In any case, we quickly realized we were bothering her. I don't know if it was the manager, the waitress, or what her position was, but in any case, she needs to review her training or find a new job. Given the number of good restaurants nearby with competent and friendly waitresses, more competitive prices, pizzas without sidewalks, and more generous portions, why go back? That's the question... I'll just clarify in response to your reply that of course we arrived before our 15-20 minute delay and that it wasn't a problem for you (please coordinate between the waitresses next time). I'll even show you a screenshot from my phone of my second call just to demonstrate your bad faith... and when I wait for the order from the kitchen, the "go ahead and send them the cheese" after our discussion... it speaks volumes about the service. You can't be busy setting up the restaurant for the next day's service and take care of your last two customers at the same time. I understand that the week may have been long and complicated, etc., but if you're disturbing us at 9:30 PM to set up the next service, you should have let us know, and we would have left, I swear, ma'am. I didn't come here to settle a score, just to leave a negative review about the service. Anyway, we discussed it at the restaurant, just the two of us. Perhaps we arrived too late (1:05 ​​PM), but in that case, they might as well have told us we weren't welcome because of the time. This is the behavior of a restaurant that doesn't need new customers. Disappointing.

28/06/2026: Shame on the boss(es) who make poor employees work without air conditioning in this heatwave! It's a disgrace! Our thoughts are with the employees, who are kind but can't work at a good pace because of the stifling heat. We left when we saw they were overwhelmed by orders and the heat. You can't ask people to work for you in such conditions; you don't deserve any of your customers' money.

25/05/2026: The subs are "okay," I've had better at other locations. I wanted to wash my hands before eating, but the restroom was locked. They gave me the key, but unfortunately, the soap dispenser was drier than the Sahara!

14/06/2026: We held our son's christening at this restaurant. The service was impeccable, always attentive, the food was very good, the price reasonable considering the quality, and the managers were very responsive to every request! In short, a very good time, thank you again to them!

18/07/2026: I want to share my outrage. As regulars at this restaurant, this is the first time we've been dissatisfied, and for good reason: we won't be returning. We wanted to enjoy a summer evening with our family, but it was impossible: we were refused access to the terrace for the sole reason that we had a child! Children are not allowed on the terrace, as you know. This restaurant tries to project an image of exclusivity, but it's anything but. What year are we living in to think like this? It's already quite expensive for couscous; one day, when you come with a large table, they shake your hand. The next time, you come with just three people, and they refuse you access to an outdoor area for a clearly unjustified and intolerable reason. Crossed off our list.

18/07/2026: Our first time at Sésame. A wonderful discovery. It started off perfectly on the phone with Yelena, who called me back very quickly after I made my online reservation. This first contact is crucial, and she handled it brilliantly. And then, upon arrival, a delightful surprise. On this street in Florange, you wouldn't expect to find yourself under the palm trees of the Maghreb. The decor is sumptuous, the food delicious, and the staff efficient and attentive. One thing is for sure: we'll be back! Even if it's a bit of a drive from Metz! 🧡
