the sea buckthorn tartlet served with coffee. I recommend !
12/05/2024: Fine dining at normal prices. There are only 2 menus (5 or 7 courses). Although 7 courses last 3 hours, they are fully recommended and offer small, surprising taste explosions. Service is attentive and unobtrusive. German is spoken.

Friendly welcome, tip top service, refined setting very much to my taste.
The dishes are very well presented and are very good.
A small taost offered, as well as still water and sparkling water.
A family restaurant where everything is very careful.
You must reserve, as it is very often full.
I am very satisfied with this great discovery! I will go back there.
The price ; a little more expensive than other restaurants, but the difference is completely justified by the quality offered. I would say excellent value for money.
Go there, you won't be disappointed!

“HELLO” from the host as soon as you enter the restaurant which sets the tone for you; it continues with a choice of healthy, balanced, original self-service dishes and desserts, then you are advised on a choice of sauces to accompany your dish during checkout. I only see one flaw, the sight of cookies when going through the checkout puts a strain on the ability of gourmands 🤪 of which I am one to resist. Finally, the place does not really respect parity, women are the majority (to tell the truth it is not meant to displease me 😉)… To frequent with exaggeration! Thank you sir

The cuisine is perfect, quality products and the prices are fair.

11/06/2024: The wife and I stopped off in Metz for a night. We came across Fukushima and had a late dinner. It was a great find. The food was excellent and a lovely young waitress looking after us x. If we're ever in Metz again we'll definitely be going back. Loved it xxx.

La viande est un vrai délice, la sauce un régal de gourmandise, les frites sont bonnes, tout était top!
Et les aperos sont bien servis
02/05/2024: Delicious piece of meat, beautifully served with home-made fries in a very attractive space. The waiter was a funny, portly Burgundian and assumed that what I ordered also applied to my companion. Wschl to increase turnover. As a non-resident, we were assigned a table in a corner. 😜 For the 5th star: the red wine was really super soft and superb!!!

20/03/2024: Great pasta dishes that take us on a journey to Italy. A wide choice and we were not disappointed with the dishes ordered. The setting of the restaurant is super pretty. However, the place remains quite noisy. We are delighted with this discovery.
