05/02/2026: The manager's daughter behaved inappropriately, being far too familiar and flirtatious with some customers. This demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism. Couples shouldn't feel uncomfortable or uneasy here. This seriously damages the establishment's reputation. Avoid this place.

12/10/2025: We had lunch there today. The meal was a success, the meat was cooked perfectly. Impeccable service, responsive and very friendly waitresses, the young ladies are really great, keep it up girls.

21/12/2025: For lunch. The setting and decor of this inn are splendid. You feel right at home. As for the food, no complaints whatsoever, it's very good. And finally, the restaurant staff are wonderful and truly very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

15/11/2025: Honestly, it was great! I went to eat there with my parents and brother, and the food was very good. We had the daily special. The owner was friendly and cheerful. The dining room where we ate was empty, which was a shame because it's a really great place. A very good experience for people who still appreciate a personal touch and a vintage feel. I recommend it.

14/03/2026: A superb experience! The waiter (perhaps the owner) had a great sense of humor. The food was excellent, and everyone found something they enjoyed. We were there for a birthday celebration, and we were treated to a birthday candle and music 👍 Highly recommended!

10/03/2026: Bad experience at Santa Maria or La Pagaille, we don't know their real name… Very few options for vegetarians to begin with. For starters, they were out of burrata, so we ordered a Caesar salad without bacon (and therefore without mushrooms or other accompaniments). There were no croutons, tomatoes, eggs, or onions in it (even though it was listed on the menu). When we pointed this out (only about the egg), we waited ten minutes for a tiny egg cut in half – if that isn't a rip-off… The salad consisted solely of a huge amount of crème fraîche, a few mushrooms and potatoes, and lettuce, all for €16… The waiter who took our payment didn't even ask if we were satisfied with our meal, so of course we mentioned it, and they gave us the salad for free anyway. How I miss the old Santa Maria, light years away from this restaurant. I won't be back.

29/11/2025: We were so looking forward to visiting this unique place; we'd only heard good things. So we took the trouble to book six days in advance, and what a surprise it was when, on that fateful Saturday evening, the day of our reservation, we found the doors locked. There was no note of apology on the door and no phone call to inform customers of the reservation (because, as professionals, we record the customer's phone number when taking the order). So we drove 70km for nothing. Thanks a lot, Jeep, we won't be back.

06/11/2025: We've been here several times and are always warmly welcomed and well served, especially by the hostess who is very pleasant and offers great advice. The menu is varied, blending traditional and exotic cuisine in a very pleasant jungle/lounge atmosphere. A sure bet when you want to relax in peace and treat yourself, even if it means having a proper communion meal ;)

18/03/2026: Honestly, it's not good... the iskender is completely ruined, the meat is overcooked, the bread is stale, there's no tomato sauce, no butter... for a Turkish restaurant, it's really unacceptable.

27/02/2026: Never again! They didn't even show us to our table, no one greeted us. Our table wasn't cleared. We waited 20 minutes and no one came to see us. We asked if we could order, they said yes, and then no one came. We finally left, and they watched us go without saying a word. What a wonderful experience!

21/02/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, after placing our order, we received a Coke that had expired a year prior… That sets the tone. The napkins were dirty, and the appetizer tray, left under the steamer to keep it warm, was completely soggy and unappetizing. The service was subpar: the waitress was disorganized, she struggled to take our orders, the tables weren't cleared, and the dishes were brought down abruptly. As for the Chinese New Year menu, the scallops were in pieces and unpresentable, and the dessert needs improvement. Finally, if you're seated on the veranda, be sure to bring a down jacket: it's very cold. In short, a disappointing experience.

15/02/2026: We spent Valentine's Day at this restaurant. Honestly, the food was very good, no complaints there. However, the service was nonexistent. Our reservation wasn't even taken. When we arrived at our table, we were packed in like sardines. After ordering everything, we waited. The drinks arrived after the appetizers... then the main courses arrived, but the appetizers were still on the table. The young waiter was sighing because he had two plates to clear. 😅 And we ordered drinks with our appetizers, which arrived after we'd already finished dessert. No carafe of water arrived despite asking three times. I don't recommend it if you're short on time. Disappointed, we won't be back.

06/02/2026: Nice little restaurant. No typical Portuguese dishes except for picanha, which is only offered in the evening. The service is good, and so is the food. It's a shame the chairs are worn.

31/01/2026: We had a wonderful time as a family; I highly recommend this place. The price was more than reasonable for 5 people. The portions were very generous and all-you-can-eat; it's a family-run restaurant with excellent staff.
