29/05/2026: Oh my god... what a terrible discovery... coming from Dunkirk, the North, fresh fries, XXXL quantity, quality meat, friendly atmosphere, respect, good humor, family atmosphere, etc... well, here it's the complete opposite, and I'm even giving it one star because I have to, even zero is too much... and the woman, well, I'm not sure... haughty, arrogant, completely out of it, sweats like a cow pissing, cold as a cucumber, even a dead person is warmer, works without gloves, wipes her forehead... the worst chip shop in France... avoid it... I ran away!

21/08/2026: I am very disappointed. I shop with you almost every day, but one day I paid €5.10 and some change for a 3+1 croissant offer. The next day, I bought the exact same items and paid €11.60. I asked the cashier why the price was so high, as I found it really overpriced. She replied that I had chosen those specific items. Furthermore, the fourth croissant, which was supposed to be free, was also charged to me. It's not about the €10 difference, but rather about treating customers like idiots. I find this truly disappointing, especially since I shop with you almost every day.

21/08/2026: I shop at this bakery every day, but until today I bought croissants at the same price, until today when I paid €11.60 for 4 croissants.

25/07/2026: 47 euros for 10 frog legs, overcooked, not marbled, with just plain mashed potatoes. A half-bottle of Picon for 8 euros… The beef steak, however, was good, and two nice pieces. I just left the table and I'm still far too hungry for a bill of 105 euros… Far too expensive for the quality of the food and service…

13/06/2026: Exceptional service and very pleasant staff. We had a meal on the terrace for a birthday, and we couldn't complain.

22/08/2026: We were very disappointed with the service. We waited 45 minutes before even being served, then another 20 minutes for our drinks. When the food arrived, there was a mistake with one of the dishes: we had ordered Neapolitan sauce, but it came with a gorgonzola sauce, which we don't like. Throughout the entire meal, no server came to check if everything was alright or if we needed anything. We had asked for a carafe of water when we ordered: after asking twice more, we finally got it… after we had finished our meal. We weren't even offered wine or any other drinks. But the most disappointing thing was the response we received when we paid and expressed our dissatisfaction: "We're not a fine dining establishment." “We’re sorry, but taking an order promptly, bringing water, serving the ordered dish, and ensuring customers have everything they need isn’t fine dining; it’s simply the basics of running a restaurant. Despite all these inconveniences, there was no gesture of goodwill, not even a complimentary coffee. We would still like to point out that the other two dishes were good, which makes the experience all the more disappointing.”

15/08/2026: Always a warm welcome! We eat there regularly and are never disappointed. The portions are generous, the prices very reasonable, and you really get your money's worth. A real pleasure to go there every time. I highly recommend it!

30/06/2026: I ordered a chicken meal and received charred, ultra-dry meat with hardly any sauce. I threw it all away. Yes, I could have complained and they would have made me a new one, I think, BUT serving that is just disgusting. Just for the sake of profit, they thought it would be fine, but lol. Even the bread was way overcooked. I won't be back and I'm sharing my disastrous experience with everyone.

25/05/2026: Disappointed, I ordered by phone, arrived with no written record of my order, and had to return it only for them to put whatever they wanted in it. I asked for no tomatoes and Andalusian sauce. It came with tomatoes but no sauce… I won't be back.

24/05/2026: The kebab was very good. However, the price was excessive: 2 kebabs, 2 jugs of wine, €49. At that price, I think I'll go somewhere else.

03/08/2026: The service leaves much to be desired; they do things haphazardly and rudely. Orders are always wrong, the food is cold, and the ice cream is sickeningly over-the-top chocolate because they use a ladleful. Avoid this place.

31/05/2026: We ate at Gusti Itaglianni restaurant this Sunday. The location was great, the waitresses and owner were friendly, the dishes were delicious and very well presented. 👍 We'll definitely be back, I highly recommend it! 🤩

18/05/2026: A dream within a dream. Metz has so many unique attractions to offer, not least this patisserie. The only downside is that dogs aren’t allowed in the café.

17/05/2026: Jokes about French waiters are no joke! The waitress with short black hair and glasses was aggressive and needed to calm down. Yesterday, she yelled at my mother and me and wanted us to leave. The whole restaurant turned to stare at us. It only stopped when my husband arrived with the receipt and confirmed that we had already ordered at the register. The atmosphere was ruined.

10/08/2026: The change of ownership was already pleasant before, but now it's a big step forward. Mathilde, the manager, still provides perfect service, welcoming staff, a very cool atmosphere with a view of the cathedral from the terrace, and a revamped wine list with a selection of superb Paul Venus wines. I'll be back.

13/07/2026: The new banana range wasn't available despite being advertised. Also, the white mocha I ordered was extremely bitter and much less flavorful than usual. However, the service and welcome were excellent.

03/08/2026: A lovely little family evening on the terrace. The service was, as always, very friendly, unhurried, and adapted to our pace. The food was excellent, and we made some great wine discoveries :)
