Be careful, it's not the Silver Tower, but a gourmet restaurant that showcases the work of the kitchen and the products presented, in line with the service in the dining room... So if you want a steak and fries and salad, move on... Others do it very well😂😂😞😞 And definitely not a matter of first or second service, it respects the customer... So yes, THANK YOU...🙏🙏👍👍👍😘
09/04/2025: Very nice time spent at LA GOULUE. A trip into the past as soon as you walk through the front door. What an atmosphere, we feel good there! For the dishes it's top level, everything is fresh. I had the asparagus with smoked salmon as a starter and the beef fillet with morels as a main course. It's hearty and very refined. Trust the boss for the wine and dish pairing, you won't be out of luck.

You'd think you were in a chalet in the mountains. Bravo to the chef for his cuisine. Small gourmet restaurant we are very well received come on. Foie gras, Snails and the famous veal head and many other things enjoy your meal.....

After more than an hour and a half of waiting, we came out of the restaurant having just paid for an aperitif which cost us an arm and a leg!!!! The children waited more than 1 hour before having the starters planned in their menus! And then they tell us they have a commercial gesture on the bill! I don't see where?! We are

It's excellent and the recipes are always delicious whether to take away or eat in.
The staff is friendly and smiling.

J'y suis retournée à plus de 20 ans de distance et y ai retrouvé tout ce qui me plaisait en rapport à une restauration originale, à consommer sur place ou à emporter, dans un environnement propre et accessible.
J'avais recherché en vain, d'autres adresses pour déguster des "Banh Bao" dignes de ce nom, sans succès. Quant au poulet sauce péquinoise et autre riz au saucisson, du délice et des recettes constantes avec le temps.
Quant aux grincheux, aux personnes qui ne savent pas attendre (j'ai toujours été servi rapidement) ou qui veulent que cette officine historique se mette plus qu'à disposition sans autre pré-séance... passez votre chemin... il y a de l'excès dans certains avis.
