08/06/2026: I arrived at 11:40-11:45 PM, which might be late, but the sign on the premises indicated midnight. Upon entering, I said good evening to the staff and headed towards the kiosk to order. Without even trying to hide or be discreet, a member of the service staff loudly shouted that it was a scandal and annoying when people came so late. I'm well aware of that, but if your app worked properly, it wouldn't be a problem! The customer service really needs improvement; for some, I've never had a problem before at this McDonald's. Furthermore, my order was thrown onto the counter so loudly that it made quite a noise. All of this happens under the watchful eye of the managers! Coming from the fast-food industry, I don't understand how they can behave like that in front of customers. In that case, they should change careers.

01/06/2026: The staff were unpleasant, with no smiles and a blasé expression. My fries were extremely dry. The most shocking thing, however, was the state of this McDonald's: everything was filthy, from the tables and benches to, especially, the restrooms.

22/10/2025: This couscous is delicious. Surely the best I've had in the region. The atmosphere is friendly and the food excellent. Now I'm wondering what's become of the restaurant. I have the impression it hasn't reopened since the summer holidays of 2025.

08/04/2026: Very disappointing experience. One of the waitresses spoke aggressively to my son, even raising her voice at him for simply calling his sister. What was completely unacceptable was her telling him she would “slap” him if he entered the kitchen. We understand boundaries, but this kind of behavior towards a child is not appropriate. Staff should communicate respectfully, especially with families.

18/04/2026: The McDonald's in Marly just opened and frankly, their order management is terrible! We ordered a Royal Deluxe and got a Royal Bacon instead, which was completely flattened and the bun was a bit torn. Furthermore, we also ordered a small Deluxe wrap, and instead of the Deluxe sauce, they put in some kind of mustard sauce, even though there aren't any burgers with mustard on the menu right now...

17/04/2026: Even the pre-packaged sandwiches now need checking because they'll give you anything; you order a double and they'll give you a single instead. That's some nice profit margin...

28/05/2026: I came to this tea room with my son to sit on the small terrace. There were two free tables: one with a "reserved" sign and another without any reservation card. My son sat down at the latter while I waited in line to order. A saleswoman, or perhaps the owner, gestured to my son from inside the bakery to get up, even though there was no "reserved" sign on the table. Normally, she could have simply told us politely that the table was reserved, but waving her hand as if to "shoo" my son away was unacceptable. Furthermore, the only response we received was that "since there are place settings on the table, it's reserved." In that case, it would mean that in all restaurants, as soon as there are place settings, everything is reserved... Perhaps you should consider your logic. The only normal way to indicate a reserved table is with a "reserved" sign placed on it, period.

05/05/2026: The manager is very haughty with people who don't look European… it's a shame because the products are good quality and the employee is friendly to all customers.

08/05/2026: I highly recommend Snack Tercan! The kitchen is spotless! A fantastic welcome and a very friendly team! And above all, a really great kebab!!!

04/05/2026: Breaded Arctic char served without vegetables or salad, with a thin slice of sausage per person as an appetizer. I was dissatisfied; in fact, I couldn't finish my meal and I felt ill because it was all very greasy.

03/05/2026: Two hours to be served at lunchtime… you really must have time to waste. Reservation at 12:30 pm, food arrived at 2 pm. And the worst part was the reaction when we dared to mention it: “You’re not the only ones, we have two other rooms and a terrace.” A frankly inappropriate, almost guilt-tripping response, as if waiting that long was normal. As for the service, a nearly full glass of sparkling wine was spilled when clearing the table. It can happen, of course, but it perfectly illustrates the overall lack of attention. Thankfully, it was replaced, but still… And the food? Decent portions, but completely bland. The lamb shank, in particular, was tasteless, characterless, as if it had been forgotten in the kitchen when it came time to season it. In short: a long wait, little consideration, and food that doesn’t make up for it. Definitely not a place that makes you want to come back.

15/10/2025: Every visit here is a delightful experience. All the Chinese food is fantastic. It's a restaurant where you only need to think about what to eat, without worrying about whether it's good or not! All the dishes I've tried so far have been delicious. The chicken, beef, and even the vegetarian options are all excellent! I especially love their shrimp dumplings! Considering the price and food quality, it's the best choice. All the staff are incredibly friendly, making for a very comfortable dining experience! Personally, I feel it's far superior to similar restaurants in Paris, both in terms of food quality and hygiene. This restaurant has become a must-visit every time I'm at Metz since I first discovered it, and it's the only place I want to eat at Metz. It's a restaurant, it's a restaurant, it's a restaurant, it's a restaurant, it's a restaurant. It’s a great place to goûter, it’s a great place to eat, it’s a great place to eat, it’s a great place to be, it’s a great place to be, it’s a great place to be, it’s a meal, it’s a meal, it’s a home.

17/06/2026: The setting of this inn is pleasant, but the service is sorely lacking due to a young waitress who treats her workplace like a dating site. Her provocative attitude and complete lack of restraint and professionalism towards customers are truly appalling. Her inappropriate behavior completely ruins the friendly atmosphere of the establishment. It's a real shame for the inn's reputation; we won't be returning.

03/05/2026: A very bad experience. Unhealthy atmosphere, disrespectful staff, and a clearly inappropriate attitude towards some customers. You feel uncomfortable as soon as you arrive. A complete lack of professionalism gives a very bad impression of the establishment. I strongly advise against going there; avoid this restaurant at all costs.

29/11/2025: We were so looking forward to visiting this unique place; we'd only heard good things. So we took the trouble to book six days in advance, and what a surprise it was when, on that fateful Saturday evening, the day of our reservation, we found the doors locked. There was no note of apology on the door and no phone call to inform customers of the reservation (because, as professionals, we record the customer's phone number when taking the order). So we drove 70km for nothing. Thanks a lot, Jeep, we won't be back.

06/11/2025: We've been here several times and are always warmly welcomed and well served, especially by the hostess who is very pleasant and offers great advice. The menu is varied, blending traditional and exotic cuisine in a very pleasant jungle/lounge atmosphere. A sure bet when you want to relax in peace and treat yourself, even if it means having a proper communion meal ;)

31/05/2026: A disgrace to avoid! I've been coming for 10 years, waiting 3 hours for a meal. Plus, they tell us there's no more children's menu and no more roast potatoes—are they kidding us? But they know how to charge exorbitant bills for garbage. The vol-au-vent was disgusting and not even hot. Change of ownership. And the waitresses—they clearly didn't know the meaning of friendliness. Mother's Day ruined.

11/04/2026: I first ate there 40 years ago and I just returned with my wife on a pilgrimage. It's still just as good in every way. Hurry up and go, the pizza chef is retiring soon!! Highly recommended.
