11/04/2026: I'm disgusted. I was really looking forward to the raclette menu, so I ordered fries instead. With cheese and bacon. The fries were barely lukewarm. And the bacon was still frozen, not even cooked. Absolutely disgusting, inedible. I'm so disappointed.

18/11/2025: Had a really great lunch here today. Had the XL Kebab with fries and it was amazing. Can't wait to try this place out again. (Edit: the staff were also very friendly and welcoming :))

14/04/2026: Absolutely not recommended...no one even asked us what we wanted to drink... We had to go to the bar ourselves! Empty plates...most of them weren't refilled. Desserts were practically nonexistent. I strongly advise against going there.

08/04/2026: Be aware that the large meal comes with fewer fries than a regular meal. After pointing out the obvious difference, the manager on site deemed it normal and defended herself by claiming it was the correct portion size. Prices are increasing while portions are decreasing.

06/04/2026: I'm changing my review because I'm increasingly disappointed with this McDonald's restaurant. Each time I go, the hygiene and quality seem to decline. The food is often cold, and there are long waits even when the restaurant is empty—it's truly shameful. Furthermore, the last time I went, all the salad in my wrap was black (photo attached), and I had to throw it away because it was inedible. Very disappointed, I certainly won't be going back.

06/01/2026: The food is very simple but really good! Too bad about the rest... We were freezing the entire meal; it was so cold in the restaurant! When we pointed it out, they simply told us, "Yes, it's because our windows are old, and we're tenants... we can't replace them." 🙈 We were seated near the entrance, and there wasn't a single radiator around us. Every time a customer entered or left, there was an icy draft, and the door took ages to close. A tired bellhop held it shut. As a barrier against the cold, there was a thin curtain that offered no warmth whatsoever. We ordered a bottle of wine, and they didn't even let us taste it. We weren't served; the bottle was just placed on the table! As for the service, one waitress was quite pleasant and smiling, but the other, the younger one, had a sour look on her face the whole time. So many positive reviews... we expected much better when we came! Really disappointed...we won't be back.

19/02/2026: A disastrous experience. We waited an hour and a half for a simple steak and fries, which is completely unacceptable. The fries were hard, dry, and inedible, and the steak was nothing special. The worst part was the service: unpleasant staff, no apology for the wait, and no consideration for the customers. I am extremely disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant and I will never return.
