17/05/2026: Ordered takeout today: €30 for two meals, and despite that, a 20-minute wait even though the restaurant was empty. The staff, without hairnets, with ponytails over the burgers, were scratching their faces and then touching orders without washing their hands… the hygiene is frankly alarming. On top of that, the food wasn't even hot. Honestly, avoid this place. It's really not what it used to be.

08/05/2026: Frankly, we were disappointed by McDonald's… The wait for our order was incredibly long, there was no real customer loyalty program, and the service left much to be desired. Asking for one or two slices of tomato for a baby and being told, "That's not possible because everything is already counted"... seriously? For a chain of this size, a little common sense and humanity wouldn't hurt. The tables weren't very clean, and the high chairs were even worse, which is the bare minimum for welcoming families. Add to that a 10-cent surcharge on Coke when prices are already close to those of a regular restaurant… and melted ice cream. It's a shame, because the customer experience isn't just about serving a tray. The little details and the attention paid to customers make all the difference.

25/04/2026: Very good pizza, a bit of a wait for delivery but the pizza was hot. I ordered a Flam and a Regina. Honestly, very good and the delivery driver was friendly, I recommend it.

25/04/2026: Takeaway pizza The dough is good, but the toppings... nothing special, neither in quality nor quantity. Simply put, a supermarket pizza will do the trick... and why put salad on a pizza? In short, avoid it if you want a decent meal. Good for a quick fix.

The welcome was lukewarm, with a staff that seemed inexperienced and lacked visible supervision, resulting in a somewhat hesitant service. Neither the menu nor the dishes offered anything particularly noteworthy: they were adequate, but lacked originality and real ambition. The overall impression is of a chain restaurant that prioritizes simplicity over a memorable experience. In the end, it's a place that does the job, but it won't leave a lasting impression.

29/04/2026: We came as a group of 14 and found the head waiter very unpleasant. Most of us ordered pizzas—well, “pizzas” is just a term you use. This dish, usually simple and tasty, turned out to be a real disappointment: a very thin crust and a very meager topping. We were more than disappointed by this experience. On the other hand, the tiramisu was very good.

31/03/2026: Very centrally located, room and bathroom small, beds excellent, especially the pillows – I've rarely slept so well. Breakfast buffet adequate, something for everyone. Stairs to the underground parking garage are a bit steep, but the parking space itself is very good. The staff: very, very friendly, courteous, and helpful! Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good. I was there with my granddaughter, and we would gladly return! A small tip: please inform guests who have booked parking spaces in the underground garage that the entry/exit code changes every Sunday ;-)

16/05/2026: My first experience was a bit disappointing. I ordered a terrine, which was very good, and a beef fillet with morel sauce. They were far too stingy with the sauce and morels, especially considering I paid €35 ​​for the dish. Too expensive for what it was. To make matters worse, they were out of frog legs and capon. For me alone, it came to €80. Too expensive. A restaurant to avoid.

23/05/2026: Some residents think that throwing their rubbish out of their windows, from their balconies, is normal... cigarette butts in quantity, sometimes leftover food.

25/03/2026: A community-run restaurant. It's not fine dining. But for a small budget, the food isn't bad. They used to have pizza on Wednesdays, and it was very good. Good for students or a quick and easy meal. Just like school cafeteria food!

14/06/2026: Friendly host (also speaks German), the ambiance feels like it's been frozen in time for many years. The food was alright. A particular highlight is the steamed dumplings on the second Wednesday of the month.

07/06/2026: A restaurant with old-world charm, which only adds to its warm and authentic feel. We truly felt like we were eating at our grandparents' house, in a friendly, family atmosphere. The meal was good overall. The children's menu is particularly generous: for starters, ham with a very tasty mixed vegetable salad; for the main course, nuggets with fries and peas, simple but decent; and then ice cream for dessert served in a rooster-shaped container. A special mention goes to the 82-year-old gentleman who served us. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and kind. His presence greatly contributed to making the experience enjoyable and reinforced the feeling of being welcomed right into our own homes. A simple yet heartwarming experience.

30/04/2026: Right now, this bakery could use a refresh. It's rather dim and too dark. The concept of these four bakeries is fantastic, especially this one in Thionville, which is also artisanal, and that's what makes the whole operation so successful. It's a really great idea: preparing all the goods in one place and distributing them every two hours to the four bakeries. 👍🏼 The pastries are good, as are the sandwiches 🥪, and the cream puffs are truly excellent, particularly the blood orange one where you can really taste the fruit. Plus, the prices are quite low on average, so it's really inexpensive. In any case, it's been working very well for over six years, and there's a reason for that. Well done, you're the only ones operating this way in the region! 👍🏼
