28/06/2026: I had breakfast there; the prices are a bit high. The pain au chocolat and the café crème were good but standard. The waitress was rather unpleasant, barely responding to us. However, the terrace is lovely in the summer.

09/05/2026: A very disappointing experience. We arrived before several other customers, yet we were served long after them without any explanation. The wait was extremely long, almost 50 minutes for a kebab, which is completely unacceptable. No gesture of goodwill or apology from the staff. The organization needs serious improvement. I do not recommend this establishment if you are in a hurry or simply expecting decent service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

26/04/2026: Ordered last night for the fourth time, and what a disappointment! I received pizzas, one had absolutely no tomato sauce flavor, it was so drowning in cheese. The other two had 5 to 10 tiny pieces of ham, each about 1 cm by 1 cm. There were no herbs like oregano that are usually on pizzas. The same goes for the olives; usually there are 4 per pizza, but one had 3 and the other 2. I don't know if you've changed pizza chefs. But it's not great, or maybe you should keep an eye on them. Honestly, I felt like I was eating pizza dough crammed with cheese. Very disappointed. I don't think I'll be ordering again. But best of luck to you.

02/12/2025: I've been ordering from them my whole life, the owner knows us, and today, December 2nd, 2025, I ordered a family-size chicken pizza, but according to the staff there, it was tuna, even though I've never ordered that in these 3 years. And today they insisted I didn't change it and wouldn't do anything for us. I even spoke to the woman there, and she was the same, completely cold, with no customer service. So it's very unfortunate to have to deal with this. A mistake is a mistake, but insisting on making us feel wrong is the most disappointing thing. In any case, they'll recognize us.

20/04/2026: We ordered a tiered cake for my son's christening, and honestly, it was perfect. Everything was excellent, the work was superb, and all my guests were delighted. Thank you so much, I'll be back!

12/04/2026: As a long-time customer, I've noticed that there aren't many bakeries in Yutz, and I've had to admit that the quality is very inconsistent. I ordered a St. Honoré cake for Easter Sunday and received one that looked like it was two days old. The choux pastries were dry, and don't even get me started on the color. Extremely disappointed.

29/06/2026: With this intense heat, I thought I'd be able to eat in the cool, but frankly, it was unbearable. I asked if they had a problem with the air conditioning, and they told me no, the air conditioning was working and that it was because of the buffet. I found that strange, especially since it was cooler outside when I finished eating and we left. Honestly, I'm very disappointed. Yet I used to go to this restaurant often. As a result, I won't go back until the temperature inside is more comfortable. It was so difficult to stay at the table to eat during the meal. It's a real shame.

12/04/2026: Very disappointed with this restaurant! No menu… So no choice, it's a set menu! No prices displayed… It's a surprise… you don't know the price of what you're going to eat! We sit down… They bring us rice with half a sausage and a small piece of chicken (What is this? The starter? The main course? The side dish?) They don't explain anything, Then comes the meat (I must say it was excellent) with unlimited fries But I've barely finished my piece of meat… The waitress brings dessert… Still no choice It's lukewarm pineapple And that's the end of the meal For €45 per person!!!!! No atmosphere, unpleasant waitress Who's in a hurry to finish her shift In short, I don't recommend it

26/03/2026: My husband and I go there regularly; we are often served by Sandrine, a very pleasant and always friendly saleswoman. We have never had any problems with the staff.

07/03/2026: It's my little break in the day, and a real pleasure to come and have my meal at Le Poulaillon, a tradition I've had for over 20 years now 👌 We're always greeted with a smile, especially by Sandrine, who I find very professional and friendly 👍

20/05/2026: I spent the weekend with my family, it's a really family-friendly place, the service was great, the waitress was smiling and welcoming, and the meat was good. I will gladly come back.

08/03/2026: I got sick after eating the meat and waiting 35 minutes for my main course. At the end, we were told we couldn't pay by card. In short, I won't be going back.

01/03/2026: What a disaster! It started right from the beginning… we ordered Moselle wine from the menu as an aperitif, and the waitress arrived with a Côtes de Gascogne, saying she was substituting it because they didn't have any Moselle wine. We refused and ordered another wine, despite her surprise… The scallop and morel risotto was on the menu. We ordered the dish. The waitress told us there wouldn't be scallops and morels with it, but prawns, because they couldn't afford to buy scallops and morels… An hour and a half later, the dish arrived, and we were told it was taking a long time because we hadn't ordered a starter… The dish was good, but nothing special. The service was catastrophic; the waitress didn't understand any of our requests. When it came time for dessert, we decided to refuse and give up. Oh well, so much for dessert. Why does the chef employ such unqualified staff in the dining room? And what about the dining room… the tables are chipped, the baseboards are falling off… And the final nail in the coffin… “Our card machine isn’t working, you have to pay in cash.” I won’t even mention that the cashier didn’t know how to do the bill and, more importantly, was just guessing at the prices. She didn’t have any change, she was just bartering. It was like something out of a comedy sketch 😂 and the other customers felt the same way.

21/02/2026: Not to mention the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The dough was elastic and undercooked. The toppings were mediocre at best. Cheap, but not good. The owner was very friendly, but not up to par.

08/05/2026: Honestly, what a disappointment… This kebab shop used to be really good, but the quality has dropped drastically. Prices have gone up while the portions and quality have completely declined. The kebab is expensive for what you get on your plate, very poorly filled, with hardly any meat or vegetables. On top of that, the sandwich is stuffed with fries inside, which gives the impression that they're just trying to fill the empty space rather than serving something substantial. The worst part is the meat, which was practically raw in places, so really unpleasant to eat. For a kebab, that's the bare minimum… And unfortunately, the service doesn't help matters. The staff is cold, unwelcoming, never smiles, and when you ask a question, you feel like you're bothering them. The answers are given halfheartedly, and the service clearly lacks respect and friendliness. It's a shame because it used to be a good place, but now the quality and atmosphere are completely gone. I will not go back there.

28/04/2026: Good morning. The man taking orders is unbearable, no smile whatsoever, truly unpleasant, unlike one of the cooks. The prices are exorbitant, and the portions are small... The value for money is gone... making maximum profit at the expense of the customers... no, I prefer to give my money to friendly people who respect their customers... there should be a minimum level of service (welcome and quantity)...
