24/02/2026: ...Serious malfunctions were observed during our visit to your establishment. We were a group of two adults and three children. Our order was paid for immediately, yet the wait was extremely long, to the point that we had to get up several times without being served. Furthermore, several menu items were no longer available, demonstrating a clear lack of organization and foresight. The situation became even more concerning when one of our children asked to use the restroom, and we discovered that all the facilities were out of order. This situation is unacceptable in an establishment open to the public and constitutes a serious breach of hygiene, comfort, and customer service standards. The overall condition of the restaurant appears outdated, poorly maintained, and does not meet the standards expected of a brand of this reputation. These factors lead us to seriously question the compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as the actual frequency and effectiveness of inspections. We hope that this report will be taken very seriously and will lead to swift and concrete action.

19/02/2026: Ordering a meal deal FYI, the restaurant was very empty. Upon arrival, the fries were cold, and the sandwich was lukewarm. I went to the counter to ask for hot fries, and we felt like we were bothering them simply by asking for decent service and food. I preferred to eat the lukewarm sandwich rather than go back again. This restaurant is getting worse and worse, and given the prices, it's best to think twice before returning to eat there!

28/12/2025: The staff are friendly and welcoming, the kebabs are very good, generously filled, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The fries are just okay, though. And yes, they serve alcohol because, let's not forget, even though it's 100% halal, the clientele is still quite diverse. I often get takeout, and when I come to pick up my kebab, I treat myself to a beer with it, because I'm French but I eat kebab and halal.

26/12/2025: Avoid this fast food place at all costs. I ordered by phone, they told me it would take 20 minutes, but when I arrived, I waited another 45 minutes. The prices are outrageously high, and the quality is completely lacking. They never offered any compensation, even after waiting 45 minutes.

29/01/2026: We enjoy returning to this restaurant regularly. The menu is small and consistent, a sign of home-style cooking. All the dishes are well-prepared, and the prices remain reasonable, especially at lunchtime. The service is also very pleasant.

16/12/2025: This restaurant refuses restaurant voucher payments because they claim to be taxed at 10%! The food was okay, but the waitress wasn't pleasant... first and last time for me at this establishment 😤

16/01/2026: This snack bar, which has been my favorite for years, refuses restaurant vouchers, even though they're valid until January 31, 2026. The owner explained that the shops don't accept them; it seems to me that these vouchers aren't meant to be used but rather cashed in. No special offer for regular customers. This attitude is why I won't be going back, and neither will some of my friends. Making small talk to seem friendly isn't enough if it's not followed by action!

13/01/2026: Very warm welcome, very good kebab. The meat wasn't greasy and was very digestible.

06/12/2025: A loyal customer for years. Simply a delight, the welcome is warm, and the owner comes to greet us. Very generous portions. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend it.

09/12/2025: My first visit to this snack bar was great, I really enjoyed it. But I was very disappointed afterward: they messed up my orders several times. Today I tried again, ordering a two-meat taco… I'm still looking for the meat. I asked for raw vegetables, but there weren't any. It mostly felt like I was eating bread soaked in sauce (and I asked for a lot of sauce), not a real taco. It's a shame, the potential is there, but the quality is no longer there. I won't be back, unfortunately.

02/12/2025: This bakery-café is a true community hub. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and always welcoming. There's plenty of space to sit down, relax, or share a pleasant moment with friends or family. The prices are affordable, and the quality is consistently high, whether it's for the pastries, breads, or drinks. It's a place where you feel comfortable and enjoy returning, both for the ambiance and the generous service.

08/02/2026: This establishment has completely fallen from grace. The restaurant is now a mere shadow of its former self. While the menu on Instagram might still inspire envy, the reality is quite different once you sit down: a simple chalkboard with pizzas and only three pasta dishes. Add to that mediocre, unfriendly, even icy service, and you have a very disappointing experience. It's a far cry from what once made this place so charming.

22/02/2026: I've been twice so far and frankly, I really enjoyed everything: the setting, the atmosphere, the food, and the welcome/service. The second time was on Valentine's Day, and despite the crowds, I have nothing to complain about; we were very well served.

14/02/2026: Excellent time today at this restaurant! We came without a reservation and received a very warm welcome. The menu is very comprehensive, with even some specials. We ordered two pizzas which were delicious, very, very good. Excellent value for money.

13/03/2026: A warm and friendly welcome and atmosphere, kind and professional service, and incredibly delicious food. The rigatoni and pizzas are AMAZING! Highly recommended, whether you're dining alone or with friends! Enjoy your meal!

07/03/2026: The pizza vending machine is convenient to use, but buying a chicken pizza for €14.50 only to get literally four pieces of chicken on it is unacceptable.

31/01/2026: An interesting experience… if you like sad pizzas. Soulless dough, timid toppings. Even the pizza seemed to regret being there. Not everything round is a pizza. If mediocrity had a taste, this would be it. A pizza without flavor, without generosity, without interest.
