12/04/2026: We came as a family for Easter brunch on Monday. When we arrived at our table, we ordered eggs, and 45 minutes later, they finally arrived… It was far too crowded, the organization was a disaster, the brunch area was tiny (the online videos are fake), the products were frozen (pies, cakes, pastries, bread), there was no water to boil your own eggs, the buffet was constantly empty, there were no plates, no bowls, and the manager brought back pies that weren't even cut and asked the customers to help him! Unbelievable. The setting is very nice, but everything else… leaves much to be desired!

11/04/2026: I was really looking forward to trying the brunch at Les Granges aux Ormes, a place that looks amazing online with its stunning setting and enticing marketing. I went with friends… and what a disappointment! The setting is indeed beautiful, but that's clearly not enough. The brunch itself falls far short of expectations: limited selection, mediocre quality, and nothing to justify the advertised level of service. You expect a truly gourmet and high-quality experience, but it falls far short. The worst part is the state of the restrooms, which are filthy, something I find unacceptable in an establishment of this type. It completely ruins the image and the overall experience. I also find myself at odds with some of the positive reviews I've read, which seems surprising given our experience. It's quite astonishing to see such a discrepancy between the online image and the reality on the spot. A huge disappointment.

23/03/2026: A real old-fashioned snack bar. Hamburgers, pan bagnat, fries cooked in oil, with your choice of sauce. Excellent for a snack by the lake, in the sunshine.

14/03/2026: I stopped by with my 5-year-old daughter one evening. I admit I was expecting pasta to be on the menu. I wanted to try the children's menu, but it's not available in the evening. There are only pizzas and flammekueche. But the waitress saved the day by offering my daughter a plate of cold cuts and raw vegetables. The staff is very attentive. The flammekueche of the day was also good. I just think it's a shame that there isn't a children's menu in the evening... But perhaps it's a strategic choice to target specific customers, which I can understand.

28/02/2026: Passing through Thionville for a sporting event, and guided completely by a friend, this was a wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. The setting, while relatively classic, is well-executed and of good quality, conceals a successful and efficient cuisine, particularly the daily specials. Everything is executed cleanly, without unnecessary frills, yet the presentation is quite elegant and practical. Special mention goes to the quality of the service and the attention paid to the customer. A successful and conclusive experience.

13/09/2025: There were two of us dining at this restaurant. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us. We were simply asked to go to the bar to wait, which gave a rather cold first impression and a rather unexciting welcome. As for the meal, the starters were good and well-prepared, which made for a pleasant start to the meal. The meat, meanwhile, was excellent: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked; it was undoubtedly the highlight of the experience. However, the pepper sauce was a real disappointment: far too runny, it tasted more like water than a sauce, which unfortunately spoiled part of the enjoyment. The fries served as a side dish didn't live up to the meat; they were rather bland and uninteresting. As for the price, there's nothing to complain about; the prices are reasonable and consistent with what's on offer. In summary, a decent restaurant where you eat well thanks to the quality of the meat and starters, but which lacks attention to detail in the welcome and consistency in certain dishes (sauces, sides). A satisfactory experience, but which could be significantly better with a few adjustments.

18/02/2026: Upon arriving at the hotel, we received a very warm welcome: smiling and pleasant staff, a lovely room, a delightful evening meal by the fire, and a generous breakfast with plenty of choice in the morning. The stay seemed perfect. And it was, right up until the very end... or almost... Traveling with our 8-month-old baby, we arranged with the staff that morning to heat up her lunch and have her eat there. So, we went out for a walk, feeling completely confident. When we returned, a man informed us that this wasn't possible after all because "they had just finished cleaning." We explained that this had been agreed upon that morning. He replied that he would check. The young woman, who was very pleasant, agreed to heat up the meal. My wife took off her shoes upon entering, went upstairs with our daughter, and undressed her so she could eat comfortably. The meal came back hot... but then we were asked to eat outside. It was pouring rain, barely 3 degrees Celsius. Faced with our confusion, we were finally offered the option of feeding her… in our car. We quickly realized that instructions had been given. So we had to leave the lobby with our baby in our arms, her hot meal, and her belongings, crossing the parking lot in the pouring rain and cold, to feed her in a car crammed with luggage. A big “thank you” to this gentleman for his kindness, empathy, and sense of service. His establishment will therefore be awarded two stars—and I consider myself generous. He could have simply told us no from the start, and we would have made other arrangements. --------------- It is extremely regrettable that you are distorting the truth in your response. I was honest in my opinion; yet, you are inventing a story to misrepresent the facts and promote yourself. 16/02/2026: A very beautiful and peaceful place, a welcoming hotel, the staff were very kind, we also had dinner there for Valentine's Day, and the meal was very refined, I highly recommend it.

13/03/2026: I'm very disappointed with my visit to Domino's Pizza. The man at the counter was very cold and unwelcoming. I felt like I was bothering him rather than being a customer. The welcome is supposed to be the first thing you notice in an establishment, and unfortunately, it was completely lacking. A friendlier and more respectful attitude would have been greatly appreciated.
