19/05/2026: Hello, We came to try the flammekueches at your establishment based on the positive reviews. My comment is not intended to criticize the establishment, but simply to share our experience as objectively as possible. To begin, regarding the service, I have no complaints: the staff is very friendly and the setting is truly pleasant. We also appreciated the small side salad. As for the flammekueches, they were decent, but in our opinion, they lacked a few elements that would really make a difference and encourage us to return. Firstly, the cooking could perhaps be a little more precise. At times, the flammekueches were either much overcooked or undercooked. Several of us were there, and we all had the same feeling: something was missing. Perhaps a little more salt in the dough, but above all, we noticed that there was mostly cream around the edges of the flammekueche. This seemed quite surprising to us, as there was very little, if any, cream in the center. Perhaps this is also what gave us the impression of something missing. This opinion is simply our personal observation. The flammekueches are still decent, and I hope you will take this feedback into account to find a better balance. Best of luck to you, and we look forward to coming back to try it again in a while to see if it suits us better. I'm still giving it 5 stars to support small rural businesses.

09/07/2026: We used to get our pizzas from this place... But apparently they've changed pizza chefs; now they taste like they came from a vending machine, with poor-quality cheese and a tomato sauce that looks like it came from a factory (a protein mix to further increase production costs?) 🤮

28/06/2026: Red Beef is generally a high-quality restaurant. The meals are good, the meats are cooked perfectly, and the cuisine is on par with any standard brasserie. The portions and side dishes are generous, with a reasonable menu selection. My only slight disappointment was the tiramisu, which was a bit too dry for my taste. The service was adequate. The waitress was empathetic, smiling, and professional. The ordering process was smooth at first but slowed down when it came to dessert. We waited about fifteen minutes for the tables to be cleared and for our dessert order to arrive, and another fifteen minutes for the coffees we had previously ordered, which we received after reminding them. These short waits are easily forgivable given the large number of customers when we were having dessert. I would recommend this restaurant to families without hesitation, as it has a terrace and an upstairs dining room, ideal for those seeking a more secluded spot.

27/06/2026: I was expecting a place with simple, delicious food. Unfortunately, all I got was very basic, bordering on mediocre… I didn't come here to eat a simple veal escalope with a watery veal stock sauce 💧. For that, there's something called a cafeteria. Basically, it's 80s food at 2026 prices. Pizzas made with their hair blowing in the wind 💨, no chef's hat or anything, and no apron. The service is beachy 🏖️. That, unfortunately, sums up my experience.

20/06/2026: The service was very warm and friendly. They also handle German customers well. The food was delicious, arrived quickly, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. From tarte flambée to veal schnitzel – everything was very good.

05/07/2026: The vending machine is fine, but they offer a semblance of a loyalty program without actually providing access to it. Just like the receipt that never arrives in your inbox. Except perhaps for collecting your email address...

07/06/2026: Hello, We just went to the bar for a drink... two drinks, a Schweppes for my partner and a 50cl raspberry beer for me. The bill came to 13 euros, which isn't expensive, those are the going rates, no problem so far. However, I paid with a 20 euro note, so the change was 7 euros. The waiter told me he didn't have any change and needed the exact amount. I replied that I had given 20 euros, not 50 or 100, and that it wasn't my concern... for a change of only 7 euros... I would have left a tip, as usual, if the change hadn't been 30 ten-cent coins, the rest in fifty-cent coins and one euro... and he was incredibly cold about it. It's not a big deal, I needed it for my bar till since we work in the same line of work. But he should have been more courteous, which is a shame...

As a bonus, their prices are unbeatable. Thank you and well done! Following my father's passing, we once again chose Strada. Nothing has changed. The quality of service is matched only by the staff's kindness. A place to recommend without hesitation. Thank you.
